Had two rugs cleaned recently as I decided they were worth recycling. Really thrilled with the results. The tufted rug was more plush afterward cleaning then when it was new! I plan to bring more rugs here. Very impressed and pleased with results.

I am late in reviewing this company. They cleaned my oriental rug last year. Fabulous job! They were the n time with pickup and delivery, price reasonable and service was great!!

We had our synthetic cloth sectional couch and the area rug partially under the couch cleaned by Hi-Tech Cleaning.The day before, I got a call from the office confirming the appointment. Victor was right on time, set up drop cloths, and virtually anything he brought in went on the drop cloths or the rug that he was cleaning anyway.Victor did a fantastic job cleaning every square inch of the couch even pulling it away from the wall and cleaning the back. From start to finish Victor was a pleasure to work with.The following day I got a follow up call from the office asking how everything looked today.Old school customer service and quality work. Tony and Victor came out to my house, immediately after I called and told them my pupper had painted my downstairs a new shade of brown. With tears in my eyes I greeted them thankfully! They were in and out in a flash and the place looks brand new!! Thank you so much!!!
