“Open 24 hours”, except when the kid sitting behind the counter listening to music decides he just wants to lock the door for no reason. Either change the signs on the door, or hire employees that actually work. What is with this state and the aversion to being open outside of 10am and 7pm?

Rude station attendant losing Shell money fast, thanked right out the door today. When he had let me use the restroom before while it was so called broken. Paying customers deserve a restroom everytime and not when the station decides it is open. Shell needs to make an application of what stores are owned by Shell or they will lose a card holder due to rude and unhelpful stations.

Honestly how about you guys turn off the lights and put closed inside. Makes no sense you have a whole gas station with nobody inside some of us don’t have the luxury to drive around wasting Uber money to just go to an atm and can’t even get in!

Boyfriend and I stopped at this Shell location for a wall calendar gift (I know I know, of all places!) Unfortunately they didnt have one here but the cashier was so incredibly helpful. He helped us out and recommend a store that was on the way to our destination- he even suggested the right section of the store! He helped a late night search go from bleak to bright!

The employee screamed at me for no reason what did i do all I wanted to do was buy milk

Dirty Diesel gas, I am a DOT driver fo work, I go between Portland and Seattle daily, in months I have not had a single issue with my rig until the day after I stopped here. Thankfully I only topped off the tank and the bad gas was diluted. Never stopping here again.

The evening/night time employees seem to hardly ever be working. Almost Everytime I stop at this store, usually for cigarettes after getting off the A line and before heading home, there is usually a sign on the door that says be right back in 20 min. The first couple times I saw this sign I actually waited the 20 min for them to return because they were the closest store open and my issues/experiences with the 7-11just down the road, pride wouldnt permit me to go there. Anyway I cant say I was the least bit surprised when 35 minutes had gone by and there was not one sign of the employee. The time or two I did catch him in there partially working, I certainly didnt get what I went in there for. I went in around 8 to cash in lottery tickets and was told that the machine is shut down for the night. Apparently he doesnt want to deal with the cashing and purchasing of lottery tickets past 7:30-8pm. Everything is a bit overpriced and weather or not he tells you/allows you to use the restroom is contingent upon I guess how he feels or his first impression of each individual..bottom line: less than a mile away in either direction you will find a different gas station probably cheaper with employees who actually like their jobs and enjoy dealing with the general public.

Friendly staff. This gas station has two tier pricing (cash/credit). You can find a better deal at Safeway down the street

Today I was at this station. I paid 20 dollars for gas. The pump was not working. I had to leave because I had a plane to catch. My 20 dollars would be refunded since I did not pump gas. When I checked my bank account online I found out that it was charged with 20 dollars and that there was no refund of that amount. I still expect my refund off course. Please do so!

Very unprofessional, and tried to charge me another price when my drink said 1.19 he tried to charge 1.49. Then he said something rude smfh

Stay away! This place is a rip off! This guys pumps wouldnt work using my card, so I tried another pump, as he requested; it didnt work, & spilled a tiny amount that was already in the hose. When I went inside, he says hes charging me $2.72 for the spill. We argued, then he ended up robbing me of this money, plus he refused to refund my card where he had already charged it. Ill NEVER go here again.

On way home from dropping my mom off for a red flight. It was about 10pm. Had been drinking water and pregnant, the inevitable happens, and my husband wants a mountain dew. Not familiar with area yet. Get off exit and go to a gas station. Grab mountain dew and exclaim, please tell me you have a bathroom which he does and says I can pay for drink afterwards and hands me key. I come back and pay. Its 2.19. I give 2.20 and wait for the penny. He expected me to give it to him and started giving me a hard time about that penny should be for the nathroom...he didnt have to (let me) because it is after 9pm... I just gave the crazy man that awkward smile and haha youre funny laugh and kept walking only to then have 2 kids on a moped ask for change for gas. ...... now on my list of places to avoid, will NEVER stop there for gas OR ANYTHING. Next contact, ShellBtw, the guy was NOT born here, enough said.

So I ran out of gas at the gas pump. Im 3 ft from the pump and no one will help me push my car.
