If I could give A1 Cleaning Service 10 stars I would. Luis was extremely responsive, professional, and has a friendly demeanor. Alice and Steve came into the apartment with smiles and contagious positive energy. They cleaned the apartment and brought it back to life! It was like walking into a brand new place! The difference between A1 Cleaning Service and other home cleaning services is the level of customer service (which is fantastic), the pride they take in their work, and their friendly and positive personalities. They will be who I use for any house cleaning service from now on.

Super easy to schedule a clean. They missed an area but were quick to go back to fix it. The ONLY thing that was annoying was the pressure of paying the bill. I received the bill before it was even done. I’m not one to pay a bill before the service have been completed; however, I paid after they came back to clean the area they missed. Maybe they’ve had some bad experience in the past with people not paying? Nonetheless, the place smelled so good! I will definitely be using them again.

I recently had an emergency and needed to have my place cleaned because guests were arriving the next day. Im so glad that i called A1!!!! They were incredibly professional and realized my situation and were there asap and did an amazing job! I will definitely keep there number in my phone and use them in the future. Had them come to our house today and was very impressed by what was accomplished and how personable their team was while in my home. I just had surgery and we hired them to help my wife get back control of the house while I am unable to help. Again, we were very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again!

The A1 crew were fantastic to work with. They were able to squeeze me in for a deep clean in less than 24 hours, traveling cross town. My apartment was left in sparkling condition and everyone through the process was professional and kind. Would definitely use them again.

A1 Cleaning did an A1 job.They are on time, great at communicating and left my home clean and fresh smelling.I got cheaper quotes from others on Angie’s List but went with A1 because they pay their Employees fair wage.One other company wouldn’t tell me what they paid their employees and another paid only $11.00.Also A1 is insured. The others said they were but wouldn’t show me proof of insurance.Ask questions people, treat people like you want to be treated.

Jasmine is a very personable and diligent professional. I am very pleased with the trust worthness of the A1 team. They provided a detailed deep cleaning for our family and I found them to be very accommodating to any personal detail items that were requested for our weekly cleaning. I would highly recommend A1 cleaning services.
