Summer hail storm, my new vehicle was hit by hail pretty terribly with many quarter, dime and nickel sized damages. Dan kindly came out to my home to inspect my vehicle after it had already been inspected by my insurance company representative. He estimated that there was more hail damage to be fixed than what they had found initially. One of my biggest concern was to not have any panels taken off my car or the moonroof taken apart. Dan assured me that they have a method which does not involve taking apart the moon roof or panels. They have a specialized technique to pop out the dents without ruining the paint job of the car. Overall I confidently handed my key over to Dan to have my car fixed.My insurance plan did not cover for a rental vehicle and Hailco kindly provided one. The company did an impeccable job and completed the fixture within 2 weeks. I am extremely impressed with the smooth flow in communication. Dan kept me updated up till the pickup time. What can I say about HailCo? If you have ANY HAIL DAMAGE on your vehicle this is the company you need to take your vehicle to. They did a PHENOMENAL JOB on my 2016 Dodge Ram. My truck was parked in front of the store in Fountain, CO and Samantha Sanchez noticed I had dents in my truck. Now take in mine my truck is white and it was very sunny outside put when you are as good as they are at there job you notice things like that. She asked me have I had anyone look at my truck for damages. I told her I had an appointment schedule earlier in the week. Her and her co worker (Sam as well) explain to me all about HailCo and how they deal with vehicles with hail damage. After Sam and Sam explained to me in the parking lot about their services, the next day I IMMEDIATELY canceled my appointment and made one with HailCo. I literally didnt have to do anything but give her my information about my truck and insurance information and Sam took care of the rest. Set me up with a rental car, and took my truck in for repairs. Keep in touch with me daily to let me know how the repairs on my truck were going. As soon as it was done, Sam and Sam called me to let me know my truck was finished and they would meet me where I picked up my rental car. HailCo will take your vehicle to their facility in Denver and you dont have to do nothing but pick up your rental(which they will do for you as well)and go on about your way. Sam and Sam are very professional I felt like I have known them for years and when I got my truck, Sam and Sam walked me around my truck and explained EVERY DETAIL that was done on my truck. When I mean this company take their job serious, they take their job serious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have or every get hail damage on your vehicle, this is the company to take your vehicle. This company took 3 months to repair hail damage to my truck and continually gave me the run around. Finally they said it was done and I could come get it. When I arrived I found an absurd amount of damage to truck. Here is the ridiculous list of issues.1.They did not tape off glass and subsequently sprayed paint on all the windows.2. They did not fix all dents.3. Roof of cab leaks water.4. In an attempt to cover up there poor craftsmanship they tried to buff it (i think) and left swirl marks from bumper to bumper.5. Did not fix scratches.6. Overspray all over body.When I showed all this to the guy trying to collect payment he acknowledged it all and told me he still would not release the truck without payment. After an intense back and forth he offered to keep the truck and try and repair it. For obvious reasons I did not want them to do that. I simply could not give up the truck for another 3 months, as I needed it the following week for pulling trailers, and all indications were that they were incompetent. He then threatened to call the cops if I took the truck and did not pay. In retrospect I should have let that offer play out.. unfortunately I ended up paying him and taking the truck after filling out a doc stating what I was dissatisfied with and he said I could bring it back to them later. Of course, after several attempts to get them to resolve it, that guy no longer works there, they have no records, send me this, send me that, call us in a week, the owner will get back to you, let me try the owner again and so on and so on. After getting nowhere I finally get a 2 line email thats says the company has new owners now, and the damage is not their responsibility and to call the previous rep (who does not work there)! These guys WILL RIP YOU OFF. It happen to me and it will happen to you. DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID! Now I have to have my lawyer deal with this and undoubtedly it will take up a significant amount of time... ugh. BUYER BEWARE.

