My husband and I took our wedding party here for manicures and they took such good care of us!! Our nails all looked amazing and we had so much fun!! The artists are personable and made the time really enjoyable ❤️

I will definitely never go back. Two stars only because the staff was nice. But I could have saved $25 and an hour and a half by painting my nails myself and would have had a more therapeutic experience. I had my nails done 8 hours ago and, you can see by the photos below, my cuticles look worse than when I walked into the salon (didnt think this was possible) and most of my nails have unpainted areas despite mentioning it during my appointment.

This is the best place to get your nails done in the Denver area! I love going to see Allie and Lacee, they are the nicest, sweetest, most entertaining ppl around. There are tons of gel colors to choose from and they don’t use UV lights. I always leave happy!

I LOVE this salon! I only get my nails done here. Not only is it a welcoming atmosphere but the ladies are great at what they do. It’s great to come and get my nails and toes done, have a complimentary glass of wine and catch up with my favorite nail technician, Allie. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for stunning nails with a fun crew. I’m treating my bridesmaids and mom to nails and toes on the day before my wedding and they let us book the whole salon for a few hours. They’re very accommodating and come with good conversation.

I love getting my regular appointments here at this cute nail salon! Everybody who works here is always so attentive, upbeat and fun! The owner, Amanda, has great energy and while I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff, Allie and Lacee have always gone above and beyond for me! Allie’s gel manicures stay on for longer than any mani I’ve ever had! Love love love this place!

Tried Polish on Pearl for the first time. Amazing! I had decided to quit doing my own mani-pedis and I am happy to find this Salon. Welcomed me in and all other clients. Very flexible staff and treated me like I was a long time client.

I got my nails done with gel for a 10 day trip touring Israel. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that my nails stayed strong and polish perfect throughout the stress of traveling and playing hard with biking, jeeping, and hiking! I completed the take off (recommended with gel polish) today, 3 weeks later, and my nails are happy!

Gave this salon a try yesterday – scheduled a “gelish spa manicure” after being promised a pampering treatment that was to include a scented neck wrap and neck and shoulder massage. The nail service itself was fine, and I did enjoy a nice hand massage, but the extras that were to come with the “spa” manicure never materialized. When I raised this at the time of payment my technician said she “forgot” to do the extras that were promised. At checkout the receptionist didn’t budge on the price and I wound up paying a full $52 for the service. Might I add I was the only customer on the premises during my entire service – guess there’s a reason for that. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Only place in Denver Ive been happy with. The salon is clean, the girls are personable, and the polish lasts for weeks!

The woman who did my manicure was lovely but it’s only been a week and my nails have already chipped and are peeling off. $41 isn’t worth it. I will continue to go to my usual place

No awkward silence while getting my nails done! The entire staff is friendly and personable. The most important part is my nails look great. I will be back.

The atmosphere is very inviting and most of the staff seem nice, but unfortunately my nail technician was not. I went for a gel manicure and was completely rushed throughout the whole service. I wasnt offered any beverage like the other guests were and my nail technician, Lacee, was more concerned with her next appointment then doing a half decent job on mine. I received a .0002 hand massage and rushed cuticle work. I expressed interest in receiving a paraffin hand wax and there was zero effort to accommodate me or even let me know whether they did or didnt have time to do it. For a $40+ manicure, you should expect a certain level of basic customer service. Maybe theres an issue with them being booked too closely back to back, who knows. I will not be going back.

Let me preface, Im a heterosexual male. I got hooked on pedicure about a year ago. I started going here cuz it was close by the house, now after moving I still go there if Im gonna be in the hood. I probably dont know the difference between nail treatments, but I like the way my feet look and feel. I like to work with Amanda, the only remaining owner, she does me right. (In regards to Casseopia mentioned in other posts, she was loco and got fired.) In fact I think most of these bad reviews are for the old owners. New ownership is young and trying hard to be the best little nail salon in Wash Park. I always feel comfortable, welcomed with beverages such as wine, sparkling, and tea. Its clean and relaxing, there is always laughter and chit chat, fun crew. Lastly I recommend mixing your sugar scrubs, I like the Lavender-Grapefruit... :)

My friends and I came here to get mani pedi’s for my upcoming trip to the carribean. The ambiance was nice, and the ladies that worked here were super fun. They did a great job getting all of our nails done in a timely fashion, and gave each of us exactly the style we were wanting. The staff was professional and comfortable to be around. I will most certainly come back here for all my nail needs.

