There is a sign on the door that says Masks required to enter I walked all the way back to my car to go get my mask.... I put mine on and in the meantime someone in front of me did not have a mask and someone in there already did not have a mask on. Make up your minds- If you have that sign on the door decide- Mask on or not and then reinforce it!!!!!

Taken advantage off. I ask to for cheapest option available to ship my package. First they tired to push overnight shipping for $400 on me what I of course declined and ask again for more reasonable method. After some back and forth they told me the best option would be for $230 including insurance, since that sounded way more reasonable I decided to go for this option. Still something didnt feel right so after I came home I checked online and found a cheaper way how to do it with UPS (Using the same weight and package size as in the store). Exactly $100 cheaper. I will not return to this store and probably never us UPS again.

We have lived in the area for almost ten years. This is our local shipping store. Recently our shipping needs have increased. We visit this store at least twice a week. The ladies who work here are always so kind and helpful. Theyve helped with all of our shipping needs and have made our process for shipping easier and more efficient (for cost and time). They are amazing, and more than anything really good people. I notice all of the folks who come in and leave with a smile, which isnt always easy in these trying times. Truly grateful to have this shipping store in our neighborhood. And its not too often then I would say this, but I look forward to going to the UPS store!

I have been a customer for several years. I rent a box, address all of my shipping needs and the occasional printing job. This place is so much more than a UPS store. Their professionalism, their efficiency and most important personalized service makes them a preferred service provider. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them highly.Update, during this pandemic they have increased their safety protocols and follow strict guidelines of social distance, mask enforcement due to city guidelines and maintain the store immaculate as always. It is reassuring their commitment to the safety of their clients and employees.

This place is never able to fulfill what I need them to do on my visits. This is my last visit. I will make the 20min drive to the post office in the future for all my mailing/shipping needs. This time when I arrived I was told to stand outside with my two kids because of covid precautions, but there was no social distancing between anybody in the store, including the employees, and when I was finally able to enter the building I was directed to stand within 6ft of three other people to complete my transaction. It was all a pointless violation of safety procedure since they couldn’t even sell me what I asked for, even though I was assured they would have what I needed in stock today.

Terrible customer service! Twice today. Went in for a notary and was told they could not do it for two more hours... store was empty. Went back, same girl told me no, did it. Spelt my name wrong! Then when I asked for a correction her and assuming the manager both got an attitude and assumed I was wrong. No one could ring me up.... terrible. Will absolutely never come back.

I was walking to this store with a ready package in hand to drop off. As I was crossing the parking lot, a woman called out to me.“Sir,” she called, “Were you looking to drop that package off?”“Yes,” I replied.“I’m sorry sir we just closed,” she answered me. “Is it ready to go?”“Yes,” I replied.“Okay, I’ll just run it in for you, no problem.”That worker’s name is Amy. She went out of her way, after her shift was over, to reopen her store and send my package. UPS is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated, thoughtful employee working for them, and I will absolutely be using this store for all my package needs.

I went in to mail gift baskets from my business. The customer service was good. However when I received pictures from my clients of the baskets they received I was not happy. They looked as if they were shaken and the boxes looked as if they had been opened. I am very professional and I create professional baskets. This put a dent on my businesss reputation.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this UPS store. We started a small business in the middle of the pandemic and mailed boxes every day at this store. They were AMAZING! The team asked how business was going and got every package shipped off fast with tracking for everything. Not a single glitch. I also watched them persevere through the storm of COVID-19 and show up to work every day with a smile. They are Frontline Heroes ❤️

Had a great experience here today. Was returning a rug, a large and cumbersome shipment to make. Staff offered to help us move it from the car to the store and then helped us repack a second package when we overlooked including something in the box originally.The two young men working today were both courteous and helpful.

Personnel is always helpful. I am not the most tech savy person. I have received help when needed to transfer e-mails for printing and other assistance. Rachel has been one of the employees who has been truly exceptional on several occasions.

I took off work to be here for a package that needed a signature. The package never came but I recieved an e- mail saying they attempted delivery. No one left a door tag, driver didnt ring doorbell or knock.

