Have been trying to get service on windows/door we purchased from Lifetime years age. We have been in contact with Lifetime since June and it is now September, problems we are having with Lifetime windows still not fixed. Lifetime sent a person to look over what the problem was, he look over the windows/door said he would be having someone come out and fix the problem. Since we still have not heard from him, we still have the problems. Also have been in contact with a couple of other people at Lifetime but they promise to call back and never do. So as far as I am concerned the Lifetime guarantee is not any good.Got the following reply on 09/27/2021:Hey Robert,Were addressing this problem now. Expect a call back from us in the next 48 hours.Today is 10/04/2021 and still have not gotten a reply (phone call, text , email) from anyone at Lifetime!!!!!I will keep you informed about the continuing lack of a any response from Lifetime.

We had most of our old wood windows replace by Lifetime. They did a very professional job, the team were efficient and the team leader was extremely particular, ensuring that everything was installed exactly right and finished well. I would strongly recommend. One window arrived with some sort of residue on the glass that they could not remove, so replacement glazing units were immediately ordered. Our service technician, Darian Manzanares, swapped the units over this week. I asked if he could also look at a door lock that was proving sticky and also pointed out one window screen that was slightly damaged. He happily fixed both issues while he was here, even though they werent on his original order. Very pleased.

My windows were in desperate need of repair. My windows were foggy with condensation and white streaks inside the rotted-out double pane panels. The Marvin window looks fantastic! Its easy to operate, energy-efficient and beautiful with custom frame color options.I had a few questions about the quality of my installation on one window after the initial work was performed and the technicians came back twice more until I was pleased with the craftsmanship. Darian M. took the time to walk through the final steps of the project to make sure that everything was great. This is an example of the great customer service that they offer, and the contract was not closed until we agreed that the craftsmanship was top-notch.I would definitely recommend Lifetime Windows and the Marvin branded window specifically for a premium home upgrade. The improvement in the temperature control alone makes it worth it let alone the fact that I can see through the crystal clear E-glass much better than before.

Lifetime replaced all of the windows in our home and we’ve noticed such a difference! The Infinity windows are great quality and keep so much of the surrounding noise out. The crew was super efficient and very respectful while inside our home. Everyone communicated with us throughout the project and multiple project managers stopped by to check on the progress. The entire process was easy and seamless from beginning to end! We’re extremely happy with our brand new windows and would highly recommend Lifetime to anyone on the market for replacement windows!

Paco and his crew arrived at 9am and left by about 4:30pm. They installed a patio door and 6 windows. They were very friendly and respectful of my home and time. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left. They even taught me a few things about installing windows. My parents ordered siding from Lifetime months ago. They were given an estimate and then were told their siding had arrived and given a start date for construction.That date came and went. We called and were told that somehow a portion of their order had disappeared, and ever since that time they have been VERY unresponsive and unprofessional. Ignoring calls and voice mails.Its very sad to have it start so promising and see all these amazing reviews and then get the exact opposite. Especially when I was the one who saw the ad and told them to call.I am super disappointed with this company.

I had several windows and two patio doors replaced by Lifetime Windows and Siding. For the two patio doors, I also asked them to replace the frames inside the house too. The original crew didnt do a good job on the wood work. Anthony Esposito from Lifetime Windows came over. He not only adjusted my screen doors and patio door locks but also fixed two door frames. He worked very hard to make sure everything is right. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone who may have any issues. The company needs this type of guys with right working attitude.

I just had a terrible experience with Lifetime Windows and Siding. Despite explaining several times that only myself (and not my spouse also) would be meeting with them to get an estimate to replace a few windows with broken seals (not the whole house), they insisted they could not meet with me unless my husband was also present, per company policy, because there are so many decisions to make. Even after I explained that I am capable, qualified, and authorized to make decisions regarding our home, they insisted that I was not. So please beware of Lifetime Windows and Siding if you or your spouse serves in the military, travels frequently, works as a first responder and/or works long stressful days/nights, or if you have children, or just dont have the luxury or desire to simultaneously dedicate 2+ hours during precious work-free time together to make obvious decisions about a few windows needing replacing. There are a lot of window companies out there - choose one that respects their client.

This company came knocking on my door despite there being a large sign that says No Soliciting - Do Not Knock or Ring Bell.Why would anyone want to do business with a company that cannot oblige a simple request?If this is how you conduct yourselves to get the job, I can only imagine how you operate once you have it.Not to mention, any company that needs to go door to door reeks of desperation.The best companies will have a waiting list and not need to harass anyone to drum up business.

