Sai air duct clean did a great job. They were on time. They did very deep cleaning with their Truck mounted machine. Cleaned our dryer vent. Highly recommended. Definitely use them again.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RIP OFF.Technician damaged a wall in my home directly under a wall register that was being cleaned. The damage was concealed behind a door and so tech left without informing me of the damage. When I called to report the damage, I was told there is no proof it was the tech so they offered refund FOR $75. WHAT A JOKE Now I have to pay to have the damage repaired and the whole room painted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM IS NON-EXISTENT

They came on time and cleaned our vents really quickly. They showed me how much dust was in the vents and what exactly they did to clean it out. Would use them again.

I called yesterday to have my dryer vent cleaned out and they came out the next day. I live in a condo so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They did the work from the outside. It took a total of 10 minutes. They showed me the bag full of dirt/lint that was pulled out and it was A LOT. Also the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone as well as the technicians were very pleasant. I got a very satisfactory answer.(And it was proven right after our job was done).He then followed up next day and we set up the appointment. The entire process from start to setting up appointment was efficient.His team arrived on time and were super courteous and careful. They respected people and things around the house. They showed us some of the before and after state of our vents and shocked is an understatement. I didnt realize how badly we needed this service.(We have a pet). Our experience with SAI started off great. The customer service professional was very helpful when booking our appointment, and they were even able to get us in within 2 weeks. And the price was great. However, the guys that did the work were very messy. Granted, its a messy job, but we thought theyd go through and vacuum up what they left behind. They trailed dirt/dust throughout the entire house, and when we brought it up to them at the end of the job, they cleaned up two spots and said they didnt make the rest of the mess. One of the gentleman said to my fiancé if you want your house cleaned up, Ill come back and you can pay me to clean the whole place, which was extremely rude and unprofessional.Id like to note that the other two men on the job were very nice and professional, just not the lead worker. The customer service rep that we called afterward was also very nice.They did fine work with the air ducts, but the professionalism could be worked on with the field staff.

I used this company to clean the dryer vent and couldn’t have been happier with their service. They were here in a matter of hours, on time, courteous and professional. They did a great job, showed me before and after pictures and even retained both ends of the tubing without me asking. They are not going to be as cheap as the guys in a Valu Pak coupon mailer, but that’s because they’re doing the job correctly. Completely trustworthy.

We had them clean all our air ducts and dryer vent and they did a great job. They showed us photos and videos of everything coming out and I watched them clean out the dryer vent from the outside. I was amazed by everything that was coming out - it was disgusting! We almost didnt have this done because so many people told us they have owned their homes for 10+ years but boy am I glad we did after seeing what came out of the vents. They were professional, fast, and did a great job! One tip - dont open the windows of your home while this is being done unless the windows are far away from the truck/machine they use to clean out the vents. We will be using them again in the future!

This company is totally rip off please dont use them if you go to their site and see all the reviews all 5 star hummm really. I used them due to that and then realized this company is nothing but scammers they came out and attached their equipment and pretend to work and clean thought out each room. After they were done with that they sweet talked my wife into getting duck cleaning and said my hvac unit is old and my kids are at risk they noticed that heat exchanger is cracked and thank god, I had friend who worked as hvac years ago told me thats how they get you to spend thousands of dollars your hard earned money. I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Im so upset when I told them I would like to cancel the services that my wife authorized they told me that, my wife already signed contract by law if you dont want too, you still need to pay for the full price of the unit we already ordered it and we wont install but still responsible for the full money.This is the same company as sai air comfort dont be fooled this guy runs multiple hvac company. fraud sai aircomfort use to use same address on emerson previously hope google customer service can see that info and flag them down for good.

I recently purchased a home and wasnt sure if the ducts were ever cleaned before. They gave free dryer vent cleaning for being a first time customer.Air Duct truck they bring into the site is a huge vacuum truck that they attach hoses to get everything out. Not like the other companies that use small vacuums to do the job. These guys are legit. I would recommend them and hope the guy across the street, who saw the truck outside, got it done as well because it was worth it.
