Definitely the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to ! Not only did they mess up but they are very money hungry . I was told a false price than displayed & on t took for me to point it out in order for them to fix the price . Very disappointed .

I’ve been a customer of this salon for years until now. I was looking to get rebase done since I just got a full set done 3 weeks ago. I still had all my nails on. All I wanted was rebase and a different color. I still got charged 50 bucks. Also, my niece got her nails done and the lady that did them did a poor job. When she was asked to redo one of her nails, the lady had a very bad attitude. I did not bother to tip her. When I paid for both my niece and I, the nail tech had the nerve to ask me why I wasn’t given them a bigger tip. Poor service today. I will not be going back ever again.

Went in today as a walk in and it was the best decision ever! The staff is phenomenal, friendly, precise and FUN! They’re full stocked on all the goodies including designs, 3 D stickers, color change nail polish. Will definitely be back!

Ive been getting my nails done for about 5yrs but today was a TOTAL DISASTER!!The lady was rude and did a SLOPPY JOB!

Not the place I go when I want really good nails but when I want cheap nails. The past two times I’ve tried going I’ve had to make an appointment and both times I’ve showed up to no appointment set for me! Like am I talking to an alien?!?

This place was good years ago but now, they have no customer service, and they’re rude. You don’t always need an appointment, but when you walk in and you’re waiting, others will walk in and get service right away like nobody was waiting. So unprofessional now. Never coming back.

Horrible service i wanted to get my eyebrows done and they put me in a room and made me wait 10min HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I told the lady exactly what I wanted to do and she did the total opposite. She kept bugging me constantly about getting the more expensive things done after I told her multiple times no. She still proceeded to do what she wanted to do and I had to come out of pocket for it. My nails and experience was horrible. Then she got mad because I gave her a tip but she wanted more of a tip. She shouldve been grateful I gave her something after all.

I have been going to Elite Nail and Tan since I was 13, and now 12 years later I still go them because they are the best!If I have an issue, I go back in and they fix it to my expectations. They keep their product stocked and updated and their technicians are clean and know what they are doing.Kathy and Bobby are great people and they always make sure that you are happy. I always get french shellac done and my eyebrows waxed. The prices are great and service is efficient. I am a regular and I will continue to go here forever. :-)

My nail tech is Cindy. She does my nails FABULOUS!!.. I have no complaints. My daughters go there and Ive recommended friends. They all come out very satisfied.

Usually come here cause it’s close to home but never again. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and way too thick. I could’ve done a better job myself honestly. Don’t let the older lady do your nails. She took forever so I ended up paying extra for shellac because I didn’t have time to wait for my nails to dry. Prices also went up recently. Terrible.

Just recently went and had my nails done here, told the young man how I wanted them done. It was a full fresh set, the guy didnt smile did not even do my nails right it looks like I need a rebase and its only been 5 days. He was definitely off ish.

This place is very unprofessional i waited 30 minutes only to be sent to room to be dismissed and told to come back in 30. What kind of service is that. Then she told me i should of made an appointment, i told her i tried and the Pearson on the phone said we only do walkins for waxes. Thats to bad because im a very good tipper your loss so called professional elite nail salon.

Definitely wouldnt recommend this place. Spent 60.00 on something I could have done myself. I got a pedicure and the massage was weak. The entire experience left me feeling like I should have went some place else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I like it because its fast, cheap, and usually do a great job. My two favorite techs left, so Im trying to find the right fit.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The lady doing my nails was rude and kept hurting me. You would think that after pulling my nail off in the quick she would had at least apologized but she acted like I was a baby or something. She wasnt even done with my nails when she started asking for payment. Will never go back .

It was okay the hours are good but when they did my eyebrows cheap burned my skin I think she didnt leave them down long enough to pull the hair out so its kind of swollen this morning but other than that its okay

This place is in need of a remodel and looks run down. But the service and skill of the employees is excellent, and has remained excellent consistently for many years. The price cant be beat, and Im always disappointed when I go somewhere else. I keep coming back!

Horrible place. Always trying to get over on people. Went here a few times myself. Prices are higher then other salons in the neighborhood. But my 15 year old daughter went here twice and they tied to charge her double the price because an an adult wasnt with her. Tried to charge her $60.00 for the same thing they charged $42.00 for two weeks before.

