Thank you, Marcus!! One of my Chanel bags was looking pretty worn, and I was even thinking about selling it because it was making me sad. Marcus did some conditioning and light touch up...and I am SO happy with the results. I definitely feel comfortable with bringing my other leather goods back to him :)

They did a wonderful job bringing my Lucchese boots and Louis Vuitton (total leather re-work) back to life! It took longer than expected, but the result was well worth the wait 😊 And love that it is a family-run business!

I got Dainite soles and metal Lulu toe plates here on my Thursday Captains. The quality is outstanding and they look better than when I bought them. The only mishap was shoelaces vanished, but they happily and free-of-charge gave me new laces, and even laced it for me.Overall, Im very satisfied and will return. You should check out their YouTube channel as well to see how good they are at what they do.

These guys are wonderful. I had a pair of boots that were brand new and the heel was coming apart. I took them in and they fixed it while I waited and did not charge me. Very cool store and I will definitely be using them for future boot issues. Great local business! Good people and great service.Ask for BootboyTrevor

I have been using Allans services for years and cant say enough about what a great job he does! I need a 1 lift on my right shoe. He does an amazing job, peeling off the sole and installing the lift. If you need any shoe work done, Allan is the guy to see!

What can I say? The crew down there are AMAZING! More than helpful. Marcus came out from the back and helped answer some questions I had. They carry Saphir products and that alone says a few somethings about them. Classy. Knowledgeable. Well acquainted with fine products. Coupled with enthusiasm and actual interest in what the clientele want, need and are asking about. They really hit the mark for badassery. Two beautiful and vintage (from what I can tell) shine chairs that have definitely seen some well shined shoes in its time and a few restorations that truly show their quality of craftsmanship.Easy to find. Great location. Just off 225 you can hop right off the freeway and then right back on. Easy breezy.Get down there and see for yourself

Absolutely incredible results, every time.Ive used this shop 5 times now, and each time Im more impressed. I wear dress shoes, but work at a company with an outdoor ping pong table. That means, I go through soles faster than most folks.Ive had my favorite pair of shoes repaired 3 times, plus once each on two other pairs, and each time Ive been extremely satisfied with the results. It is like buying a brand new pair of shoes, but already broken in exactly for your feet. The owner is professional and friendly, and a true master. Highly recommended.

Had my thorogood boots sent in from Washington state. Had the double wedge soles, Sierra on wedge sole. Turn around was around 6 weeks. Glued soles looked good and the storm welt looks okay. The welt on the left boot at the toe area was stitched closer to the edge compared to the right boot. The soles didn’t match each other, meaning when I put the boots sole-to-sole the noobs didn’t line up with each other. The left boot didn’t looked shaved down as nice compare to the right boot. It seemed as if there were two cobblers working on my thorogoods. The double soles made the boots super heavy, felt more tired after a 12 hour work day compared to the original white wedge soles and honestly, the Sierras are not worth it in my opinion. It’s not grippy on wet concrete, again, compared to the original white wedge soles. Maybe the rain in WA is different, I don’t know. I would have to drag my Boots just so I don’t slip. Also, the left boot feels off On the inside. I feel something bulgy. After spending $250 for the work maybe I had high expectations. In the end, I wouldn’t get the Sierra double wedge soles done and just get the original wedge soles and more than likely just buy myself newer boots. I’d save a few more dollars and have a brand new pair of thorogoods.

Took in an authentic Chanel Boy bag (calfskin leather) that I managed to significantly damage with water. It was off white with a large water stain on the front. Initially I considered sending the bag to a professional bag spa, which are not local. However I decided to research some local cobblers first. I didnt feel very comfortable entrusting such an expensive bag with most of the companies I researched, and the ones I considered didnt want to take on such a project. I found Cobblers Plus online and consulted with the owner about my bag. I felt really comfortable taking a chance with him and ultimately decided to dye the bag black (the color I originally wanted when I purchased it). It was a process that would take a few weeks, the owner was very upfront about that, however it was worth the wait. The bag was dyed to perfection. You cannot tell it was ever an off white bag and the overall condition is amazing. He handled this bag with precision and care, which was VERY important to me. I was very pleased and this will now be my go to cobbler! I will post before/after pics as well.

I took two pairs of leather boots to this cobbler. One was a short pair of Frye engineer boots. On those I just had my regular maintenance done- replacement of the metal cleat on the heel and I got them polished and waterproofed.I also took a new pair of tall leather boots by I.N.C. that ended up being too tall for my legs. I had the shaft of the boot shortened and added metal cleats on the heel as well as had them waterproofed. The total for all services was $90- pretty reasonable. The work done on the tall boots was impeccable. This cobbler is definitely a professional and good at what he does, despite being decades younger than any other cobbler Ive ever gone to.My only complaint was that my order was supposed to be done on Wednesday but when I went in my tall boots had not been altered yet. I guess he missed them because after his coworker put the cleats on and waterproofed them he had put them on the ready shelf. I am still giving him 5 stars, though, because when I went in today to pick them up he apologized and gave me a discount on another item for my boots.I would definitely recommend this cobbler to anyone looking for shoe repair or alterations. His attention to detail and level of skill are unmatched and he seems to have a very happy customer base from what Ive seen the few times Ive gone in.

So happy to have found this gem! If you need any item (not just shoes!) repaired, bring it in and ask them. They did a fantastic job fixing a broken heel on a pair of boots I brought in, and even fixed a zipper that had busted on my favorite winter coat when no one else could. I will definitely be returning to them for all of my repair woes. Beyond pleased!

Brought a challenging project to them that involved cutting down some flip flops to help support our daughters smaller feet. There was a couple other places that we tried to have this work done and they ended up being non-committal and disappointing us. However, Cobbler Plus took the challenge and delivered for us and really appreciated their efforts and will come back to them to help us again in the future.Jason

Allen at Comfort Shoes performed a fast and flawless job repairing our son’s Irish Dance step shoe. Three screws holding the plexiglass heel plate in place had sheared off. As our son’s major dance competition was 10 days away, he had a practice in less than 24 hours and several more in the next few days. Buying new, stiff shoes would have been a potentially disastrous setback. Despite our very short-turn request, Comfort Shoes graciously accepted our plea for help. And help they did!Allen’s repair of the shoe was “par excellence.” He also polished it and other. Our son lit up with a big smile when he put the repaired shoe through its paces – it was like it had never broken. The next ten full days of practice went well. With that repaired shoe, our son qualified for both the North American Championships and the World Championships.Thank you so much for your fast and flawless service!

Awful store, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I paid $50 to have my soles replaced and received my boots back in pieces. After showing the cobbler that they were more broken than when I took them in, he said it would cost $55 to make them wearable again. Dont go here.
