CCS Facility Services is a new cleaning company for One Denver Place and ultimately for us as a tenant - Summit Midstream Partners, LLC. I am super pleased with their outstanding service - our carpets had some pretty bad dirt areas and they now look brand new! Amazing work!Thank you Steve Larson and Consuelo Perez for touring the office and providing us with such good care. I highly recommend your services.

Emma the woman who answers the phone is very rude and prepotent. She does not have any skills on how to treat and communicate with other people! When I went to ask about a job, she immediately confronted me and was very rude! She should not work here!

I don’t recommend this cleaning service the cleaning that they performed at my home last week was mediocre there was cleaning solution left all over the floor in the bathroom the mirrors were stripped and the floors weren’t mopped I text them to cancel still attempted to come to my house and charge without authorization. I recommend you pick any cleaning service besides this one the owner Vera is pretty disrespectful

Paychecks were great yeah but my supervisor was always late to open our doors and make us late, I would wait for 10-20 minutes for her, she never knew what she was doing me and my co-worker had to learn the building by ourselves and where all the supplies where. I would have been okay if at least my boss backed me up but she was the worst she miss judged me she though I was steeling and flirting with my co-worker which was a woman and when I was helping her because they were unfair and gaved her a job of 3 people for her self I am married to a man that was just it I quit because I couldnt take it anymore... maybe it was just the building I was in but it wasnt a good experience honestly.

Worked here 2 days and no background check or drug screen before I was placed in a school. They are 3 days late paying me so far. Their manager Maggie is a flake and very dishonest. I would not hire this company.

He says I dont like it .. a lot of revision, the managers do not work, they are fixed .. loading the jale .. check on time

They do not have the slightest consideration for employees, but are often silent about keeping their jobs. My wife worked with them for over two years, without fail and they even gave her a diploma for being an exemplary employee. A long time in advance, he asked for 2 days of leave because we left the state and they only gave him one. I told my wife that it was impossible to return before there was no way that I would miss a day, because after two years and if there was no absence, I did not think I would have any problem. But they sent him a message that if he did not show up for work on the day he had asked, he would no longer return to work unless he went to the office and presented proof that he could not arrive. How despotic and inhumane they are with their employees.

They made me do 4 floors by myself in 5 hours, it was a job that not even they could do. They added more offices to clean and they gave me the same time. I felt enslaved.
