Chintan did an awesome job. He was very nice, he seems like he has pride in his work. He put on shoe covers even though I did not ask him to. He answered all my questions and even offered to give me info for other maintenance and gave me great tips to keep my unit working to avoid future repairs. Very honest

We called them to have a furnace tune up and air duct cleaning. The tune up technician came out first, he was here for maybe 10 minutes. Did absolutely nothing other than look at the furnace. No vacuuming, cleaning, or lubing anything. The duct cleaning team came out three days later and did an awesome job, they were thorough and polite. They asked if the technician had come out for the tune up because the unit had to be cleaned even took pictures and sent it to their manager. We called the manager later that day and asked to have the tune up tech come back out. The tech came out today again with a vacuum, was here for 10 minutes (at most) and left. All he did was vacuum the unit. When we asked about cleaning and lubing he actually said that it would take too long and that he didn’t do that! The next time we need our unit serviced it will not be by them. Although the duct cleaning team did a great job the tune up tech did nothing and that is why we gave them only two stars.

The Sai team did a full duct cleaning on my house. The experience was excellent - they were prompt, polite, and extremely clean and professional. The entire team wore masks and foot covers, and they were very careful to make sure my cat didnt run out the door while they were working. I couldnt have been happier and have already referred them to my boyfriend to use at his house.

Tec chintan did osm job

The furnace stopped working because due to dirty filter and I needed service right away. They gave me a realistic time for their arrival and got the heat going in less than 30 minutes. Charges are very reasonable.I definitely recommend them.

Technician chintan was great he fix the problem with in 30 mint we will definitely recommend for my next service.

My outside AC unit was making weird noises. Called this company as he is a Desi too. Technician showed up and said compressor motor needs to be replaced. Asked to give a quote. The tech showed almost $1100 for the job. I knew it wouldnt cost so much. Paid service charges for his visit. Then the owner Jitu calls and forces me to get it done, as it is a special order for motor. Refused his service. Googled motor and found one for $148 at Grainger. Got a local tech on Craigslist who fixed it for $100.DO NOT CALL THIS GUY for your AC/Heating Needs.

Our furnace died last night and I called SAI after hours. JP was able to come out today and he fixed it. He was professional, friendly, and right on time for the appointment window. I signed up for the Comfort Maintenance Plan so now well get two tune-ups per year -- something I should have done years ago! Thanks JP and SAI -- youre the best!
