Was told my membership expires in 30 days when I purchased and I had to just return to renew it if I wanted to continue because I paid for 1 month! WELL Be careful everyone they will rip you off and continue to charge your card monthly without your knowledge. CONTACTED them by going in person and he asked me if I was given this paper to sign and of course who remembers but I then said I wasn’t given a copy he stated no customer is given a copy so let’s see how does a customer know days later of their rip off print as he explained it states that. NOT GIVING CUSTOMER A COPY #1 NO NO ! Still waiting on owner to call me back will update here!*UPDATE*Happy to say full refund was given!

This car wash is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to their competition and hands-down I will never go anywhere else. They are 25 to 30% less expensive and their staff is outstanding and knowledgeable. I never have to ask for help, they’re always out there assisting me as well as every other customer. In the multiple years I’ve been going there, they have never been closed. I have an unlimited monthly pass of $20 and i wash my car daily. Doing a great job guys keep it up.

Evacuated to the Florida area from New Orleans for hurricane Ida. So I decided to get my car detailed at Executive carwash as previously done. Wasnt disappointed at all with the service . The carwash attend name Jerome was very helpful and went above and beyond the call duty in assisting me with my vehicle detailing. I highly recommend using the service of this carwash.

Outstanding experience and top-notch quality service! i came in for a general car wash and had stubborn sprinkler discoloration. The owner John saw me struggling removing the stains after going through the first wash. He took the time to talk to me and had me go through once more, asked his staff to remove the stain and voila stain gone. Very impressed! That is quality and customer service. Will not answer the phone about membership. They are charging my card but RFID does not read. Canceled my membershipUpdate. They contacted me and offered to make it right. This is how business should be run.

I used to think this was one of the best car washes around Miramar beach, so much so Ive been paying for a monthly pass. Unfortunately, the last couple weeks theyve been closing earlier than published. This week at 3:16PM on Sunday. I still think its a nice place but if youre looking for a membership type service try Ottos in Destin like I have.

This car wash is nice because its close to my home. They do a nice job whenever Ive used it. Business hours are inconsistent. We signed up for monthly memberships but have several times come during posted business hours only to find it closed, which is very frustrating given the traffic I deal with to get there. I will be waiting for one of the new washes to open near 393 and go there.

Excellent!!! Employees do a great job prepping the vehicle for the mechanized wash...and the mechanized wash does a great job! Then, the ability to towel touch up the drying process, clean interior windows, and vacuum are a great option for those who like to do some hands on finishing touches! I wish they would open up shop near me back in Michigan!!!😉

It was ok. The guy washing the cars didnt do a good job I paid for the package and all he did was spray water on my car and then walk away while other cars swing by and he treated them well. Not cool

We love Executive Car Wash! It’s the only car wash we use when visiting Destin. The attendants are always friendly and helpful. They take great care of our car when entering the care wash and they provide complementary detailing towels and products for self service.

Carwash was descent, visiting from out of state, it certainly did its job. I guess the only complaint I have is the rollers sounded a little harsh and it didnt dry my vehicle very well. I would however use them again when I return. The wash is what id consider a standard wash.

This is a pretty decent place to wash your car. Prices are reasonable and you always get free vacuums which they always work.

Great deal. Ive had a membership for over a year with multiple vehicles. Never any damage done. They prewash multiple hard to reach areas. Even the owner helps out with pre-scrubs and washes.

It was a good experience for my first time. The staff were also very helpful and even cleaned up our tires . I will definitely recommend it to anyone who ask .

Love this car wash! They take extra time to make sure your front end is cleaned well if there are lots of bugs. It always seems well maintained, the rotating scrubbers look clean and side areas are sprayed out giving a clean feeling to getting your car cleaned. (Have visited other places where it felt like taking a bath in a dirty tub). Their vacuums work well and clean towels are available for final wipe downs and drip spots. Their mat cleaner is awesome too. Fast, quick, in and out. My car always seems dry, not still dripping when I exit if I dont have time to stop for extras .

Very nice for an automated car wash. There is an attendant on duty to get you started. The cleaning is very thorough and the you vacuum set up is the best Ive ever seen they even offer window cleaner liquid and towels all included in the price of the wash. A little pricey but well worth it in my opinion.

Brand new car. The very first time I have ever taken it thru a car wash, and it is scratched all down the side. The paint is chipped. When I went back the gentleman told me there was nothing he could do, they have a sign up saying their not responsible. There was obviously something caught in one of their brushes.

Extremely nice car wash with lots of options. Truck was very nicely cleaned and dried with the $10 wash. The vacuums are some of the nicest Ive ever used at a car wash. They also provide damp towels and spray cleaner for the inside of your vehicle which is a nice touch.

Best automated car wash I have ever visited, period. The conveyor crawls through the machines which is why it does such a great job, I suppose. Paid $10 for the upscale wash and worth every penny.

They took the time to vacuum the car and then you got to watch your car get washed and the staff was very polite i would definitely recommend here over any other car wash. The 20$ presidential option was great so if you are looking to wash your car in destin. The waiting area was also nice
