Hands down the best sausages and dogs ive ever had. Took a tour years ago. Keep seeing their products around. The story behind the business is incredible, i miss the cafe. They make the best real encased sauages/brats/hefs. And they have the best treat for kids ive ever seen, hot dogs with mac and cheese inside them.. phenomenal. They are all meat no filler and have a snap to the casing when cooked just right. A must see and taste for any foodie or chef who wants to make a 1st class sandwich.

The tour was very interesting and our guide was so knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and we learned a lot. Ill enjoy these products even more now that I know the care and craftsmanship that goes into making them.

The best frankfurters Ive ever had, order online pick up locally is super convenient. Sad to see the deli closed after they sold it. One thing never changes and thats their quality and customer service. Angie is the best.

Every party we have, these are a staple. Family is always asking where my secret source is. Ill never tell. Ive been on the factory tour twice, its amazing how passionate and knowledgeable they are about the process. I had no idea, what it takes to make real sausage.

I had a special tour with them. They are really an outstanding sausage and cured meats manufacturer. There was nothing questionable about how they make their products, that is why anybody can take a tour. The meats are organic, and there are no special additives. And you can taste that in the final product.

At 6:03am one of their delivery drivers that was driving a straight truck at the intersection of I-25 and I-70 was merging into my lane forcing me into the lane over and almost hitting other cars. I looked up and over to see the driver mouthing “F*** You” and giving me the middle finger. I’m sure the food is good, but watch out for their drivers. Very unprofessional and extremely dangerous. Watch out!!!

This business does not even deserve one star. How it is still up and operating I have no idea. The chorizo sausages are disgusting. The wild boar is too sweet. Would not recommend them at all.

Continental Sausage is pure magic. Years ago, I was asked by a fellow chef to join him for the tour of the Continental Sausage facility. I was blown away. I have been making charcuterie for years, and have never seen such high quality charcuterie at scale. The tour allows for access to every corner of the storeroom, and to see that only the highest quality ingredients are used. Im now lucky that many of their CharcutNuvo products are available at both Whole Foods and Costco. Once youve tried their sausages, you will be ruined for all others. If you have a chance, try their stuffed bacon. It is of what dreams are made.

Such dodgy sausages mate. I wouldnt even feed this to my dead cat. (partially as it would not be able to eat.)
