I’m amazed at how affordable these windows are compared to other companies. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the style to fit my house and design. The installation team was very professional and did a beautiful job. I’m so pleased that I’m having them finish the rest of the windows in the house! WOW - I sincerely want to thank Jay and his crew for a job very well done. Our windows were a particularly difficult size (as in HUGE) and had multiple issues (bowing in the wind for example - as well as WAY too much heat coming through.) There were window replacement companies we interviewed that would not take the job. There were others that did not listen to our concerns. We had a broken glass patio door, and Jay was able to have his team replace it within less than half the time of any other place we called. The work was done extremely well. The new door is beautiful. Perhaps most pleasing about it is that it was also the most reasonably priced. There is no question we would use them again when we replace the windows in our home. The difference between 303 and other companies were...1) Jays customer service and honesty...he explained the process clearly and completely. 2) once the windows were installed, they were done...meaning the installers finished with caulk and paint. BE SIRE TO ASK THIS QUESTION. a comparable installer gave me a price lower than 303 but I had to finish with paint touch ups. That wasn’t going to work for me because my windows on on a second floor. 3) the Installers were top notch...clean, easy to talk to, professional, and total clean up. I’ve owned rental properties for 17 years. I’ve dealt with many different types of contractors. Contractors with the caliber and integrity of Jay are few and far between. He came out, inspected and tested my window and concluded that there was no problem with the window and any leak had to be coming from a source other than the window. I needed 7 windows plus a patio door replaced in my 18 year old house.Jay with 303WINDOWS gave a very competitive bid compared with two other bids from well-reputed companies. He was timely in responses to calls and texts, and he updated his bid quickly over email with a small clarification.When the windows and doors were ready, Rick retrieved them from the manufacturer and installed them over 2 days. He laid tarps and plastic sheets in each room as he went, minimizing dirt and debris inside the house. He also vacuumed thoroughly afterwards. He was careful to caulk everywhere inside & out, and he switched to a clear caulk inside the patio door where it met wood floor. Some contractors would not have considered that, but he did, and it looks much, much better than white caulk.Part of the bid included tearing out an old window box and building a new one. Rick discovered rotted siding and plywood behind the old window box. As soon as I saw it, I knew I would need a siding contractor, and there was no value in building a new window box only to tear it out later. Rick offered a couple of practical options for the near-term which would look pretty good without costing a lot. The option I chose required less labor than the window box. *Without me asking*, Rick and Jay reduced the total price for the reduced labor. That is honest contracting!It is a rare thing to find a competitive price + quality work + honest contracting. If you are in the market for windows, I strongly recommend you include getting a bid from 303WINDOWS.

Call now!  Don’t hesitate!  Over the past seven years we replaced all of our windows.  We did this in thirds:  The first and second time we went through Discount Windows and Siding.  This is when they were discount windows.  Since then their prices tripled which prompted us to shop around, obtaining estimates from four more window companies.  Enter Jay from 303 Windows.  What a breath of fresh air!  From the first call Jay was prompt, professional, courteous, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, reasonable, observant and keen on details (he was the only window man in seven years who pointed out that the grids in our windows did not match the others).  He’s a straight shooter who won’t steer you in the wrong direction.  Any follow-up questions or concerns are immediately addressed and resolved.  Others may have had lower bids, but Jay’s integrity and confidence won the day.From start to finish, the measuring, estimating, ordering and installation went without one hiccup.  I’d like to talk more about the people (very good communicators and listeners) before I describe the windows.  Rick came out to do the measuring.  He was fast and efficient.  Five guys showed up on installation day:  John, the front man who had the sweetest disposition, explained what they were going to do and how they would be setting things up.  Dan, the most energetic and spry person Ive met to date, elected to be the one to install the window over my jetted tub because he was the lightest of the men and wanted to place the least amount of pressure standing on it.  Let me clarify that most of the work was done from the outside on all windows.  Upon meeting Vincent he quipped, “Nice to meet you”.  I can’t tell you the last time a young man has said that.  Two other men showed up as I was leaving for work do I did not get their names.  These five professional, hardworking and very competent men installed 9 windows in 4 hours.  As with any project, touch-ups were needed.  Both John and Dan asked me for my touch-up paint so they could leave my walls as they found them.  I was totally impressed with their caulk lines by the way.The windows:  We hesitated 2 weeks putting our blinds back up because the windows are so darn pretty to look at.  Functional?  Hell yes and way better than the Discount Windows we currently have and those we’ve seen from other companies.  303 Windows have more sophisticated features such as an aluminum bar running the length of the window to remove the screen (instead of cheap plastic tabs that break), clean lines, curved locks that your fingers can easily manipulate and an overall design that makes them look elegant.  They are lightweight and durable, open and close without throwing your back out, secure, and help reduce noise.  In addition, all parts can be replaced such as latches, locks and security features vs replacing the entire window.Since starting this journey seven years ago, we’ve had a great deal of estimates and salesmen at our house including Andersen, Champion, Home Depot, Lowes, Southwest, Affordable and Gravina’s along with other companies and contractors we have long since forgotten.  Oh the stories we could tell!  Save yourself the time and frustration.  Call 303 Windows now!  I wish we would have seven years ago!

