This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with a “professional” company. The morning my couch was supposed to be delivered but they said they couldn’t locate my MATTRESS. Well yes, that’s because we ordered a couch, not a mattress. “Oh! We mean your mattress. We can’t locate it on the freight.” Finally, they supposedly locate the couch. Hours go by with ZERO contact. After several calls, they inform me “the truck broke down.” Again, I would have never knew this unless I called several times to try and get the story. We are currently 2.5 hours past the window I was given and STILL nothing is delivered and I have absolutely no idea when it will be delivered. This is has been an awful experience and I would defer anyone from them in the future!

Once I figured out the phone number via Google. Rod was fantastic with getting my order to me the next day. Hank and another driver(sorry dont know name) were so professional and did an awesome job setting my furniture up. They didnt know my old was getting taken by them and they were so, so nice and hauled it off for me. No questions asked! Very satisfied with communication with them. Great guys, all 3!! Thank you! 😁

Same story as everyone else. Scheduled my first delivery and they no showed. I called and they told me they couldnt explain why but that my package never made it on the truck. They rescheduled it for a Tuesday on the following week. Again no showed. When I called I was placed on hold for quite some time before being transferred to their warehouse. Where was then told the package had scanned but did not after the original date. That at this point its considered lost. They asked me anyone had gone over the missing dock process. Of course at that point I only learned the situation so of course no one had gone over it with me. They told me they would need to go out to the dock to look for it and if they found it they would let me know. I asked what actions I needed to take and they told me to contact the company I purchased the product from to let them know. Ive waited almost a month for my shipment. Rest assured I will be letting the company I purchased the product from that their delivery provider is the absolutely worst I have dealt with. Most likely will cancel my order, request refund, and buy from someone else who will ship directly to store. Worst Shipping Company Ever............

I would give them a zero if possible. I have been waiting for a delivery for over a month. They lost track of it several times. I had a delivery time set up today from 11-3pm. I called multiple times to be sure all was in order and sure enough they said it was. It is 4:57 and they are now telling me they cannot find the item it never made it on the truck. Its been nothing but terrible.

I ordered a television from Wal Mart a month ago. A 65 television, which is not exactly easy to make disappear; that being said, Pilot did exactly that. And this (based on multiple google reviews) is not the first time this type of thing has happened. So they lost my TV out of nowhere. I got it replaced, and this time it came broken. They never even called me to tell me when they were arriving (which they said they would do) and it came shattered.A week later, they picked it back up and apparently lost it on the way to getting it shipped back to Walmart. LOST A TELEVISION AGAIN!!!!! I personally think they need to be investigated for major theft. Also: Their communication is abysmal. They never had an explanation for any of it, like they are all in it together. Conspiratorial? Maybe, but the amount of people having their large items lost during the final freight leg seems incredibly suspect. And as you know, insurance always covers this sort of thing.

Absolutely horrible. Weeks late and the day delivery scheduled nobody shows up. I call but somebody keeps picking up the phone and hanging up right away. Dont use this company if you have another option. Its now three hours past the delivery window and I cant get ahold of anybody for answers.

This company was supposed to deliver an item I ordered from Walmart on September 2nd. According to my order, it was to be delivered on September 13th. Ive had trouble with them all along. Theyve told me they didnt have the item when tracking showed they did pick it up. Then, they told me they picked it up yesterday when tracking showed they picked it up six days earlier. They finally scheduled delivery for September 17th, only to call me that afternoon and say they cant deliver it but will deliver it on the 20th. I called today (the 20th) to ensure it was being delivered. I was told they werent going to deliver it but instead handed it off to another company to deliver. WHAT??? They actually made this transfer on September 16th (before I was promised delivery by them on the 20th). They never notified me that they did this. I would not have even known about it had I not called. I contacted the new carrier and now have to wait another FIVE days to get my item. Why did they transfer it you ask? They dont want to drive to my town so they gave it to a company who will. If I ever order something from any company and find out it is shipping with Pilot, I will cancel my order.

After ordering a pateo set, they lost the chairs and told me it was MY problem. I called fingerhut (where i ordered the set) and arranged to have pilot freight pick up the table since they lost my chairs. I scheduled on friday for them to pick it up and they didn’t show up. So i called and i scheduled again on saturday for them to pick it up. Did not show up. I called again monday morning to schedule for pickup where they assured me they would pick up the table and instead they dropped off the chairs, which they told me were lost, in the middle if our driveway. This place is a joke.

Ordered a screen from Amazon, scheduled an appointment though website as I was instructed to do. No call no show. Tried to call support and after 30 minutes on hold was disconnected. Rescheduled appointment for the following week, again no show, no contact. What is the point of the appointment? Now it will probably come when Im not home and get sent back. Horrible experience and I still dont have my screen.Update: The following week scheduled an appointment in their website and found a local number to call. One lady was helpful, one seemed like she really didnt care. On day of appointment I called in the morning to verify, was told it would be delivered late in the evening, I received my screen around 10p. Happy to finally have it, but shipping frustrations could have been avoided with better communication.

