From start to finish everyone at Clearwater were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. The window installers that came to my home were amazing! They made sure I was comfortable since I have two cats and asked me which rooms I wanted done first to make sure my cats didnt get out. They were neat, answered any questions I had and made sure I was happy with everything. I definitely would use this company again and would recommend them to everyone!

We are very happy with the windows we had installed. The first thing we noticed was how quiet the house was. The new window configurations that Clearwater recommended let in more light and it has made our house seem brighter. The quality of the windows is great. Over time we have also noticed a more stable temperature in the house.Overall the installation process was handled well. Everyone was on time, clean and thorough. We did have two minor issues come up. One was lost track of because there were so many people involved in the process. It was eventually resolved with no conflict. The other issue was completely identified and handled by the installers.When we did need to communicate everyone was friendly and responsive.

We recently had all of our single pane windows replaced in our 1952 farmhouse by Clearwater Exteriors. We were beyond thrilled to have the most energy-efficient windows at a fraction of the cost of the competitors with a product that blew them out of the water. I can already tell a major difference in my kitchen, where I used to get cooked by the afternoon sun the triple-pane insulated glass will no longer allow those harmful UV rays in. We loved our experience with Clearwater. Their team was in no way pushy, and the install was fast, and they took great care to keep our house clean during and after installation! The windows themselves are AMAZING, which is of course, the most important part. They have already lowered our energy costs, and the rooms are nice and cool at the end of a hot day. We live near a couple of main streets, and we dont hear any noise at night anymore! We also love how easy they are to open and clean. Could not recommend them more!

We had 11 windows replaced by Clearwater Exteriors, with plans of finishing the remaining windows later this year. The sales people, finance, and installers have been fantastic thru the whole process. We did have one issue with one of the windows (cracked during shipping and wasnt noticed until it was unwrapped) but the new window has already been ordered and will be a snap to replace once it comes in. The wait time from when the windows were measured to being installed was very short and much quicker than expected. The install of the windows was also extremely fast. They had a crew of 6 installers and it was done in no time flat! The windows themselves are AMAZING! I love the duel opening option, the sliding screens and the flip option for easy cleaning. But the best part? We noticed IMMEDIATELY the temperature difference in the house, especially in the basement. In fact, I dont think our furnace has turned on since we changed the windows! Thats how insulated these windows are! I would highly recommend using Clearwater Exteriors for window replacement and look forward to getting the remaining windows completed.

Shane and his team at Clearwater Exteriors did a bang up great job installing windows and sliding glass doors in my home. I am very picky when it comes to my home features, appliances, look and who I work with. From introduction to initial presentation to home measurements and final installation, all went seamless and flawless. All of the windows look sharp, clean and have added that ever important visual value to my home along with the required quality I was looking for. The detail and window features are on point. I can now clean all of my windows from the inside with a simple flip of a switch. The triple pained glass has already lowered my electrical bills this summer and I am sure will do the reverse for my gas bills in the winter as well. All of my new windows have a subtle tint that is not very noticeable during the day. The windows cut down on that nasty heat gain when the sun is blazing in the afternoon. The concerns I should have had were zeroed out as all steps of the process were handled professionally and with integrity. Alex and the installation crew cleaned up after themselves and left my house cleaner than they arrived. When I had a question, I called or texted Shane and I quickly received a response. Throughout the process the entire team was timely and helpful, making sure there were no questions or concerns. We were told by friends that replacing windows would result in a huge mess and chipped paint but that wasnt the case. Clearwater left everything in tact, were very careful to not damage anything and left the house extremely clean. To those who wish to replace their roof, I am recommending the team of Clearwater for the excellent service and completion of my roof this summer. My house was in desperate need of a replacement roof, having had three, yes three layers on it almost 70 years. The beginning was a specific and precise measure of the physical requirements, followed by a friendly but specific selection of materials to make sure I had a quality replacement roof.After our agreement on terms, with a helpful and manageable cost assessment, they identified and had a construction team arrive on the specified day and time. All persons were on time, considerate and helpful. The result has been a great looking new roof, with minimal fuss and bother, where the clean up was excellent and I have enjoyed many compliments on finished roof.Both groups of their team were willing to discuss my needs and in a couple of cases make me aware of needs and improvements, I hadnt asked about. They noted, made suggestions and installed replacement piping and connections for attic fans, which hadnt worked in a long time. We were impressed with the large, new windows installation process for our living room. Quick, efficient, precise and it made for a perfect fit. It was plain to see the installers were quite experienced and skilled. The windows are a huge improvement over our old ones, which had leaky seals, so were foggy. The redesign of the new ones at the suggestion of the sales guys made for a much better view! Cant wait to compare our energy bills this winter.We feel way more connected with the outside view now. An unexpected bonus was a noticeable reduction in noise from the outside.Although they were a bit expensive (reason for 4 stars) we nevertheless got a very workable financing deal and so far it looks like we got great quality.

