Its been three weeks and both the regular pedicure and gel manicure are going strong. I wouldnt be surprised if the gel manicure lasts another two weeks. This is including some abuse from rock climbing (of course my nails have grown out the last three weeks in the pic).The salon is more less what youd expect. Workers are all nice, but probably some are just more skilled than others. The prices are decent, was $57 for reg pedi with gel mani.

It takes a lot for me to be unhappy with a place to the point where I have to write a review. When I initially came in a lot of the workers there asked me why I’m there which is expected. I said I’m getting a gel pedicure several times since several people asked me. I was then told to wash my hands which I did and then I was seated in a chair which wasn’t 100% ready for someone to sit in. Once someone came to do my toes they asked me if I chose a color yet. To which I responded no. I was told to pick a color off the wall and I specifically asked “is it gel?” And the woman repeated herself to pick a color off the wall. I hesitantly did and brought it over and continued my pedicure. The foot bath water was SO cold. I told the lady it’s cold and she turned on the hot water for a little. Water was still cold but I decided not to waste my energy on them anymore.Once she started to paint my nails she realized I asked for a gel pedicure and the polish I brought over was not gel. So THEN she brought me the little basket with all the gel colors. She continued to do a poor gel pedicure. Reason I say it’s a poor a job is because it cured on my skin which is super uncomfortable and it’s messy. Not to mention my big toe has this indent on the nail. I got a gel pedicure because I didn’t want my toes to get messed up like they usually do when I get regular polish.I knew I should’ve left the minute I walked in and everyone kind of treated me like a burden even though I had an appointment set and everything.I wouldn’t recommend this place even to people I don’t like.

I have lived in Denver about 2 years now and have tried a lot of different nail salons including some higher end ones. This place provides the best quality dip powder mani (lasts by far longer than any other place Ive been plus good quality work) as well as excellent pedis (I have in-grown toe nails and Cindy knows how to deal with them). Its not the fanciest place but I wont go anywhere else now. At the end of the day, you want good quality, long-lasting manis and pedis from nice people. I found my place. I recommend Cindy.

I scheduled a pedicure and once I noticed the price, asked if I could add on a manicure. They agreed, but then did my manicure (if you can call it that) standing at the pedicure bowl. She actually used my foot water to soak my nails. I get that its my own feet, but still, gross. She painted my nails within 5 minutes, didnt let me pick out a color (I said white, and she just grabbed a bottle and started painting), and did a measly job trimming my cuticles and filing. The pedicure was absolutely wonderful, but my manicure chipped within 24 hours. I could have painted my nails better myself. I will definitely not be back. If they were rushed on time they should have just said no instead of taking my money.

I’m very picky and this is the only place I will go to because they will actually talk with you and be open with ideas I never get something simple so no complaints here.

The first time I went in for a mani pedi and when I walked in no one greeted or acknowledged me. I was sat in the chair and not given the gel colors to choose from until very late so was rushed to pick a color. The whole mani pedi was rushed - the was one lady doing my feet while simultaneously a lady stood beside me to do my manicure. She even turned my massage chair off without asking.Decided to give the place a second shot and walked in for an eyebrow wax - I was told to sit down and after patiently waiting while watching two free employees chatting left. There was no apology or acknowledgement.This place was only good for the convenient location to my house but that’s about it.

Great price for what you get. First time here so it was a little confusing on how it worked.

Had a really good experience, I dont often get my nails done but they were done pretty quick and almost no problems,

I got my nails done here this afternoon approximately 4:30 p.m. When I was finished I noticed all of my Polish was bubbled, I mention it to the technician who sat in the 1st desk nearest the Front door, and her remedy was to put clear Polish over it rather than fixing it. So I then ask for a discount, and she said we dont give discounts ever! So she said she had a customer she couldnt Fix them, Not to mention as you could see in the pictures Ive posted, my cuticles were cut to the point where they were bleeding and the work was very sloppy and unprofessional. As you could see the residue all over my cuticles and have the audacity to still charge me for this very sloppy work Im extremely unhappy, Im also a nail technician myself for 17 years and I would never leave a customer walking away from services with me, in this condition..... Horrible customer service, no remedy to this hot mess that I walked away with! I have a special occasion this evening and Im fully embarrassed!!

I have gone here for 3 years. Customer service is great. Usually not a long wait. Not pleased with 1 technician others are great. Also use eye brow waxing.

I do my nails there with the best nail technician for me. Every one there work differently. You have to try and find the one you think work best for you. I usually do regular pedi. For mani I try regular, shellac, and dip. But shellac and dip are not too good for me when I do there, my nails get their layers off. Anyway, this is my favorite nail salon to go, prices are reasonable compared with other places.

The experience was just ok. Decent pedicure, little interaction for my first visit. Price is fair. Salon is basic. I moved here from Dallas and just used to more.

Most of the technicians do an excellent job, the young ones not so much. They are good and fast with rarely having to wait more than 10 minutes. And lets not forget the warm cloth and hot stone finish followed by a nice foot massage!