We had ten windows installed to replace 80-year old windows that had wood trim. Lifetime was able to make the style we wanted. Every step of the process was smooth and timely. I was particularly worried about the color of the wood and windows but Brandon W, the finishing manager, consulted and chose the perfect stain to complement our baseboards and old oak floors.Every team member did an excellent job. They were friendly, polite - and loved our dog!

There is no way we will ever use Lifetime or recommend them to anyone I know ever again. The installation was messed up on so many levels that the 2 day install took from July 6th to Aug 19th to complete.The first team they sent were completely un-prepped for the job they were supposed to be doing and had already broken the $2k picture window in their truck on the way to our house.As you can see from the pictures, they used our backyard as a trash can, chucking all of the nails and pieces of wood out our second story windows into the yard. It took me hours to clean up the nails and tiny pieces of wood before I could let my kids and dog run around again. We were literally picking pieces out of the plants and garden on our deck.The upstairs windows were all removed at the same time and left open for hours, in which time it rained inside my kids bedrooms and we were catching flies for 3 days afterwards.The two custom windows in our bathroom were installed in the wrong locations. They had to send a second team out weeks later to remove them and reinstall them. Of course they had decided to install the exterior new Hardie trim before that happened, so they damaged the Hardie in the process of re-installing the windows the right way.Every room had damage in at least 1 area. The sash in the dining room was dented during the install and they had to send another one weeks later. There was so much caulk dug into our carpet that the job foreman himself came over one day to scrub it out on his own.The trim was so horrible that after the job foreman was unhappy with what the first crew did, and was embarrassed by what the second crew tried to do, he just ripped it all apart another day and redid it himself.The drywall in one of our basement rooms was so badly damaged during the process that we had to hire a painter to redo the drywall and texture and repaint it all.We paid extra for Hardie siding all around the new windows. They didnt bring enough and I caught them trying to figure out how to use the last left over piece to fit into place with extra caulk on either side to fill gaps. When I called the job foreman about it, he agreed it should be done the right way and they would bring more materials the next week. I had to insist that someone come seal it up before the rain that weekend.The team that came to install the Hardie trim, set up their cutting station on our backyard lawn. After weeks of trying to rehabilitate that area, it is still ruined from all of the Hardie material saw dust that was left in the grass and then rained on and dug into the ground.The only reason they are even getting 1 star is that they were embarrassed by the entire thing and gave us a good amount of money off the job. The job foreman was pleasant and understanding, but it doesnt change the fact that our 2 day job took 2 months with disrespectful people in our house for numerous days, needing to constantly remind them to keep their masks on, and clean up after themselves. We had bed sheets nailed up to our windows for 2 months since we had to keep pushing back our painter and couldnt order blinds until it was all done.We finally had our painters finish last week, and they asked who did the windows because they had never seen such sloppy caulk work on the outside and so much trim damage on the inside that they needed to fill and sand.We made a huge mistake hiring this company. Their sales process is great, the marketing makes them seem very high end, and the windows themselves are probably very nice...but when it comes down to it they are sending subcontracted teams who dont really care how it turns out or how they treat your home. I asked if they were taking lunch and they told me they never do. They get paid per job and want to get it done as fast as possible - and that directly shows in the terrible quality of craftsmanship and all of the mistakes they made along the way that resulted in huge hassles for me and my family.

Anthony came out earlier today in an attempt to resolve an ongoing issue with one of our windows, and I cannot tell you how happy we are with his work ethic and professionalism. The issue has been an ongoing issue for a year plus, and he was relentless, not giving up until it was fixed. Thank you Anthony, you are a rockstar!!

Lifetime replaced 5 Windows and converted a French Door to a sliding door for me in December. At the time of sale, the salesman was touting how fine the screens are, that they are Barry visible. Boy was he right! My son and dog have both run through the screen door tearing the screen loose. Thanks to Lifetime Windows’ lifetime warranty and the prompt and professional service of their service tech Darian, the screen was replaced both times within a matter of days!

Robbie was incredible! Perfect customer service, fixed the reported problem right away. He also showed me how to easily remove a window for cleaning instead of struggling with screen removal. Ill ask for Robbie if we ever have issues again. He is a greatrepresentative for Lifetime Windows!!

