This guy consistently ignored my calls for weeks. I tried to get him to return computer so I could take it elsewhere. Took me a total of 6 weeks to finally get it back from him, after paying several hundred dollars for repairs, and nothing working at all. Id steer clear from him if you have an option. His family and close friends have left a lot of positive reviews on here to counter the honest negative reviews.

Terrible experience. A total nightmare. Kept my computer and memory cards for 4 weeks without any recovery. Wouldnt return my phone calls for weeks. I finally left an angry message to only get excuses about being sick and then not hearing anything again for 2 more weeks. Finally called and said I just wanted my stuff back and that I would accept my losses. At this point he said he would have it done in two days, that turned into three then four. I absolutely considered going to the police at some point. When he finally did bring my stuff to me there were loose and missing screws on the bottom of my computer. Not even sure how his business is still operating, after going through this unprofessional disaster found complaints on Better Business Bureau for the same type of situation. Cant stress enough to avoid this company.

This guy wouldnt return my phone calls for weeks and weeks. When he finally did and returned my laptop it wasnt my laptop. He actually gave me an older macbook pro, and put my cover on it thinking I wouldnt know the difference. Whatever you do, just spend the extra money and send to Apple to repair!

Honest repair guys, how about that! They will let you know every step of the way with what needs to be done and will be the first ones to tell you if its not worth it.

Ive been using Computer Guru for the last 9 mos or so and must say that I have had such remarkable response for so many problems - big and small. They most times will help me just figure out things over the phone (simple problems) that stump me only because Im not what you call a wizard on computers. Never has a problem been pushed aside for bigger business elsewhere - mine has always been addressed right then and there. Im impressed and highly recommend you try them!

Whatever you do. Dont give this guy anythjng you will want back or working. It took me months to get my laptop back after having my calls ignored. It wasnt until after threatening to come track down the equipment or pass it along to the police that he responded. When I finally did get my computer back it was in much worse condition. Word of advice: go to a shop... somewhere with a physical address and phone number where a responsible business can be held accountable.

I was in Denver for business and while I was there my laptop stopped working no power no nothing, being in town for only four days and a big meeting two away I thought I was SOL.