So I had a bad experience in this shop... Lady that was doing my nails couldnt do one of them right.. So I was trying to be patiant but she kept getting mad that I was telling her that my nail didnt look like the others... It took 3 people to do 1 nail...She also had just started my nails and already asking for payment.... NEVER GOUNG BACK.

This is the only place I go, and they always do a great job! And they always go for what you want. And theyre always so nice! I always walk out with a smile!

This place is the worst nail place ever. They get mad when you tell them to fix THEIR mistakes. It’s super cheap but because nobody knows how to do nails there. The only two decent workers left 🙄 you get a pedi & they don’t even wanna massage you properly. They continuously switch off nail techs cause they don’t know what they’re doing. You can show they a picture of exactly what you want & they’ll say yes they can do it but complain the whole time then get mad at you cause they’re work didn’t come out right or they won’t even try. I’m never coming here & wasting my money again

Never coming back here again. Got my nails done on Friday and 2 days later 1 broke. The lady cut me and my nails looked horrible. Left bumps on them. She was so rude and kept pulling my hands. Never coming back here again.

Love this place. They are very friendly love cindy she is my number ☝. She knows how í like my nails i never tell her she already knows always makes them different and beautifull. Never have issues with bubbles or cuts.

I got a pedicure, the gentleman didnt dru my nail polish with no light nor air, i just had to wait. Didnt look cute when i got home

I have never walked into a more dirty, filthy, abhorring nail salon in my life. There is one thing to have a few things here and there, however this place had old frayed hand rags for your hands; they had old nail polish and grime on them. The floors were dirty and the seats were in need of replacement 5 years ago! If this is the way they have there facility I cannot imagine how they keep up the equipment, the tools used on your hands and feet that could easily cause fungal infections or just the nauseating feeling of someone elses grime transferring to your hands or feet. The table treys on the pedi chairs were simply dirt, they did not have the decency to wipe them down, i was so disgusted and walked out as fast as I could!

Never ever again will I spend my money here! All the negative reviews are right!!!!!! She was rude, she messed up a lot and got mad when I asked her to fix her mistakes and on top of that she kept cutting my fingers and hurting me. (I think on purpose). I hate how my nails turned out too.

My tip to any business listed on Google maps: Get a website! Its 2015! Everyone was doing this like 15 years ago.. I would like information on tanning services offered at your location before driving all the way there.

I just got my nails done here and Giao Tran was so rude. My nails are lumpy and when I asked her to file my nails down more she literally said I was making things harder for her. I’ve been coming here for years and it seems like every time the service gets worse and worse. Very disappointed.

I had been at this place many many times there’s one lady there that is very nice she is actually pregnant right now (so you know who I’m referring to)... today I was going to Walmart and told myself oh you should get a pedi now which i did, i went and got the deluxe pedi done since i was going to Walmart first i was wearing tennis shoes and I said can I pay here (at the massage chair and I was not even asking for a massage just wanted to sit and wait for my nails to dry off) the young lady who did the pedi said yes and right away the other lady that was there (around 9:15 am) grabbed my shoes and coffee and asked me to come over sit by the door and wait there i thought ok she doesn’t want me to wait here ok fine... but then the young lady comes and gives me a plastic bag so I can put my shoes inside so I can leave and she is like ok thank you... i was like ok wow that was VERY rude and even though is the closest place to my house IM NOT COMING BACK I spent $40 dollars today and I was treated like if I was there just making them waste their time plus there were no customers waiting or needing the chair. That was just so rude.

I love this place . Sometimes its very busy , but its worth the wait.

Horrible.... They cut my upper part of two nails while doing a manicure. It hurt so bad !!!! I was also bleeding and the girl was very unsanitary trying to keep going with blood. I went with my friend and she also wanted a pedicure aside from a manicure and so I decided to sit by her because one of the associates said it was okay, next thing you know a male associate tells me to move when there was three other ones open. It was rude and felt like they kicked me out. So rude!!! Never taking business here.

I’m a cosmetology student I wouldn’t recommend this place ladies they’re dirty rude and they never use clean tools. The lady who did my nails cut my finger and when it started bleeding she acted like she didn’t see it 🤦🏾‍♀️ she didn’t stop to clean her tools or my nail.

It took me 2 hrs to get a rebase the gel nails had to be cheap my nails was lifting within 2days
