First time delivering here. Even though they were a few short for unloading they were nice to keep me informed. Appt for 3:30pm but didnt finish till about 8pm. 800cs of meat.

Road closure and low bridges in area. Access from I70 and Brighton Blvd is easiest route. Tight parking but do-able.

Loaded a day early. People are fantastic. Tight tight docks. Little streets.

Got me in and out in about 2 hours! Not bad for a live unload!

I work with Southwest Traders and first and foremost I have to say Jamie is AMAZING!!! We appreciate the fact that you guys get my driver in and out of there in a timely manner, even if he shows up early. Everyone my driver interacts with on the night crew shows respect to the drivers time, you don’t see that at most places.

-0 stars ☹️...got here the night before parked in the street appointment at 7 check in at 6:30 didnt get in the door until1 p.m. lumper is 150 and if you have any broken palette they charge $50 each broken palette!!! I had four broken palettes so I have to pay an extra two hundred bucks ☹️ tight docking area but not impossible...

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Backing is a little tight but doable! Usually get loaded and out of there in a efficient amount of time!

Pretty friendly staff. Was in and out within 2 hours. Small lot to maneuver in but do-able. No lumper fee however I seen signs for lumper fees.

Jordan and Dave were great to deal with. Nice to walk into a business at 3am and be greeted with a smile and a Good morning. Meet so many receivers that seem to struggle just to acknowledge that youre even standing there. My company didnt give me a pick up number for my order but Jordan and Dave were very helpful and figured it out quickly, got me loaded and out of there in no time. Great to see workers take that extra step without making it seem like I just ruined their day because they had to do extra work. Thanks for the greeting, help and great work attitude Jordan and Dave. Keep up the good work, you never know whos day you can make just a little better!!

Unbelievably good customer service. Jaime in dispatch went above and beyond to accommodate the transaction. She evencalled me back to reroute me to an easier and safer route. My company has been delivering to Colorado Premium for over two years. During these two years, we have delivered over 150 loads and have had excellent service. Wait times are minimal and the staff is great! They professional and polite and have been very helpful when weather across Wyoming has been poor. One of our favorite places to go!!

After some issues on the shipper and brokers end of a load I recently hauled, I wound up getting stuck with a 10 pm appointment when I needed an AM appointment in order for my reload to work. I arrived early, and CO premium had no trouble with getting me in early...other than the shipper failed to send some critical food safety paperwork that left them with their hands tied and unable to unload me. For whatever reason, it was taking quite a while to get all of the paperwork tracked down, and I could tell from talking with Mario and the other receiving clerks, that they were doing everything they could to help get the required documents so I could get unloaded and to my reload. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to get me offloaded in time....it got right down to the wire for me in order to not end up costing myself quite a bit of time and money in losing the reload, but when the shipper finally sent the paperwork they needed to offload me, CO premium got it unloaded really fast, and didnt leave a big mess of pallet debris in the trailer as sometimes happens at different docks. Thanks again!

Called a day earlier to the receiving where Ms. Jamie provided the best service Ive experienced in trucking. As a dispatcher of the truck I just felt fair to write down anything for a dispatcher named Jamie, got us unloaded in no time even though Mr. broker hasnt put our delivery in the system, friendly and helpful people! 5 stars!!!

Great place to pick up loads of meat (not the swinging kind either). The chick at the front desk is a peach of a lady. Very kind and easy to work with. The supervisor Tony is an old jarhead which I wont hold against him because the dude is squared away and gets trucks loaded in and out as quickly as they can.

I have been working with Colorado Premium for the past year scheduling our loads for drop off. I appreciate Jamie and how helpful she is when there is a problem. She is always so willing to help and get us in, and helps out even after hours.

Loaded here 5/23. Supposedly first come first serve on Saturday. Big lie. Colorado based trucks have priority, and they load in whatever order they choose. No overnight parking and tight docks. Friendly enough people, but 6 1/2 hours to load is inexcuseable. Definitely on my no return list.

Very good employees here. I showed up at 3 AM for a 6 AM appointment. Walked up ramp rang bell...about 2 minutes one of the forklift drivers opened the door. We have an open dock, we will unload U now. They take your phone number unload call you...go back in office for paperwork...less than 1 hour.AWESOME.tractor trailer parking right outside the fenceIs paved right beside 2 lane road.Opens at 2 AM weekdays closing time??No restaurant in area and no restrooms. If you are delivering to them I am sure they would let you use theirs...I did not ask.Closest T/S IS TA. 6 miles. Open 24 hours BUT THE RESTURANTS IN TA ARE ONLY OPEN WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT .

Communication is key and this place gets it with my drivers. Everyone here is pleasent and we get loaded in a reasonable time every week. If i were you, Id want to pick up a load from here.

This is one of the best shipping/receiving cold storage facilities around. They are extremely driver friendly and go above and beyond to communicate with and keep drivers moving.

Quick unload. Ladies inside are not rude. If you come in bring a jerk, what do expect! Don’t follow GPS. Come off of Washington exit. If you call for directions, follow what they tell you!