I love Tammy! She is always so friendly, quick and efficient. She always polishes my toes up to the cuticles, which I have noticed a lot of nail shops dont. Not sure why, but I am happy she does. The shop is always clean and everyone is very friendly!

For the price it’s just not worth it. My nails are really lop sided and I absolutely loathe having to refile, I’m gonna have to refile almost all of them. My cuticle was cut and they’re messy, I won’t be surprised if I get a hang nail. A manicure doesn’t even come with a massage. 30$ shellac for extremely thin layers of paint. All around disappointing to say the least.

Cyndi and Tammi are definitely number one. I have been coming here since I moved here two years ago and will never go anywhere else. They do an incredible job each time.

My roommate made us an appointment, over the phone early the same day (which I witnessed), for 6:30 pm. We rolled up around 6:15 pm and as we pulled up, we saw them turning off the lights. We walked up to the door and one of the ladies asked what we wanted. My roommate told her about the appointment and everyone inside just looked at each other. From that point on, it was uncomfortable because the nail techs were annoyed and did a very rushed job. My roommate apologized to her nail tech but that we made the appointment, otherwise we wouldnt have kept them. The lady responded, It is what it is. They also have a sign stating theyre open until 7pm.Long story short, awful customer service and not good at all about keeping appointments. Try a different nail salon, if at all possible.

My mom and I have been coming here to get our nails done for years. Cindy was very professional, positive, and always does an amazing job with my manicures. I definitely give nails touch five stars 🌟 keep up the good work Cindy!

Love this place! Amazing prices for amazing manicures and pedicures. The staff is efficient and friendly. They focus on you and take their time even when it’s crazy busy. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, if even that.

Great customer service.

Made an appointment in person for a return at 1pm for a pedicure. They stuck my feeti n water and left me for 30 minutes. Totally ignored! Left then. Another lady made an appointment and when she arrived her person had left for the day. Not interested in being treated this way.

I have been here many times. Very hit or miss as far as quality. Mostly a miss. Especially lately. I stayed because of convenient location. However I have moved on and I am so happy! On alameda, between Havana and Quebec, is my new wonderful place to go. You won’t be disappointed!!

I have been getting my nails done for years and they always do an excellent job! I never feel rushed and everyone is friendly and personable! Tonight Megan did my nails, she was attentive, nice and did a superb job!

Cindy helped me with a rebase and gel manicure right away; she was gentle, meticulous, and quick. The salon is bigger than the outdoor leads on. I will definitely go back from now on. I can’t figure out how to put a picture here but I love the way my nails came out a nice matte burgundy just like I wanted.

I got my nails done a week and a half ago and this is what they look like today. I’ve lost 5/10...🙄 I paid $70 to have them start breaking off literally two days after my appointment. I tried fixing a couple by myself and then they all just started chipping and breaking. Shellac shouldn’t chip like this after only 3 days. My technician was nice enough but didn’t seem very experienced. I’m a cosmetologist so I do know acrylics and she made them far too thin and didn’t know much about a stiletto shaped nail. Super disappointed. I posted some photos of their lovely work on my nails🙄

Had a bad experience here. Overall my nails looked good, but felt rushed and they made me bleed!!!! On 2 on my fingers :( they need to slow down and be more careful.

Love that they get you in and out quickly. And manicures last for over a week. But what I love most is their waxing! The wax is only warm and never too hot, and they do a fabulous job! They are professionals.

When I went in for a manicure and pedicure I was told to come back in 45 minutes. They took my name for that appointment. I came back in 35 minutes, waited 25 minutes. I asked how long it would be and they said 10 minutes. Again I waited until they told me it would be another 10 minutes. Finally I had to cut my losses (in time wasted) and left. Very frustrating experience!

I have a regular nail technician, but when i need service between my appointments with my regular nail tech, i go to Nail Touch. They are Professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and always timely. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes, without an appointment.Thank you!! Youre great!

I have lived in Lowry for the past 5 years and this was my first time here. I was pleasantly surprised that I didnt have to wait for a waxing and pedicure. The prices were good, comparable to other nail places and I appreciated the cleanliness of the salon. The staff was pleasant. Ill be returning.

They make anything you want happen, they are fast yet attentive to detail. Friendly and respectful. Theyre my go to mani/pedí place now. Plus the location is fantastic!

Lot of attitude like they didnt want to be bothered. Tech was adamant that I pay with cash but I didnt have any so I gave her my card. She rolled her eyes then gave me my receipt without even a Thank You or nothing. Never again! Too many great salons around for this madness

Went for a pedicure (had an appointment), the woman barely scrubbed my feet with a pumice stone only, did not clean under my nails and once my nails were dry she handed me my shoes to put back on. Note: I still had the toe separators on. Never going there again. Oh, and this was all done in 15 minutes.

First time here had noon appointment was taken 15 minutes early, great experience!!! Will be back to see Jenny!!! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them to look, thank you Jenny!!!