So impressed with this company. They only use windows made right here in Colorado so they are right for our weather and elevation. They dont come over with a high pressure sales pitch and their prices including labor are amazing! Cheaper than every other quote we had , but not cheap in standards and quality.

Let me start by stating that 303 Windows was the best decision I could have made for window replacement. We had a major hail storm in the summer of 2018 we are still trying to get repairs for. I had Jay come out to look at a bay window that had been damaged. Once in the house he noticed that the bay window was one that he had installed years ago! Insurance was not going to cover the replacement at the time and he offered to write up a proposal to send them to have it covered. The insurance accepted it and we went forward with the replacement of the bay and 3 other windows in my home. His install crew was right on time, super knowledgeable, and professional. I can not say enough good about the whole process. We had another quote from one of the big window businesses in the area and their quote was 3x that of 303 Windows. The quality and service of Jay and his staff far exceeded what I thought was possible. The next time we need a window replacement Ill be calling 303 Windows!

We could not be happier with our BEAUTIFUL new windows! Our home is over 30 years old and still had the original aluminum frame windows. We did our due diligence and research and spoke with several window companies prior to finding 303 Windows. Jay was so knowledgable and immediately put us at ease AND the estimate was a fraction of the bigger companies. We even had a window that Jay evaluated and advised us that it didnt need to be replaced! So refreshingly ethical! The crew showed up on time and installed 7 windows, 2 picture windows and a patio door as well as replacing all the exterior wood trim in about 8 hours! They cleaned up after themselves and were so professional and friendly. The windows are crystal clear, easy open and look great.

From measurements to installed windows, it was 3 weeks, at a price that surprised me since it was significantly less than I was expecting. Jay has a great crew for installation and the windows are working great! Keeping the outside weather from affecting the inside temperature, and for the first time in 15 years we can finally open/close all our windows. Could not be happier with the decision to go with 303Windows.

As reflected in these other reviews, 5 stars is not even enough to give this company. I, too, did my research beforehand and got quotes from many other companies, including Lowes and Home Depot. When Jay came over to give me a quote, not only did he have me and my parents (who were visiting from out of town) in stitches - he was so funny - but the price he gave me wasnt even comparable to the other companies I talked to - it was WAY lower. He educated us on why my current windows were outdated and what his had to offer. I was immediately sold and within a month, my new windows were custom-made and installed.The installation process was equally as wonderful and entertaining. Rick and K.C. came in and were also so professional, fun, hilarious, and quick. I have a condo, so the job only took a day with 8 windows. Loved those guys and couldnt praise them more. They did not make a mess at all - my place was super clean afterwards and they even reinstalled all of my blinds.My installation was in November of 2019 and I have noticed such a difference with heating/cooling my house. They also have the UV blocker and extra safety locks. Quality product!A couple weeks ago when we had some decently heavy rainfall, I noticed the large window in the front of my house was leaking, so I called Jay the next day and he was at my house within an hour investigating. He found that I had a wood panel above the window frame on the outside of the house that had a hole in it and needed caulked. This had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my window installation - it was just wear and tear on my house, but Rick came over a couple hours later with some caulk, climbed up on his ladder, and filled it along with another hole over the front door. He did not need to do that, but that is how great these guys are... they were willing to help even though my leak had nothing to do with the window itself.If you choose any other company for window installation over 303 Windows, I think my and the other reviews will tell you that you are making a mistake. Love these guys! They are truly the best in the business!