They do very good work. The presented products was very extensive with a lot of information, on not only the product but their personal business history and the companies that work with them. It is expensive, but the peace of mind you purchase with this goes a long way to assuaging the cost. I have presently only one concern there was a possible issue that came up with power to my dryer being accidentally disconnected, but so far Clearwater are dealing fairly with me in this issue. This is the reason for the 4 stars. If i feel they deal fairly with this issue I will update this to 5 stars.

We had a great experience with Clearwater! The whole team from sales to install of our new windows and follow up we’re professional, on time, and delivered on every expectation.

Our new roof was completed very quickly - in just a day and a half - in between rainstorms. It looks nice, but we never got the final inspection as promised. Clean-up was very thorough, and there were no attempts to inflate the cost after the initial agreement was signed.

We are very happy with the look of our new roof from Clearwater Exteriors. And our neighbors are letting us know how nice it looks as well. The entire experience from the sales presentation, the financing, and the construction was excellent. The crew was stellar, finishing in 2.5 days during early Junes 90 degree temperatures. They even replaced rotten fascia board along one side of the house; and it looks fantastic! These workers were highly skilled. Despite the fact we spent more than we had planned for, the Owens Corning technology, and Clearwaters construction, has us thrilled with the decision we made to go with Clearwater Exteriors. We highly recommend them.

I had an incredibly poor experience with Clearwater. First after setting an appointment with me they didnt make it. They then rescheduled and increased some discount code. They then proceeded to miss that appointment. When they were in the neighborhood 6-8 months later I have them another chance. One of my primary concerns was a leak that I had on one of the windows. They promised numerous times that new windows would fix it because there was a problem with how the windows were set in. We ultimately went with them because of our strong desire to fix the leak.The leak only shows up when we have a rainstorm mixed with some wind. After they came to fix it, and the next rainstorm came I was very disappointed to find out not only was it not fixed but now it was much worse. Instead of only at the corner it was a larger area that was now showing the water getting through. After numerous contacts I was repeatedly placated and told oh Ill make some calls and get back to you. So far my problem has not been resolved at all.

We received very personal attention from start to finish. The roof looks great and Im told by a trusted third party that its very well done. These folks know what theyre doing and take pride in their work.

Clearwater solved that, coming up with a plan that took care of the sags from the original plank sheathing and the lack of eave soffets, yielding a roof that is beautiful, durable (50 years is longer than I have left) and improves circulation in the attic.The workers were fast, efficient and respectful of plants and other yard features. Ive been employed at Clearwater Exteriors LLC for 4 weeks now. I moved from a Fortune 100 company to Clearwater due to the high integrity and reputation of Larry Meadows and the other people working within the organization. Larry has a rock solid reputation of taking care of his customers and employees both.Just one example of how Clearwater treats their employees is that that do just that...they make them W-2 employees with benefits, as opposed to the industry standard, which is to hire people as 1099 contractors with no benefits.Clearwater is a great employer and company to do business with!