Its not been a week and one nail is starting to fall off

Don’t waste your time or money here. I went for a mani & pedi. The woman who did my nails went so fast when clipping my cuticles that she cut me on every finger. I have scabs on every one of my cuticles! The manicure is peeling after 2 days! What a disappointment. I would rather spend more for a decent result. Poor quality and sub-par service.

Would not recommend this place at all. Only go here if you want uneven thick nails. “Anne” did my nails and she didn’t listen to anything that I said. I have gotten my nails done short almond shaped before where they were thin and looked natural. But she had no understanding of thin and natural looking. She was also rushing. Quality is definitely not worth the $40 I paid for a rebase.

I should have stopped it before it started. I came in and when I sat down the tech pulls out a candle warmer for her fluid and it was dirty and crusty. She didnt file my nails down before anything. She glued the extensions on then took an old busted pair of clippers that clipped the most jagged edge off. My nails were not the shape I asked for. She filed them down crooked. The acrylic was all bubbly and dropped down the side of my nails and that wasnt cleaned up at all. The gel nail polish was hardly applied correctly. The whole process took about 25 minutes which is not enough time at all. By day two my nails were lifted and hardly shiny because the gel wore off. Nails were left with bare nail still exposed. Worst nail experience ever. But hey.... I walked out with ten sweet surf boards 😂 For that I still tipped her. The picture I posted shows the lifting the bare nails the bubbles and the crooked filing. This is five days after the service. (FYI the service was for a full set. So this is a brand new set)

My friend and i went to this nail salon on saturday and it was pretty busy. i got a full gel set and she a gel pedicure. i usually go to paris nails on colorado and will just keep going there, although i tried this place out because we just moved to the area. i sat down for my mani for about 15 mins and they had already started her pedi... i got done with mine and she still wasnt done. the gel polish would not stick when he went to go wipe them off... 4 times!!!! & her foot was bleeding because of the scrubber thing. at lunch i was analyzing my nails and realized the ends are wide and on one even looks like a tumor or something it sticks out so far. we both got charged $50 and when she mentioned she wasnt paying that the cashier gave her attitude and said he didnt care about tip but she would be paying the full amount before leaving. i went to another salon to get it fixed, so no worries there but i would just not waste time if youre considering it. i couldnt believe how busy they were.... maybe it is hit or miss but we had a terrible experience. hope this helps someone. cheers !!

This is a place I can go right into, get what i need done on my lunch hour and still have time to grab lunch and get back to work on time. I have had my nails done by Maria twice, and she is quick, and they always look great! Thank you soo much!!

This place does not deserve any stars but I had to push 1 to write this reviewThey rush through the service-i can get a better pedicure from a child. The person who did my pedicure was rude, obnoxious, not good at her job and a liar. I asked for the water to be hotter, she wouldnt warm it up. I asked for the massage to be harder- she straight up said NO. she finished my pedicure and left to another person without speaking to me. After she finished the other customer she came back over to me and RUDELY called me a LIAR because I asked if she had put on a top coat. Also, she did not even do the towel wrap. Total waste of 20 minutes of my time.DO YOURSELF A FAVORSTAY AWAY

Waiting more than one hour serve with Ingera dip in to oil.Nile should to improve something in the kitchen this is not how Ethiopian food.by neture Ethiopian food is not fast food.

It would be so convenient for me to go to this salon, but I cannot handle the poor customer service or the “hit or miss” mani/pedi’s. Most of the time, I’m very disappointed with the hurried job.

Dont waste your money. They charged me for a deluxe pedi while only giving the regular. The massage was less than a minute. The water was cold, and they claimed to only accept cash or check AFTER the pedi. Very disappointed and felt very ripped off. Never going there again.

Much like a lot of other reviewers I had the most horrible experience here.Nails are uneven and rough.Ladies who work here were extremely rude.Lied about color in stock.Etc.No amount of money is worth going to this salon.

I have been to this salon before for pedicures which they do a pretty good job with. Went in for a Shellac Manicure on a Saturday and it chipped the next day! Went back on Monday to have them redo the nails that were chipped only to have those, plus others chipped by Thursday. Went back again and they said it must have been a bad polish but instead of redoing the whole manicure they used a different type on the chipped ones and reapplied a top coat on the others that hadnt chipped. Its exactly one week later and another chip on one nail that was done on Thursday. I thought Shellac was supposed to last 14+ days. Needless to say I wont be having them do another shellac and I will be finding a new nail salon. I guess I will keep returning until the 14 days are up but it gets to be very time consuming/high maintenance when you have to go back 3 times a week to have them fix the problem.

What a completely underwhelming experience. I went in for a mani-pedi today. It was rushed, rough, painful and impersonal. The owner gave me a fast as possible pedi and then she sped off to wait on another customer, a regular, I think. I had to ask again for a mani and I was told I would have to wait. The manicurist did an ok job on my mani and I thought my experience might be looking up when she asked me outright for a tip. Un-wow big time. I wont be back and I dont recommend Nails Touch Lowry. Your time and money are better spent at a nail salon with good service.
