Back up and running with the new build just need to upgrade monitor then Ill be happy

We have been bringing our Epson printers here for regular service and repairs the past few years. Our printers get a lot of heavy use and Shane does a great job of keeping them tuned up and working properly. Appreciate the quick turnaround too!

Took a perfectly good printer in for ink pad replacement. Got a call from them telling me it wasnt working. Printer was working fine. What a headache. Wanted to charge me 500.00 to fix it. Looks like they broke a piece putting it back together.

The people here were honest, accommodating, relaxed and fixed my poorly made projector complimentary. There was one power button broken and within 15 minutes of walking into the store they handed me back my projector better than ever and even gave me their honest opinion on better option in the future if I chose to buy another one. I will buy a better one from them in the future. They have amazing quality projectors for second had or new, great prices and give you a realistic perspective. I will recommend them to everyone in the future. I am so grateful for a business this real and honest.

I have used this company at least three times over the past 7 or so years. I appreciate the individualized customer service and their expertise. They are reasonably priced, attentive, and customer oriented. Ive had a desktop, laptop, and printer repaired with them and all worked excellently after repair and still work today.

Shane knocked it out of the park.I sent him a scanner that was not working and he fixed it in no time at all and send it back to me. Once I received it back- it was grabbing a few documents at a time and scanning them in instead of one by one. I mailed it back to him and he called me the next day and said I just needed to push the dial down and he mailed it back to me. He did not charge me at all for this.I then sent him another scanner that was not working properly. He did everything he could to fix it however Epson discontinued the part he needed. He contacted Epson and got them send us a brand new machine at no cost- even though we were way past the warranty time. He also did not charge me for the time he spent trying to fix the machine or on the phone with Epson.I am super impressed with this business and Shane personally! They really care about their services and it definitely shows!Thank you for everything Shane and the whole Micro Computer Technology team!