The finished roof looks good but there were some issues with not meeting the sales peoples promises.The sales pitch was for a total roofing solution, starting with a base of new plywood. After the job was finished (I work 12 hour shifts and was at work while they were working) I found that they only replaced the worst piece. There are still a few sagging pieces that can be seen from inside the attic.The work crew did a great job, clean up could have been a little better but wasnt bad. My brother who was here said the work crew was efficient and professional. I dont feel any of the things I see as issues were there fault.Overall Id say its a quality product, but you can get better prices elsewhere, and dont believe the sales pitch.

We recently had Clearwater out for our roof replacement, The guys did a wonderful job on a difficult project. We have a unique roof to say the least with near verticle sides, the crew got things rolling and despite a few hic ups early on got the project done quickly and safely. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves, I think my yard may have been a little cleaner when they left than when the first arrived. We thought we had a leak after they left and the first rains came in, the guys were quick to respond and helped us identify the problem ( which wasnt a leak due to their work). Great dealing with these guys.

Clearwater provided a top notch Estimator followed by an A-1 team of professionals to install our roof. Unknown to us, in addition to the need for a new roof, there was already water damage to our sub-roof - it seems the builder had never installed flashing around the chimney and the exhaust vents had never been connected properly. Clearwater made ALL the corrections, including the use of plywood panels for the sub-roof (NOT gypsum), and sealing all the areas that required this extra step. We run a Childcare & Preschool from our home and I asked that extra vigilance be used with disposition of nails, tacks, etc. in the fenced playground area for the childrens safety. The crew went beyond and completely covered the entire play area and equipment with tarp so all the refuse was collected in the tarp and not on the play area grounds. These people were so very professional and thorough, courteous and quick. We are so very happy with the new roof and would heartily recommend Clearwater as a Premier installer. For all the comfortable days and nights, thanks to the new roof, Mahalo Nui Loa!

BEWARE! These are the door-to-door salesmen everyone warns you about.Long story short, everything was fine until we talked about money. Then the horror stories of paying too little came up, as well as talk of being extremely overcharged by the big-box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). It was all talk to butter me up for their quote which ended up being extremely outrageous. I had multiple quotes at that point (they didnt know I was already shopping around when they came to my door) and theirs was over THREE TIMES my other bids. And yes, those other bids had better quality material and warranty. But thats ok, the lady that scheduled the appointment gave me a super secret code which, when I gave it to the sales guy, was extremely good and one they had not seen before. Wow, I was lucky, I could get a great discount! ...nope, it was cheaper but still over THREE TIMES more expensive. Then the sales guy mentioned another discount, but hes not sure hes authorized to give it so he called his manager. Unfortunate for him, his phone was loud enough I could hear the conversation. It was a script meant to fool me into thinking I was getting a good price, his manager didnt have to approve anything. This super awesome discount wasnt really a discount but the ability to take out a low interest long-term loan that would, of course, cost more overall but it certainly does make the monthly payments look manageable. In order to get that loan, though, I need to sign a contract doing 4 things.1) I had to allow ClearWater to use my house in their promotional material.2) I had to be available over the next 2 years to join at least 2 conference calls with prospective clients. I would have to answer their questions and help sell them on signing up.3) I had to put a small campaign style poster board on the corner of my lawn advertising ClearWater.4) I had to write two positive reviews on social media. Yelp, Facebook, Google, BBB, etc.Something else interesting was my roof measurement. Every other roofer came up with the same measurement. Not ClearWater, though, their measurement was 15% larger. Also, they found water damage that didnt actually exist, claiming multiple boards would need to be replaced. Ive since seen those boards without roofing material on them, theyre clean and perfectly fine. There was no water damage. I believe they did this to inflate their estimate.The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth so of course I didnt sign. Instead I did exactly what they warned me not to do: I shopped around. Ends up its easy to find a roofer that does the same job with better materials minus the sleazy, manipulative sales tactics, all for significantly less cost.Take all the positive reviews with a grain of salt. As I mentioned already, they offer financial incentives if you write multiple positive reviews.I cannot speak to the quality of their work as I did not sign with them.