These people came out gave me a quote had me fill out an app just to send me a letter of denial. So I call them back to tell them I NEVER need the credit app I have the 70k cash. They then said they would call me back and Im still waiting 2 months later. With no call. Poor customer service. I guess they want me to beg them to take me cash. Not gonna happen.

It was a bit difficult to get started. We decided to take their financing option but it didnt go through. No one told us that it didnt go through, we just waited and waited and didnt receive a call. So after chasing down the sales rep to tell him we still wanted the windows, we paid in full and got things rolling. Installation was quick and the installers were nice and kept our place clean. During the winter months the windows performed well. However, the windows do not block the heat from the sun rays very well. During the warmer months, this was a big disappointment. We have to put tint on the windows to block the heat thats coming into the house now and I was told if I did this I would void the warranty. Guess my windows will not be covered now because I have no choice but to tint them to block the heat.Update: In response to your reply, I did contact you. I spoke with three different people. If you have a solution you can contact me with details. Otherwise this issue is not resolved.

Had some cracking issues around my windows (drywall issues). Darian and Robbie came out and repaired the drywall. They did a great job. Appreciate them coming out and fixing this! (I purchased windows from Lifetime 2 1/2 years ago.)

We had a few windows and our siding replaced by Lifetime. When they replaced the windows, they tore a chunk out of the corner wall between the 2 windows. We had to have them come back and fix that, which they used caulking to try and fix a huge hole in the drywall. So we had a huge blob of shiny caulking formed to make a corner onto a wall. Called them back in, letting them know that was not an adequate fix so they finally sent in someone to repair the drywall properly. The siding looked good from a quick glance, but then when we really started to look we discovered a lot of places where they rushed and cut corners instead of doing things properly. The drains werent installed back where they came from and were put back on the house crooked and with not enough fasteners, we had leaks around windows, areas that werent sealed, places they didnt finish painting, and they ripped shingles in our 3 month old roof. We have now had to have them come back out more than 5 times to repair or seal up things that they left behind. This last time they sent one of their managers out to look at what needed to be repaired. Since the siding was done, we have had a leak around our kitchen window and the wood above the window has rotted from the leak as well. The guy they sent out said that theres no way they could have caused that leak cause they dont touch decks and it looked like the leak was coming from the flashing around the deck. So he refused to look at it until we hired someone to come out and take the deck off so he could assure us it wasnt them. We didnt have a leak around that window before the new siding was put on, and nobody else has been here to do any work around that window except them. Once the spot where the leak was coming from was revealed, he showed me that it wasnt them and that it was from the previous deck people drilling a hole into the flashing. I asked him why it wouldnt have leaked until after the new siding was put on, and he said because the old siding would have covered up that hole that was drilled into the deck. I asked him why they wouldnt have made sure it was sealed properly if we paid for all new siding, and he said that they dont touch decks and that they dont fix previous problems either. Ok, but we had no leak, and now we do...and all of your excuses are we dont touch decks and we dont fix previous problems. But this wasnt a problem until the new siding went on. So then I ask him about the rips and holes in the roof next to the siding. He says that its paint and bad cuts in the shingles. We had our roof replaced 3 months before the siding was replaced. I said to him theres no way our brand new roof had these issues in this spot, when the only other people who were up there were them. He asked if I had proof, I said no. So he asked the deck guy I had out here if he could come look at it too, to get a second opinion on the paint and bad cuts in the shingles. The deck guy agreed with me that they are holes and rips. The siding guy then started complaining about how they always get blamed for everything and also stated that if you have no proof and we have to proof otherwise, then I guess we take the blame again like we AWAYS do. I cant tell you the amount of times he repeated that they dont touch the roofs so I dont know how we did it and we dont touch the deck so I dont know how thats our fault and we always get blamed for everything. Well, if you always get blamed for everything, there must be an issue?? Continued....

Received a quote for replacement windows and doors at our home and rental property. Asked a few follow up questions via email given the potential expense and scope of the project. Never received any follow up, not really interested in chasing someone down to give them my money.

We had our siding, gutters and downspouts replaced and I couldn’t be happier. Dominic was our project managed. He had great communication and always checked in with us. Marco and his team were great. Super professional and so kind. They did a great job! I would highly recommend Lifetime and this crew. I am planning to have our doors replaced by them in a few weeks as well.