I called last minute for a manicure and pedicure; they fit me in and I got a great mani, pedi for $50. They helped me with my snow boots too! I forgot my wallet and they called me so I could come back and pick it up. Excellent customer service and my nails look great!

This place is ghetto. Chairs are on top of plywood. Girls are tatted up and barely dressed and the overall feel is filthy. I wont be back.

I went to Polish on Pearl for the first time yesterday and had such a negative, nasty and bizarre experience I will never go back!!! My pedicure was done by a junior nail tech. When it came to trimming the cuticles I told her it looked like she hadn’t gotten all of the cuticle off on my left foot, so the junior nail tech asked a colleague to take a look. Her colleague trimmed the cuticles on my left foot and it looked great. When it came to the cuticles on my right foot, the junior nail tech asked the owner, Casseopia, for assistance. Casseopia took a look and said no more cuticle could be taken off of my right foot. I requested that the cuticles be trimmed on my right foot to match what had been done on the left foot. I was again told no by Casseopia, because the cuticle was “live”. I said I was not happy because the cuticles were trimmed differently on each foot. What followed next was such a disproportionate response to my request from Casseopia that I still don’t even know what to make of it. Casseopia quickly became incredibly aggressive, loud, nasty, rude and condescending towards me. I was immediately told I could leave, I was referred to as “honey”, and told to go to a “Chinese nail salon”. When I tried to respond, Casseopia loudly and aggressively talked over me and wouldn’t let me get a word in edge-wise. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, nasty interaction from any service-oriented business, and especially not from a business owner! I was not being rude or loud, I just said I was not happy with having the cuticles trimmed differently on each foot. Based on the response I received, it was made clear to me that the owner of Polish on Pearl thinks her being right is more important for her business than doing a quality pedicure is. Either that or she has confused nasty, rude, aggressive, condescending and unprofessional behavior with customer service. I walked out and will never go back. I am APPALLED at how I was treated by Casseopia/Polish on Pearl. If I could rate Polish on Pearl with negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Im giving Tootsies a poor review because of their customer service. I called a week prior and made my appointment for an express pedicure at 3:00. Knowing this, I made plans for a happy hour meeting with coworkers at 4:00 (the restaurant was less than 5 minutes away). I got there exactly at 3:00 and noticed all of the women were busy with clients. It took about 10 minutes before the receptionist greeted me and asked me to pick a color. I looked at my phone and it was 3:24 by the time she prepped me a place to sit and soak my feet. I continued to patiently wait-I didnt say anything because I did not want to ruin any of the other clients experience. Eventually I asked the receptionist how long the express pedi would take and she said 30 minutes. I told her I had to leave in 20. The manicurist next to me then rushed to finish with her current client and to have the receptionist take care her top coat. I felt awful because that then rushed the other clients pedicure. I then got a half fast pedicure in 15 minutes. She would have done a good job if we both had the full 30 minutes. Instead, I still have rough skin and I could paint my nails as well as she did (which isnt saying much). The receptionist was struggiling to put on the other womans sandals so my manicurst was going back and forth between my feet and other womans feet to put on the sandals. This really disturbed me because it is not sanitary and I hope the other woman does not have athletes foot. I went in thinking I would have a relaxing break between work and a meeting and I thought having a nail appointment a hour before will be more than enough time to be early. Instead, I spent my time waiting around and anxious/nervous about running late (which I was a few minutes late). To top it off, it was not that great of a job. All in all, they need to run their business more smoothly.

I had booked an appointment on their online system. When I came in the woman I spoke with asked if I had an appointment and when I said yes she said I must be at the wrong location. I looked at my confirmation and told her that I was in the right spot. She said that I must not be using the app correctly. After I reiterated 3 times that I had a cofirmed appointment and I was using the app correctly another employee who was very kind indicated they were having problems with their booking system. The original lady I spoke with said I can just wait their for another person... So I just stood there for 5 minutes awkwardly, I was not offered to sit down or given an ETA. I was then asked to leave my name and number. I did get a call later saying they could fit me in, but I was so turned off by the woman who I originally spoke with and how she handled the situation that I chose not to return.
