I had an issue with my router dropping its 5G signal. Rather than buy and configure a new router and firewall, Matt suggested installing a business class wireless access point to keep my existing gear in place. He helped set it up and saved me a few hundred bucks at least.

I have always gone to the big box stores for general computer questions and also for getting my computer fixed so that my business would be fully protected. After discovering Lingows, I will never use the big box stores again. When I first contacted Lingows, Matt was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to whatever question I had. He provides great customer service and is very good at communicating. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted him with my computer. He ran a security system scan and found close to 16 viruses and of those 10 of them were major threats. The big box stores never found any viruses. However, when Matt found these viruses, they were located inside a back up file that the box store never could find. They always just told me I needed a new computer, more memory and better virus protection. Thanks to Matt over at Lingows, my computer runs much faster, and is up to date on all security protection. I recommend them to anyone I talk to. Thanks again!

Matt was a tremendous help. Very knowledgeable, very, very reasonably priced, very prompt, very easy to work with. He was willing to pick up and drop off the two laptops we needed repaired. One was a personal laptop. The other was company owned which I had to outsource b/c our system administration office said the job was too much for them. It was no problem for Matt. Guys my computer planned and successfully executed a coup...and I was about to give up when I found Lingows. They swiftly took apart the apparatus, and skillfully diagnosed the issue, repaired and released it within a couple of hours (which means I was back online and working that SAME DAY!!)Then, days later, it caught the robot flu and off to Dr. Lingows it went again (and that was handled in mere minutes, just before these guys left town-they made SURE I had my bot back before they went on vacation!!) Talk about above and beyond customer service. Honestly, if more small businesses functioned this way, what a great economic platform we would all be a part of. Well done, Lingows!!

I used Lingows to help with some connectivity issues at our small business, and I couldnt be happier! They responded to my request promptly and came out the next morning! WOW! I hired a technician from Geek Squad a few months back because of a sever and network issue, and all I can say I got from that was the same problem a few days later and I was out 3 hrs of my time AND $275. I called best buy and asked for them to come back out and make it right. They told me that I would have to pay for another technician to come out and work on the same issue and see if they could fix it this time. NO WAY!!I decided to call Lingows because they offered to come out at no charge to our business, and give an assessment on the work. One of the owners named Matthias came out and had us 100% functional within 1 hr and spent another 30 mins speeding up the PCs in the office.