I had my windows replaced by lifetime in 2012. Now it need some work done on them like caulking, resealing, new weather stripping,and a broken glass fixed. I thought there was lifetime warranty in my windows. At least on problems like broken seals.Ive called they sent someone out, and havent heard from them since, and this was back in June. Now late August. I have called every week and left messages. I finally got a call back from Reabecca and nothing since. Called a Manager , he was mad because someone gave me his number. Havent heard back from him either yet.What has happened to customer service now days. I thought they could at least get back with me tell me when they can get to me if at all, so at least if they couldnt I can find someone who can. Larry, the Manager is now working with me and trying to get it going. Frustrated Candi

Screen frame was damaged. Darian and Michael showed up on time, went straight to work, and made repairs on site. Thirty minutes the frame was repaired back in place. Both were friendly and professional. Far better than anticipated ordering a new screen waiting who knows how long.

A door I had installed a while back had a trim piece that had come lose. I contacted Lifetime and as expected, they immediately set up service to have the door repaired. The technician, Darian M. showed up and repaired the door without issue. The repair was not rushed and looked as good as new. A big thank you to Darian and all of the Lifetime crew. A++

Richard was very helpful with his intake call. After explaining I needed an exterior patio door replaced, he assured me this fell under their purview and that hed pass me along to a rep to get a price quote. Unfortunately, the sales rep I was passed to, Shon, insisted on trying to sell me a $3,000 solution to replacing a sliding patio door. I dont recommend wasting your time as their sales reps dont listen or seek to understand and seem to be more interested in making a quick buck.

Got replacement windows & patio door from Lifetime Windows last year. Weve been so pleased with the product and everyone from Lifetime that weve worked with. Recently needed a few adjustments. Not only did they telephone to let us know they were available earlier for our appointment, but they were professional, polite, personable, knowledgeable and quick. Our issues were minor, but they were addressed with precision. It made having to deal with a service call (per se) actually quite pleasant. We had Lifetime replace all of the windows and both patio doors in our house. These windows and doors are the Rolls Royce of windows and doors. What an upgrade. After comparing 4 brands, Infinity by Marvin Are clearly the best available. After install, we had to call service out for some minor adjustments. We found out how good their service department is. I also find that their warranty is second to none. Anyway, Darian Manzanares came out to the house and had everything fixed and in tip-top shape in no time. He is a true window expert and has a passion for doing his work the right way. He knows these windows inside and out. He was a pleasure to talk to and have put to the house.

Lifetime windows installed high quality windows with a lifetime guarantee. The guarantee carries over to the next owner when I sell too. After installation one of the window balances broke. Within a short time Their service tech came and fixed the window, and did some additional maintenance on the others (installed handles on the upper windows for easier opening). Excellent service, amazing value, top notch materials. Highly recommended. BTW the service tech, Darian Manzanares, was extremely good, efficient and friendly. Thank you.

We had all of the windows in the house replaced by lifetime. The first day five windows were put in the wrong holes. When the job was supposedly completed I found they didnt caulk around the windows. It took seven times for them to come out and complete the caulking. If you dont know about caulking I would advise to have someone come and watch their work if you have it done at your house. I cant imagine how many houses they have done that dont have caulking around the windows. Very drafty. It took about 4 months to get them to finally complete the project. They of course blamed it on their contractors. However, during the sales pitch we were told that they have their own employees that install and that they do not hire outside help. This is definitely not true. I would never recommend going with this company.

We needed new windows and sliding glass doors and a neighbor of a friend recommended Lifetime Windows and Siding.We are so happy with our choice. Everyone we had contact with was professional and knowledgeable and all safety instructions were followed so that we always felt safe and comfortable.The windows were installed in a timely manner and arrived even earlier that expected. We were lucky that they were installed right before the smoke from all the fires saturated the air. The windows are so wonderful and we did not have the smell in our home.Now that we experienced the first colder weather with our new windows I am happy with how they performed with that. There are no drafts and the house feels very comfortable. Now that sunshine has returned we are not getting the heat transfer that we had with our old windows.We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Lifetime Windows and Siding.

Replacement for install. There ended up being a problem with one of the blinds in the sliding glass door. A tech came out within a week and fixed the issue. I love this company. They definitely back the warranty for a lifetime. When I need my windows replaced I will go to them. Not the company I used before.