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered a TV from Sams Club 11-28-2020, delivery was scheduled for 12-14-2020. After missing that date with no update I called Sams Club, who contacted Pilot. 4 days later I got a 1-14-2021 delivery date. After another call to Sams Club, I got the local number and was advised that Pilot would receive the TV 12-24-2020. I called and they admitted it had hit their dock, but there was no way that I could come pick it up to try and save the Christmas present aspect of the TV. I asked they contact me when I could pick it up, NEVER got that call. Today 1-14-2021, no delivery. I call and the guy asks if I still want it because they had it so long??? Are you kidding me I said, I have paid for it, of course I want it. NOW, delivery is scheduled for 1-16-2021. I have ZERO confidence I will receive it. Next call is to Sams demanding a replacement be shipped.

They have been sitting on my package for 5 days now and are telling be they probably aint gonna do anything with it until the 1st which is 12 days from now.. even after I have told them that I would pick it up at there facility they are not willing to do anything with the package... worst delivering company that exists and they are extremely expensive. I payed $200

We had confirmed appointments for delivery on two separate days and on both days Pilot Fright Services no call and no showed both times. I stayed home from work both days to accept delivery. I still have not received my package.

I have had some terrible experiences with other freight companies, but Pilot did an awesome job with a tv I recently ordered. On time, did exactly what was expected, contacted 30 minutes before arrival, delivery guys were super nice. Not much more to ask for.

This place is a joke. Ordered a TV thru Walmart. Scheduled an appointment that they are late for. When I went to track the shipment I got a 10hour drop off window. I called and they are literally next to useless and have no information on it other then it will be there between the 10 hour appointment window

What is going on with this company and losing packages? Isn’t this considered theft? Has anyone reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission for further investigation? How is that packages can go missing? I am going through the same experience as all the other reviewers that have “lost” their packages.

Terrible customer service. I spoke with a lady named Carrie or Terry and received rude service. Drivers left the package leaning up against a tree! It was so heavy that my wife couldnt move it and by the time I got there the wind had already blown it over and damaged it even more. Absolutely pathetic.

Have had 2 deliveries within the past month. The first experience was A+: they called me twice prior to the delivery to confirm time and updates. The second time, they called me 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery window ended, with a 6 minutes heads up. Both items were delivered within their scheduled delivery times, so I really cant complain. The delivery guys are very nice as well.

For two days in a row now they have scheduled an in home delivery and didnt show. they never contacted me to tell me they were not coming just left me waiting for them during their shipping window. they claim they cannot find the fright but yet keep scheduling deliveries. When i asked them if they were ever going reach out and let me know the freight was lost instead of just scheduling another delivery they just laughed... literally laughed at me. i couldnt find one nice thing to say.....

Ordered a shuffleboard table Dec 2nd from Wal-mart and delivery was set for Dec 11th, Pilot Freight did not call or show. Their excuse was high volume and or cyber attack?? Next delivery time was scheduled for Dec 30th I received an automated call at the time of supposed delivery to say they had to cancel the delivery due to high volume and they would call me to reschedule . (This delivery was scheduled over 2 1/2 weeks following my first delivery date.) People that are not working from home and possibly would of taken a total of 8 hours of time off from work thinking each time they would get their delivery, this is horrible and definitely not right at all!! Dont set-up so many deliveries if you cant make them. Luckly my shuffleboard table was not a Christmas gift except to myself. Worst customer service I have ever received!

I had 2 twin adjustable bases and 2 twin mattresses delivered on Tuesday. Logistically, the bases and mattresses came from 2 different states. Pilot got both and delivered when they said they would. Chevy And Javari (sp?) were the two super nice and super strong delivery guys who set it all up for me. Im thankful and glad the bed company used them for my white glove service! After seeing how tall the mattresses were, I asked them to lower the legs of the bases, which were hard to raise in the first place. They were happy to do it and didnt at all act annoyed. Javari and Chevy are keepers!!!#treatpeoplehowyouwanttobetreated 😁

I ordered a bed thru world market and it was intended to be delivered a week ago. Apparently both pieces did not arrive to the Denver facility at the same time so they had to miss the appointment. next day, a friday, the piece did arrive but they didnt put it on the schedule for the next day. but then they dont deliver on the weekends. then they didnt route it for monday. then today (tuesday) for a reason not given, it didnt make it to me this afternoon. Im absolutely outraged at both parties. no one cares whatsoever or takes pride in getting the job done. the folks at Pilot are nice on the phone but whats the difference if the shipments never get delivered?

