Ryan was honest, easy to work with, and great at communicating. For me it was a motherboard issue, so he never ended up repairing my computer - but hes got technical chops.

I called Ryan, and described the issue I was having with my custom-built PC, and he was upfront about the fact that ton identify the problem he would need specific hardware that he doesnt have lying around. He said he would be happy to take a look, but advised me to ask around, and see if I can find someone who can more definitively diagnose the problem.I appreciated him saying that while hed be happy to try, there are other avenues I should attempt first. Other, less professional experts would throw out a line of BS and say whatever they think is necessary to make a deal. Ryan was honest with me, and I wont forget that.

Ryan got my computer up and running quickly after I dropped it. Had to replace the motherboard. Then my hard drive ended up failing, but he upgraded to Solid State memory, so better than it was all for a very fair price.