They are very busy! as long as you don’t have a attitude and a little patience, they will get you out as quick as possible. I load out every week And I rarely have any problems unless they have same day product. Then it might be 3 hours from your appointment time, but they always give you a heads up. If you deliver into them you need to make sure the shipper gives you the right product and paperwork. That is anywhere you deliver. Last thing is lady behind the counter is really pretty Cool and sometimes funny with her “dad jokes”Last note you could load out of Lineage Cold or JBS and be there for 5 to 30 hours! Keep that in mind.

COLORADO PREMIUM IS A GREAT FACILITY AND JAMIE AT THE FRONT IS AWESOME TO WORK WITH.

Working with everyone at Colorado premium is always a wonderful experience. They are very driver friendly and do seem to want to get trucks in and out as quickly as possible. If there is an issue with COA or BOL for inbounds, that is an error that the shipper needs to fix. Dont take it out on them. They are limited on doors and want them back ASAP. I tried to deliver today and showed up 4 hours early. They allowed me to drop the trailer so I can run some personal errands. The negative reviews that I have read seem to be completely one-sided for negative Nancys that are just venting and need to realize that delivering/picking up, its not all about you. I would pick up and deliver to this place in a heartbeat.

I cant speak for everyone, but my delivery went smooth as silk. In and out in maybe 2 hours. Still $150 to unload. But I arrived at 0240, was docked at my appointment at 0300, and was leaving around 0420. Guy in the office was cool easy to work with.Dont arrive early for Friday Appointments. Theres a little on street parking, not the best part of town. Fyi, the rail overpass is over 15ft clearance so youre safe to go under it in or out.

RECIEVING IS CLOSED WEEKENDS... OPENS 12 MIDNITE SUNDAY MORNING!Arrived at 12:45a for 1a appointment. In door at 1a. Unloaded by 1:50a. Dock is a little tight but can easily be done. Parking on street is available. Basic warehouse area. Staff is nice and knowledgeable.

If you do your job, are courteous and respectful and honest, this place is TOP NOTCH to pickup and deliver at. We have been delivering there for about 5 years, and if there was ever a problem, it was resolved quickly because of communication.

I had a delivery appointment for Sunday. I get there to find out they are closed on the weekends. So if your company sets up a delivery date for a Saturday or Sunday tell them nope cant do it.. Also from what I seen it looks like a real tight place,so be careful.

Since I have to give a star to comment its 1... needs to be a negative 10 stars.Appt was for 0800.. got here 30 min early and was promptly in a door..It is now noon, and Im still here for 297 pieces of THE SAME PRODUCT..Went on to see what the deal was and no one was there... everyone went to lunch..They unloaded my trailer and its all on the dock..The guys seem more motivated to flirt with the guard than to do their damn job..I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO DELIVER HERE..They dont seem to care that us drivers have other places to go and pick up..Lumped few was only $75..Pack a breakfast and lunch plus snacks if you have to unload here..The one in Amarillo Tx Rd is bigger than this and they are more competent..😠😠😠😠😠😠

I wish there was a button for 0 stars! After being here for 13 hours now this is one of the worst places I have ever delivered to! The little lady that sits up front that thinks shes perfect and thinks she can just treat people however she sees fit just cant understand why Im upset for sitting here for the last 13 hours while they figure out the problem. Im pretty sure she is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. If you can avoid this place, please do, you would think they would be a little nicer to someone they have kept here for 13 hours! You cant make money while your waiting to get unloaded for a half a day. Oh and then they want to charge 150.00 to unload the truck that they kept here...Make sure you get detention pay before you unload or they will screw you! Without a doubt, the most unprofessional, unorganized company that I have ever delivered to! Been doing this for 15 years so Ive seen my fair share but this place is by far, absolutely the worst! Never have I been treated so bad by a company who I was delivering a product to! Went back in to ask if they had a time frame cause i had another appointment, she was rude interrupted me and told me to go wait in my truck! Really, this is how you treat drivers that get your product there on-time and even early! Brokers dont book loads to this company, drivers dont deliver here if you want to continue making money! Stay away from this place its a truckers nightmare! This place was pure HELL! Just look at the reviews of the employees, hell they dont even like working here! Whats that tell you about this Company? They treat their employees bad according to the reviews, just imagine how they would treat outside drivers!

Horrible... I had my appointment rescheduled for 7am this morning.. they never let anyone know and made me wait till past noon to even get a door. And they said because of the issue they caused as soon as they gave me a door they would get me out fast... well thats not the case. Im still waiting and I havent been loaded yet... dont do business with this place..

Im not impressed on my first visit here. Had 1300 appt and the loading is extremely slow!Loaded 2 pallets in two hour so far.... not good guys. Isnt this what appointment times are for??? Not a good first impression.Tight yard! Not recommended for virgin student drivers. Trainers .... train at your own risk to your truck and your liability insurance!!!

Make sure you have your load locks. I know they have a sign posted somewhere saying not responsible for load locks but that shouldnt give them the right to steal them...Other than that, $150 to unload, 3 hours, but to be fair I dont even know what time my appointment was.

I currently work here in receiving, just started two weeks ago and alot of people quit or call in so were always short handed, i love my job there and we are trying to get good workers and get ur trailers unloaded alot quicker. Sorry for the inconvenience.