Theyre item tracking system is not accurate, they are extremely slow, and when i called them because my package was two days late they lied and said it was going to be here today 05/28/2020. I had to call them again and they said it will be here tomorrow. They charged a huge shipping fee, and delivered sub par service at best! My package has been sitting in Colorado Springs for over a week. Do not give them your business!

HORRIBLE experience! Customer service is a joke. I’ve been waiting for my package for about 2 weeks, every time I call I’ve gotten a different answer for my package. I was told my package arrived at the Denver location on July 17th. Now I am being told that it is lost and they are watching the videos and it could take 24-48 hours. I was promised that my package would be at my house Tuesday or Wednesday (today) and now I’m being told it is lost. I’ve spoken to several different managers and none of them seem to care that my $600 package was lost. Worst shipping company and experience. If I could give this company 0 stars i definitely would. After days of calling and rude customer service my package was finally found. However the only good review that I have is for Rod in the Denver area customer service. He was very understanding and helpful!

Absolutely terrible delivery service and customer service. We were told delivery would be between 11 and 3 and they would call 30 minutes before arriving, which was perfect because we only live 10 minutes from work, so we could just leave work when they called to let them in. Well 3 o’clock came and no one ever called. 4:56 we get a notification saying someone is at our door- and wouldn’t you know, it’s the delivery people at our door and we never received a phone call. We leave work and at 5:01 my husband calls and explains the situation to the customer service representative- he puts us on hold as he tries to reach the driver, but the driver doesn’t answer. He does tell us however, that it shows it was delivered, but he said that was strange because they usually don’t do that without a signature. We get home and there’s no package there. At 5:15 we call them back and explain the situation again and tell them that there is no package at our house. This time a woman, says she will call the driver and call us back. At 5:22 she calls us back and says that it was accidentally marked as delivered and we need to reschedule a delivery time. I asked her if he could come back that day, since he never called. She says no he cannot because he is already in Castle Rock (a town that is 50 minutes away without traffic from our house- and we’re talking about 5 o’clock traffic on the busiest commute route). I said I have video of him at my door less than 30 minutes ago, I don’t think he’s in Castle Rock. That’s when she got snippy with me and said MA’AM. He cannot come back today, we can have him come out again tomorrow between 11 and 3 and I will make sure he calls you- he’s usually pretty good about that, so it’s pretty surprising that he didn’t- I will check his phone when he gets back. At this point I’m fuming, because not only does he NOT call me to let me know he’s on the way, but he shows up 2 hours past when he was supposed to, we called IMMEDIATELY when we saw the footage but they can’t reach him and then 22 minutes later I’m told he’s in a town that’s easily an hour and a half commute at that time- you can tell me that he can’t come back today (even though he should, because it was his mistakes), but do not get snippy with me like it’s my fault they screwed up and then lie to me. And then to basically say that you doubt he didn’t call me.. really? We stood by the phone all day, I answered every single phone call that came in, I have phone logs to prove too. The next day I never get a phone call from them- just a text message and they were late again from when they originally said. Absolutely terrible service. Highly dissatisfied with both the delivery personnel and the customer service lady.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled my delivery for 7/10 between 9am and 1pm. At 130 with still no sign of a delivery, I called. Was told it would be an hour. Hour and a half goes by, I call again. Told again, it would be another hour. On hold RIGHT now being told again, another hour. My whole life is put on hold, because this company knows nothing about proper planning or logistics. An they don’t give a f&@$ either. It’s “not their fault or problem”. I don’t know how this company stays in business.

I order a princess royal carriage for my daughter on the 26 of april. It was supposed to get here around may 4-7 got to Thursday the 7 supposed to be delivered by 8pm. 8pm passed and i never received my package, i called costumer service and i received no answer about my package.

Negative 5 stars if I could. Delivery was supposed to be 1/24. It is 2/19 and still not delivered. Called 4 times in 2 weeks and assured it was in Denver and I would receive a phone call to schedule delivery...still waiting. I have never had any problems with other delivery companies. Absolutely the worst delivery company on the planet. Do not use!!! You have been warned.

Absolutely the worst! Nothing like being held hostage by a delivery service. Hours late past the delivery time. You have to call to get updates! Not to mention the updates are not accurate either! Poor planning on their part ruins an entire day for you!No recourse or compensation for being put out.

After getting quotes of over $300 at FedEx and UPS (USPS wouldnt even give me a quote), Pilot Freight shipped my box for $115.I get that having to be home to receive a package sucks, but Ive had a few packages delivered from Pilot and they havent done me dirty. Keep in mind though, they wont ship home goods. My stuff has been mostly autobody parts. Never had an issue.

Slow and not reliable since Ive schedule an appointment for Thursday yet they didnt deliver because they switched it to Friday without notice. Nothing on Friday then i called an told me theyve lost my TV.

Extremely rude and not helpful at all. It has to be on their time not yours. So whatever you have going on needs to be put on hold in order for you to get your delivery. Very sad.
