Worth every penny! I didnt grow up with computers so it takes me a little longer to understand whats going on or how things work. John was very patient with me and took the time to make sure that I knew what I was doing with my computer after the service. I really appreciated that.

My computer turned to be working when I come to the service, but I was charged 49$ anyway for doing nothing.You must have asked if I want you to diagnose my computer instead of doing that after it successfully started Windows. It is not professional, it is not fair and I would not recommend this place as they are not customer oriented, but just look for any chance to charge you some money.To ITGuys: I told you that I am going to buy the new laptop. The diagnostic was not necessary at all. So I paid for what I do not needed.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