The staff has always been great to me. When I had a tube go missing they were very responsive to help me with my claim. After a few weeks of not receiving the check for the claim, the store manager/owner offered to write one instead. I had a check in my hand that very hour! Incredible service for a shipping company. After several nightmare experiences with USPS and FedEx I use this store for my shipping needs whenever possible. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

# 1 - Dont answer the phone with a smartass attitude.# 2 - When a customer is explaining their issue, dont ignore them and order your lunch.# 3 - Dont hang up on a customer before they are even explaining an issue.All I was calling for is to find out around time my package would be delivered today..

I just needed to print a few pages from a USB drive, and despite the fact they have a printer equipped for usb printing, they instead told me I had to rent a computer for $3 on top of the cost of printing. They didnt offer to comp me bc I was just needing prints, or they could have printed it for me at the front desk. Guess whos not getting $3?

This store delivered a very damaged package. Still waiting on my claim paperwork to be done by this store two months later. Called UPS only to be told they have no way of forcing them to finalize the claim. I will be marching in there store tomorrow to ask them nicely......GO TO ANY OTHER UPS STORE!!!!!! Or use Fed Ex. USPS and UPS should all be out of business.

I mailed 2 boxes on Monday, October 9, 2017 to my Aunt containing items I needed for my uncles wake on October 14, 2017. One of the boxes arrived on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, no problem. When the second box did not show up by close of business on Thursday, October 12, 2017, my Aunt called UPS and was told the other box (the box with the most of the stuff in it) was damaged during shipment and was being returned to the UPS Store (from whence it came) and would arrive on Monday, October 16, 2017. Remember I needed the items in the missing box for Saturday, October 14th. When I spoke with the folks at the UPS store, today October 16th, their attitude was well its not our fault. The lady at the UPS Store says she will file a claim and that I can expect to get a refund in around maybe thirty days, that it is a process and there is nothing she can do about it. When I spoke with UPS customer service and questioned why no one called either my Aunt or myself to ask us weather we wanted the box delivered in its damaged state to my Aunt or returned to its point of origin, UPS answer was they do not have enough employees to call everyone who has a damaged package. Really, they have that many damaged packages? In addition, I was advised not to file a complaint until after I received my refund. In the meantime, I was without the things I needed for my event thereby adding additional stress and trauma to an already traumatically stressful situation. I had to go out and replace everything that was in the box at an additional expense and stress. I cannot file a claim directly with UPS since I went through the UPS Store. UPS customer service told me, that had I shipped the package directly through UPS instead of using the UPS Store, I could deal with them, UPS. but since I shipped through the UPS Store, I have to deal with the people at the store. Well, forgive me for not knowing that the UPS Stores are just fronts and not really UPS. In my opinion UPS and/or the The UPS Stores are falsely advertising. If I had know that the UPS Store and UPS were separate entities I would have gone about shipping my parcels differently. You can bet the next time I need to ship something it wont be with UPS or UPS Stores. The folks at the UPS Store need to exhibit at least an ounce of concern, regret and compassion when something gets screwed up.

I have had a mailbox here for almost three years. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I dont understand the bad reviews honestly-- they dont set the shipping rates, UPS does. Bottom line this store is well run by kind and honest people.

This store will try to rip you off. An odd-looking creature with rings in her nose and decorations on her arm tried to charge me $197 for what actually I actually was able to send by UPS for $129. Rip off!

Totally unprofessional, there is obviously no training done at this location .My they dont know where my package is was told by 3 different stories by 3 different employees .the manager was even worse. Would not take responsibility did nothing to solve the problem in fact placed blam elsewhere then had the odasity to hang up on me when she realized that I was upset as I have every right to be in the fact that my package they can not find. Shen hung up on me without even a attention to reslove the issue. Do not do business here absolutely the worst customer service ever not to mennmen the totally different answered by 3 employees all totally different answered. Unbelievable that I was just treated this way .This store need to have some major training and customer service edieducat. The Manager ( who said she was the owner) said I am not going to talk to you because I am upset and hung up. They lost my package they wont give me a straight answer and I am not supposed to be upset. Never ever been treated this badly anywhere ever !!!

Dont go here! I wanted to ship a tube 36 x 6 to the UK. They quoted me $257. When I asked if there was a less expensive option, they said no and I quote what they said to me It is expensive to ship things to the UK.The UPS store on Colorado Blvd at 7th shipped it for me priority mail for $104. I guess priority mail isnt an option at the Monaco store.I wish I could give it 0 stars.
