Waiting in line for 2 hours to get my shippedment that laned the day before, every time I have to pick something up at least a 45 min wait.

Be prepared to load your own vehicle. They won’t leave the loading dock with their forklift. They refuse to load pickups stating their company policies don’t allow that. If you have a pickup use another company or be prepared to pay to use a trucking company at your expense. Staff are following company procedure, they are polite and sympathize but cannot help. Avoid using this company.

Its ok but it take to Long to load the trucks and actually they dont load them they just throw the load close to your truck and the driver has to finish loading it and they dont give a damm if the driver has a palletjack or forklift

Very slow and not customer oriented in the least with very rude workers. Was even threatened by a dock worker named Ron.