Just had Darian out to my home to fix the door Lifetime installed. Nothing wrong with install, just an old house that adjusted itself after the installation. Darian was personable, friendly and fixed the problem. He even handled the dog well.

THESE PEOPLE ARE EXREMELY RUDE!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THE WAY RICHARD TREATED ME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. First they no-showed our consultation appointment. No show No call. Then he proceeds to call me weeks later and accused me of lying saying he spoke with my husband, and that my husband told him my mother was on her death bed. WELL NO THAT IS NOT TRUE because he did not have my husbands phone numbers, and MY MOTHER IS QUITE HEALTHY THANKS! ABSOLUTLY AM IN AWE by how I was just treated, and in awe from the beginning that they no showed on our consultation.

The whole experience from the start to the finish was excellent the installers were some of the best employees Ive seen will do business again with them When Im ready to do the other windows.

While our experience with James Hardie Siding Installation was reasonable, unfortunately our experience with the replacement of 9 windows was ridiculous. I simply cannot recommend them for window replacement. And while Lifetime attempted to remedy the situation, they clearly don’t have skilled trim carpenters to finish the job in an adequate manner. To start the job, two window installers showed up; one had an ankle monitoring bracelet. It makes you wonder if Lifetime does background checks at all. It’s a bit unsettling wondering if you have a felon in your house. If Lifetime is going to hire or contract installers with a criminal history, at least make them wear pants to cover the monitoring bracelet. Additionally, each had their kid with them, which was just irritating as most of the time the kids were standing around and not helping. When the kids were trying to help they clearly didn’t understand how to respect our things and I’m certain that a number of OSHA and child labor laws were broken. We paid a lot of money and I certainly wasn’t expecting unskilled kids to be part of the installation process. For example, having a kid (I’m guessing about 10 years old) on a ladder with a pry bar 3 inches from your expensive television is stressful. At the point that one of the kids jumped from the hearth through a window, my husband expressed his concern about the kid to the project manager. The project manager really didn’t care. The kids showed up the next day as well. One broke a window all over the driveway. The installers showed a complete lack of regard and respect for our home. For example, there was debris and sharp tools on the granite and the bed with no attempt to cover things with tarps or cardboard. I have a ridiculous list of things that reflect the lack of professionalism we dealt with. In the end I could have overlooked some of this if the quality of the work had been good, but the trim work was completely unacceptable with major gaps in the mitered corners, jambs cut too wide so the casing sat 3/16 inch from the wall, nails sticking out, terribly quality wood, etc. They sent another guy to assess and he ended up redoing every window except one, including resetting some of the windows and redoing the trim. Some of his trim work was also unacceptable and required further help to resolve with the project manager. The job should have been done in three days max and it dragged on for three weeks. Some of the trim was redone three times. In the end, the trim work is mediocre and has required a lot of wood filler to make it reasonable looking. The jambs have been cut inconsistently so we see the frame and caulking from the IGUs from the inside. The final icing on the cake was that they caulked the outside of the windows and then cleaned them before the caulk was dry, smearing the caulk line on the glass which looks terrible and is another daily reminder of the poor workmanship. I recommend spending your hard earned money with a different window company.

Our house is over 25 years old with the original windows and exterior doors. The seals in the windows were ruptured and the doors leaked. We started working with Lifetime Windows and Siding in 2019 to develop a 2 year plan to replace all of the windows and exterior doors. In December 2020 we completed the plan, and we could not be happier. The quality of the windows and doors exceed our expectations, and they look good. The staff, from the sales team to the installation people, were professional and answered all our questions which made us comfortable with our decision to use Lifetime.

Love everything about my new windows. I got the Marvin Fiberglass windows. So happy that I went with Lifetime. The process was so easy and very smooth. A two day install. My installers were so great. They even watched out for my pets to make sure that they didnt escape. They took the time to show me how the windows work, how to clean them and how to remove the screens. Such a great upgrade. I have noticed the savings already on my HVAC bill. And the soundproofing from the traffic behind my home has been immeasurable. I usually do not set a alarm in the morning as I hear the traffic from the worker bees going to work for first shift between 5:30am and 6:00am. Holy cow, I slept in until 9:30am. Please do your homework. I think you will find that Lifetime offers the best value for the money, and it adds value to your home for sure.