Jay and his team just finished my windows installation for the entire house this past Tuesday. We needed to replace our 40 year old windows and our realtor mentioned Jay and 303 Windows as a recommendation. We did several estimates and Jays estimate beat the next Amerimax estimate by $ 6K. On top of that, Jay was very friendly and did not push anything on us that we didnt want. Once the windows came in, the installation team did a great job and were very personable for the 2-day job. Purchasing and installation of the new windows in our home couldn’t have been an easier, no pressure process.The owner, Jay, responded to my email within 10 minutes of sending. He scheduled an appt, arrived on time, went over the features, explained that these windows are built right here in Colorado to withstand the wide temperature fluctuations that we experience daily. My experience with this window company was excellent. Jay was incredibly helpful through the process of having our windows replaced after a massive hail storm. He was also very detailed in his inspection. He took the time to investigate our windows and determined that they were upgraded windows (other window companies did not notice and we would have received less quality windows than what we originally had). He communicated with my insurance company and made the process very easy and was able to get like-for-like window replacement. A True Master of his Trade! Highly Recommended!We needed every window (19) replaced as they were the originals in our 19 year-old home. We met with another company before meeting with Jay, and one other company after. I wont name names, but the first one quoted $24k to do the job! We then met with Jay and he explained why they are so expensive, and then quoted us just under $11k to do the same job using an equal-in-quality product. We told him who we were meeting with next and he told us what their quote would be to install the same product (50% higher than his quote). We met with the next company the following day and just smiled when they gave us the quote for exactly what Jay said they would. We accepted Jays proposal the same day. He delivered exactly what he said he would, in the time frame promised, and the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installation were excellent. Dont buy new windows until you talk with Jay!

I am very happy with my new windows and with the excellent service I received from 303 Windows. A few months ago, I was overwhelmed when a hail storm damaged every window and the glass slider door on the back of my house. I LOVE the Amerimax windows and am thrilled with how quickly and easily everything went with Jay and his crew. The windows are beautiful and sturdy, easy to open and close and clean. If you want beautiful windows, a genuine honest sales experience, and an expert, efficient installation, you want 303 Windows. I found them after a horrible, high pressure sales pitch from Andersen windows during which I felt that the salesman was inflating the cost of each window to effectively eliminate any cost benefit that the coupon we got in the mail would give. After signing and withdrawing from the Andersen contract, it was critical I find a sales person we could trust with such a huge investment, both in terms of bang for our buck but also for beauty and quality of the windows themselves. Through reviews, I found 303 Windows, and Jay Lillien. Jay was at our house within a few days, his humor and candor made me feel at ease right away, then when he sat at my table and wrote down the cost for each window and tallied it for me, no games, no demands to sign contracts or face higher prices. I learned from Jay that 303 Windows are made here in Colorado and employees local residents which was a big bonus for me as I love to support local small businesses whenever possible. We signed our contract and Rick came to do our measurements -- he was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate (which is definitely what you want in a window measurer!). This past week, my husband and I met John, Jeremiah, and Adrian when they came to install the windows. There is no question they are experts at what they do. On top of that, they are professional, efficient, and incredibly nice (which is pretty great for people who are going to be in your house for an extended period of time. They took great care to protect our home and furnishings from any construction dust. By the end of the first day they had installed almost all of our windows (and we had 22 to replace!). They came back the next and finished up. We had them replace some window sills which came out beautifully and were very reasonable cost-wise. But to the critical point, the windows are amazing -- they have moved our 1972 home into the 21 century, and even though they are the same size as our old windows make our house feel like it is far more open to the outside -- think Frank Lloyd Wright style. I do not write reviews like this frequently, and only for those business or people who go above and beyond meeting expectations. The Team at 303 Windows gave us the quality you associate with Andersen but with the honesty, transparency, and straight forward, reasonable price you wont find there.

Hire these guys! Great craftsmanship, quality product, and great people. Weve hired dozens of companies to replace windows at properties over the years and finally found a company I would recommend. Hired them to replace aluminum windows with painted vinyl windows. The vinyl window they sell has a better warranty and performance than wood and composite windows that sell for twice the price. The paint warranty is longer than Andersons Fibrex which has an integral color. James and Rick made the process easy and Adrian the installer was top notch. Working with 303 Windows is how contracting should be.

The windows were installed in the timeframe he gave us. The crew finished all 16 windows in a day while it was cold and snowy out too! Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jays team are friendly professional and most importantly honest gentlemen. We first met Jay, Rick and John at the home show and they had a straight forward refreshing approach. Jay came to the house spending time to get to know us and our requirements, he did not do a hard sell but gave honest recommendations gained from years of experience (he is the owner of the company). Having talked to 8 other window companies we went with 303 Windows and the Amerimax product because we trusted the team and the product they stood by. We had 18 windows and 2 patio doors installed, we live at altitude and have a harsh south facing exposure. Everything went very well with the installation taking 2.5 days, Rick and John know what they are doing no mess diligent and caring, a pleasure having them in our home. The snows came the evening of the final day and we noticed a huge positive difference compared to the old windows. One of the glass panes had to be replaced due to a scratch, Jay and Amerimax were very prompt and the pane was replaced with no issues. We are very pleased with the windows and the great price Jay offered. Would strongly recommend Jay and his very experienced team.

