Windows are of high quality material and look good, plus these new windows cut down the outside noise considerably. They open with just a little effort and shut just as easy. When the installer finished, the windows looked like a professional had installed themI would recommend these windows to my friends. The Precision company is concerned about the purchasers happiness.

It started with the salesman (Steve Foster) who recommended window trim that was not appropriate for my type of stucco. Installer was never on time and job dragged on for seven days, when I was told two at most. Spoke with Scott Novak on numerous occasions about installer and progress, and my concerns for the finished product and was told by (Scott) that the finished product would be great and that he would send me dining out gift cards for the inconvenience, never received them. Windows were misssing parts that Scott said he would send and a new screen, never received them. Sent a letter to the President of the company (Jeff Woodward) about my experience, no response.I have had to caulk over numerous areas that the installer did a poor job on and have an unfinished window that the window trim could not be put on due to location. So I spent $11,900 on windows that look horrible on the outside of my home and a company that has forgotten me since they were paid. The one area that they got it right was not charging me for the window trim that looks like an amateur installed it. Scott Novak also told me that the salesman was going to come look at my house to see the finished product and as of today I have not received further communication. Windows were finished around the 1st of September. I would definitely explore your options for new windows and if it means paying more with a well known company it will likely be worth it. I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

In my opinion, Lead Installer Steve Cohen is a dirty thief, he is a lier and i dont trust him to be left alone around my house. This company should hire more trustworthy installers, unlike Steve Cohen. I wish I had some warning before trusting Steve, now Im out $1000.00 cash and only Steve knows where its at. Oh and the company doesnt even care. They are aware that Steve ripped me off, but they will send to your home next no problem.

I really liked the sales rep. He was very helpful and took the time to explain to me the difference between each product of windows. Both installers were just great installers. When I would ask them questions about the windows or siding they would stop and explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it... I plan on doing my detached garage in the near future and I will be using them once more. I highly recommend Precision Windows & Siding Construction for your window and siding needs.

Our neighbors had their Siding replaced three years ago and then last summer they had that same company come back and replace all of their windows and doors, and their home looks absolutely beautiful. Over the holidays our neighbors had a Christmas party and I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful their new doors and windows looked. After listening to our neighbors describe how their heating bill was cut in half I asked them who did the work. Luckily our neighbors were kind enough to refer us to Precision Siding and Construction. In April Precision came out and replaced all of our windows and doors with their American Classic triple pane pruduct line and we already notice a huge difference. Not only is our home incredibly quiet but our air conditioner only comes on a few times per day instead of constantly running. Based on how beautiful our neighbors home looks we may as well consider Siding next year. Thank you Precision for staying on schedule and meeting our expectations as the windows and doors look absolutely beautiful. We will refer family and friends to Precision, great job!

Took a very long time to complete the project. Signed contract on 7 March 2018. Installers showed up unannounced in August. They left the installation incomplete due to shortage of materials. Notified Scott Novak for assistance to complete the job. On Sep 10 one installer was sent to finish the job after the initial crew left. Danny was very helpful in completing the job alone. He had to purchase additional materials to complete the installation. He was very professional and an amazing worker inspite of all that had to due to complete the installation. He was really a fantastic installer who knows how to complete the job. I commend him for a job well done.Mr. And Mrs. Richard Gallegos

Had my windows and siding changed about 12 years ago. Wait till you need warranty work. What a joke. First if your lucky you will get someone to answer, then pass you around, will send someone who doesnt call or show up. Then your siding is obsolete. Recommend them hell no. They still havent showed up to fix my warranty, and never called me back. Very very unprofessional

BUYER BEWARE! In my experience, this company attempted to defraud me. I back-checked their estimate and noticed that they do not provide accurate measurements. They did not exclude window and door areas from their take-offs, they considered peaked roofs as square so they add unnecessary square footage to your exterior face area, and generally saw their measurements round up instead to the closest number. In addition, they state theyll take care of permits and taxes, but my local permit amount was 4.5 times less than what was included, and the taxes appeared to be taken on the total estimate amount and not the materials. Overall I see their prices to be overly inflated with compared to local companies and industry standard, so I would suggest obtaining additional quotes for comparison if you are considering this company. in my opinion, this company attempted to defraud me and have since reported them to the BBB and local police department.