Sales process was easy, no pressure and they took care of the financing.3. The price included product, installation, AND staining the interior woodwork. He explained why the screens were difficult to remove. He cleaned out the dirt/debris in all the window frames and showed me his trick to remove the screens more easily without using the tabs. Hopefully others have a better experience than me. I was looking forward to my appointment with a salesperson for a quote on new windows. However, when I clarified that my spouse would not be attending the meeting, the employee became extremely condescending and suggested a reschedule. I clarified that I would be the decision maker for the purchase and I wasnt sure we could find a better time anyway. He pressed me to confirm I would be able to commit to purchase at the time of quote. I explained that I could, but wasnt planning on making a full commitment at the time of the quote (need time to consider/think about it). He responded that the company wouldnt be in business if it only provided quotes and pushed to reschedule again. I felt like I was being bullied to commit to make a purchase before I even saw prices/details and didnt want to work with a company who would do that. I cancelled. Disappointing, particularly because I still need windows.

We had the siding redone on the whole house. 30+ year old Cedar. We had the Hardy installed and it is an amazing difference!!! Shout out to Seth who always came out and made sure things were right. Lifetime Windows and Siding replaced the windows in our 1926 Park Hill home. They were professional and responsive. They matched the stain of the new windows to our walnut trim. When we had a miscommunication about the stain on the kitchen windows, and the company made it right and stood by their work. Our project manager was Luis Valles and the head of our staining team was Brandon Whitney. They were both professional.

We had our house totally resided with Hardie Siding, Dave T was great to work with up front and promised us his best crew. Well that was a bust! He sent Alejandro (who doesnt work there anymore) and his team to do our siding. The siding looks pretty great now but not without me having to have them fix things almost every day. They put the wrong color trim in the wrong places, caulking looked like a five year old did it and had to be redone several times, they used 2 1/2 long nails on the siding which stick through and can be seen in the unfinished basement - hopefully they did not hit any electrical wiring, and they did not clean up (left all their lunch garbage laying around one day and I am still finding nails all over). Even thought the end result looks nice, I had to spend a lot of time calling/texting Dominick the Project Manager (who was great) and Dave Thomas to get the installation done right.

My house was built in 1958, having said that, my double sliding door window was busted and I wanted to replace it with french doors. Freddie and Raphael brought the door and set it in. Due to settling in the foundation it was a chore, but the two of them got it in, trimmed it, and made it look beautiful. Thanks again Freddie, Raphael and All of you at Lifetime.

Brandon Thisbis did a beautiful job on the staining and finish work. He was very particular and conscious. He checked in with us when waiting for materials so we felt taken care of. The staining matched exactly. Cleanup was done and no mess was left. Our new windows sparkle. Looks so nice.

I just had my windows (AnlinDelmar) installed and they are absolutely beautiful. I can already tell in one day that my house is cooler with the glass tint, and they are so clear and easy to look through. The installers were absolutely wonderful the entire crew was very cautious with covering everything in my house they were very polite and worked extremely hard. I would highly recommend them for any job. I did a complete walk around with the project manager and he had me open every window and showed me how to use them. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We had new windows installed a little over a month ago, and thought everything was great. Slowly, we continued to have miller moths enter our home, over and over. We began looking in the window tract, and discovered the miller moths were getting into our home through the window tract. This company makes claims that they will replace your windows or doors if theres any problems, doesnt matter what the problem is. Additionally, we had a very severe windstorm and there are layers of dirt by the windows and inside the window tract. This is not dust, it is dirt and sand. Upon calling Dave Thomas to have our windows replaced, he agreed that this should not be happening to our windows. I received a service call from Jose who apparently sends a tech out to examine the windows. Jose said on the phone that it is very common to have dust build up in the tract. I explained that the windows were only a little over a month old and this wasnt dust, but sand, and it wasnt just a little bit, but a lot. Jose said they typically dont replace windows for that. I explained that they state that the windows are sealed and that we shouldnt have these issues. I further explained that the miller moths were all along the tract and that would indicate the seals were not good or the windows were not the proper size. I have yet to have a resolve from them, but will update this to see if they do what is right.

They worked with my HOA in determining what products would be used and were very accommodating to particular requests. The communication from start to finish was exceptional, I knew exactly what to expect. The crew that replaced the windows and door, John, Juan, Kim, et al, were very efficient and clean. I appreciate that they covered my things with plastic and the floors with red carpet. It was also nice to be shown the operation of the new windows and door and how to clean in the future. Lifetime is a very professional company with great service.
