Do not use this dollar tree store, its a rip off! Most things are not a dollar. But if you go to the dollar tree store in Elk Grove Village, everything is a dollar and its the exact same things.Also I was hurt while in this store and all the employees did was laugh at the 60 some year old woman getting hurt! Very cruel!

Its a decent dollar tree, though it always seems depleted of the same items. Cashiers are decent. Pretty friendly.

They do have good stuff there and the people are always friendly. I think its one of the best dollar store with a lot of different stuff. The only one bad thing is watch for expiration dates on some foods.

I feel so bad because I can’t remember his name, but the guy at the register was very very nice and polite. Not only that, he was good at his job,m... How many of us have been stuck at a register with an incompetent person managing it??As far as the store itself, I love Dollar Tree, some people complain about the quality of their products and things like that.m... It One Dollar..!!! what do you expect.I like to take my kids here and tell them they can pick 5 things each..!! they love the idea and imI can keep it under $30.. (yes i have that many kids) and still let them pick whatever they want..Great place

My wife shops Dollar Tree for items to make crafts to sell. On returns this store has someone who will try not to give you a credit or your money back.

Update: Seems to be really making many positive changes. The aisles are filled up, inventory has variety & holiday decors are plentiful; so the store now deserves 5 stars! 🙄 The employees are still as polite, helpful and genuinely friendly. 😊 So happy this store is back to normal but even better! 🤗Not as many items in stock since the sugar tax. Coincidence or not, still need more inventory like they used to have. Has changed over the last 3 yrs regardless. The cashier, she was very polite and friendly as well as the other young men employed there. Sorry, but the 4 stars are mainly for them. Had to be honest. The store is just 3 stars since they are still better than a few other stores Ive been in recently.

I needed drink cups and was able to get two packages for $2 and theyre just right. Also picked up some items that were good values. Very satisfied with everything.

This location is need of a deep cleaning. Some items are hard to find because things are scattered all over the place. Dollar Tree in Mount Prospect is much better.

I got Disturbed when few teenagers came in and started playing around I understand they had to stop .... but the manager did not need to yell throughout the whole store in a very angry unprofessional and also made the teenagers worse speak calmly tell him to leave .. very rude customers could not touch items unless they had to buy them .. also he put all my classes in one bag and 3 broke its fine I wont be back the older man that works there as no patients or respect for anyone

Went in to get balloons and the manager stated we could only have 5 balloons for our daughter birthday party. She then proceeded to become extremely rude to other costumer. Horrible customer service would never recommend business with this establishment.

We love the dollar tree in our neighborhood. We purchased cookies, toothpaste, gum& shaving cream at a much lower price than any store around here & it is very convenient to our home.

They have a great variety of arts & crafts supplies among other household items. What makes my visit to this store so pleasant, is the friendly staff; They are always so helpful and kind (even under pressure).***Enjoying the little things that make a HUGE difference***

Damaged product, no willingness to help exchange for a different product.No Tact , no respect. Tonight after spending $50 the least expected was a little respect , raising their voice when trying to resolve the issue.

I love Dollar Tree, but I was so surprised at the lack of general and common respect from the older man that was the cashier today at the Des Plaines location on Elmhurst and Golf. He was talking to another lady, telling her a story about a babysitter he had that he ran into, the entire duration of my transaction and didnt say ONE WORD to me. Not a hello, not even the total. To top it off he tossed my bags to the end of the counter with no regard to the items spilling out. It was as if I wasnt even there. Ive never experienced such poor customer service. Im utterly shocked and so disappointed.

I swear on my life, I saw a 6 inch rat run from the cereal aisle to a crack in the wall by the refrigerator. I thought I was seeing things until I saw it pop out again afterwards. Makes me not want to shop in this plaza anymore
