I would be skeptical of storing your documents with this company. Originally my company had contracted with Professional Document Management in Fort Collins to store our closed files. Allegedly, Access purchase PDM and moved my files to Denver. When I found this out, I tried to make arrangements for a Fort Collins storage company to go pick up my files and transport them back to Fort Collins. Access blew me off. I perceived that Access did not want to lose my business to a competitor. Several months passed by and I then re-initiated contact with Acess to get my files. Access wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for this. I cant justify spending thousands of dollars to transport a bunch of documents that I will likely have shredded when my storage obligation expires. Basically, I feel like my property was taken to Denver without my knowledge or consent, and now Access is holding my files hostage until I pay them what I believe to be an excessive fee for simply making my files available so I can come pick them up and drive them back to Denver.