Jay and his Team did an awesome job replacing our windows after the big July hail storm in Castle rock, CO. 8 windows were completely trashed. Jay is very thorough, fair and ethical. He was actually lower in price than his competitors that were going to install the builder grade Windows. We ended up with twice the quality, for almost half the price. Plus Jay re-screened all our front windows for free, just because thats the kind of business man he is.We had a sliding door that the track had been damaged during the storm. The competitors wouldnt even attempt a repair. Jays team attempted to get parts and put honest effort into trying to salvage the slider (at no charge).Other companies wouldnt even give me the option. They said they werent allowed to try. In the end we ended up having to have it replaced, but Jay went above and beyond where other companies wouldnt even flatter me and pretend to try. We are so glad we went with 303-WINDOWS. We already notice the difference in the warmth the new Windows hold in compared to our old windows.Jay made a new customer for life! Thanks 303-WINDOWS! So we made sure to work with the window company having a great service, quality and price. 303 Windows is outstanding for every of the category. Their quality is very high, their workers are very professional and custom-oriented, and they provided us many alternative solutions about how to save cost (e.g., combine windows together, even that means more work and less money for them). I did the first job with them in September, and signed up for the 2nd job on the day of their completion. And now the 3rd one. You will be very happy if you decide to go with them. In today’s society, it’s hard to find honest, respectful, hardworking individuals that take pride in their work and offer a great customer experience. Before I called 303-WINDOWS, I was very skeptical thinking this would be another “buyer beware” sort of experience full of surprises and unpleasntries. It never fails, whenever I need something done to my home, car, etc., honesty and integrity seems to take a back seat with whoever I hire. Within minutes of talking to Jay (the owner), he put me at ease and was very pleasant to talk with on the phone. I needed an estimate and he got me in the next day which was great as it was a Saturday and I did not have to take time off from work. Upon arrival, Jay brought the sample tan colored windows I had requested as I was unsure about the tan color. Jay is a great guy and easy to talk to. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge on windows and construction in general. He’s also DU graduate which speaks volumes. Jay offered advice on windows where needed. For example, he noticed one of my bedroom windows upstairs had the slider located where it would be unsafe to escape using the window. He recommended I have the slider located on opposite side for safe exit in the event of a fire. Not only did he have safety in mind but he had other suggestions which we implemented as well. As far as the price, Jay’s bid came in lower than the competition even with dissimilar sound deadening glass for all 24 windows and the addition of a third window in a bedroom. You will not be disappointed in Jay’s pricing. Do yourself a favor and have Jay a give you a quote.Regarding the installation, I could not have had a better experience. All 24 windows and the custom window work were completed in just 2 days! Jay’s crew of 4 were simply awesome! They were polite, personable, clean, and meticulous about their work. It was breath of fresh air to see people who actually take pride in their work and respect others property, something that is very hard to come by these days. They were very careful not to damage, scrape, or scuff any walls, railings, floors, etc when they did the install. Jay and his crew also installed a 3rd window in a bedroom for me and replaced the existing 2 windows with larger windows. So, not only do they offer window replacement, they can do custom work as well which worked out great! I can honestly say, this was the best in home service experience I have ever had, hands down. One last very important thing, if something is not right, you can count on Jay to make it right. He wants you, as a customer, 100% satisfied with his work. I experienced this firsthand. The drywall texture was not quite right in the room where the custom work was done. Before I even had a chance to call Jay about this, he actually called me about it and said he was going to have a professional drywaller come over and fix the texturing!!!! Talk about a great team of workers…one of his crew noticed the texture was not right, he told Jay about this, and Jay called me and had a professional come over and correct the texture! It simply does not get any better than this! I was blown away with the great service.Regarding the windows, I went with the Amerimax Craftsman Series with dissimilar glass (for sound deadening) and went with the tan color. I would say they are at least 50% quieter. On a sunny day, my old windows would heat the house up to 80+ degrees. Now my house stays in the high 60s low 70s without AC. They look great and have a slim frame for maximum viewing. I could not be happier with the choice I made.Bottom line here, if you need windows or even custom window work, call Jay at 303-WINDOWS. You will not be disappointed! In fact, maybe call Jay last after you have dealt with all the others in your bidding process. You will see what I mean.

We cant say enough good things sbout our window replacemnt experience with 303 Windowa. First Jay met ith us and provided a detailed review of Ameriimax Windows and we agree that the wndows are of excellent quality. We had 36 windows and a new patio door installed, and Rick and John were so professionsl and friendly. They replaced all 36 windows in 3 days and they were excellent. They paid extra attention to every detail. We noticed that they blocked noise from outside our home. The quietness over our old windows was an added bonus. The appearance from outside our home looks gretat. We rate them a strong 5. Couldnt be happier.