We had THE BEST experience with Samantha. She was so easy to deal with. We found them through Google and thanks to others reviews we chose them. GOOD CHOICE!! Because we are in quarantine we thought it was going to be a hard transaction but no! They took care of the car rental process and everything else. We literally just dropped our car off, did some paperwork and she took care of everything else. Insurance was taken care of on both sides but you just have to go and see how awesome they are for yourself. We experienced everything their website promised and regret nothing. Sam had some personal problems right before our car was finished and even going through her problems she never stopped being professional with us and still took care of us when she completely didn’t have to. But she was awesome the work done was great! My lease is perfect and ready to go back thanks to HailCo for all your awesome work. Sam, you truly represent HailCo in the most professional way, we thank you so much for your work. We 100 percent recommend HailCo to anyone! This is the second time Ive used HailCo - SUPER easy the first time, and even easier the second. They came to my house, handled communication with insurance, picked up my car, and had it back to my house in four days. Johnnie (and Sam) provided great communication and were very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I ever have hail damage again!

I was referred to the company by a friend. I met Matt a sales person who was very helpful friendly at first. I got a rental car and the next day I received a message saying they were 100% certain my car would be totaled due to hail damage. They wanted me to drive a round trip of 100 miles to pick up my car and drop of the rental. I couldn’t make the travel, and at this point the same sales person refused to send my insurance company the estimate and photos of my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off with me and recommended I go to a different company. The company (at least my representative) was helpful and friendly until they thought my car was going to get totaled. Then they refuse to work with you or give you any additional information on your vehicle.

This place may have good ratings and they may give great service to other people, but the treatment my car has received and the complete denial and argument against my allegations that I have received from my sales rep have been completely unacceptable. Originally I took my car in for hail damage like anyone else does for HailCo. If I remember correctly they fixed the windshield first prior to me taking it in. Maybe it was after the body work. Regardless, my point is the windshield company was given the wrong VIN number and the windshield company began installing the wrong windshield for a mazda3, which keep in mind I have a mazda6. The windshield company immediately called me at work and said they needed to order the correct one and they began telling me they were given the wrong VIN. After that was done my car went into HailCo body shop. When I received the car back everything looked great physically. However, I found out the hood was crooked. So I took it in and they fixed it. Great! I was happy. Winter came around and i began noticing that water was leaking in through my roof. Now I guess I should tell you my car was not even a year old and I just bought it before the hail damage. When I called the lady originally at the front desk back in november/december of 2018, I told her there was water dripping in from my roof and I needed someone to call me back immediately. She said she would have someone call me back as soon as possible. Never got a phone call back. I figured I would let it go because I thought maybe somehow my sun roof was not closed all the way and maybe the rubber seal was caught on something and water leaked in from the snow as it melted.Two months later more water leaked in. I called the hailco office and demanded to have it looked at. Eddie brought my car back and said he would check windshield installment and sunroof drain. He said he found the problem, it was the sunroof drain. Great, I was relieved it was fixed. Early july of 2019 I waited out a rain/hail storm because I didnt want more damage. Im sure everyone knows this year hail has been hitting quite frequently. I left afterwards to go to a BBQ. Hail hit a second time that day and damaged my car, not bad but a few dents. It was also pouring rain, I noticed water leaking in through my roof again. I was furious but I figured I would give hail co yet another chance to figure this out since i needed hail repair anyhow. I thought to myself that they would get it right this time since I not only told them over the phone when I made the appointment to have my car looked at but I also told Rich, my sales consultant guy from HailCo. He said Im writing notes in the report so the technicians can check it out. I was happy and had high hopes. I get my car back and asked him about it. He said that they never found anything and if they did it should be fixed. Kind of unsure on how I felt about that response. I drove away anyhow thinking they pulled my car apart to do body work so they had to of put it back together right this time right? Wrong. Water is leaking in even worse and the hood for the engine began rattling and whistling. They didnt put all the bolts back on my hood. Now Im getting my insurance involved and possibly attorneys. I spoke with rich today and I wont post the messages because Im not that kind of guy but instead of giving completely good customer service he is denying the allegations, blaming it on mazda forums, recalls and leaks which Im currently at mazda and they have no idea what he would be talking about. I posted a couple pictures of what mazda sent me showing that these were simple fixes that could have kept water from leaking and hood from rattling. Now there could be water damage on the inside of my car which down the road could cause rust or electrical issues. Ill keep this updated when I find out more information and after I speak with my insurance company.I just wanted to include that I have brought my car in a total of four times. Atleast, two of these times I mentioned more than once about the water damage.

They want to charge 250 to my insurance just to do a video call because they Allready did a estimate. They should know that the insurance company needs to have eyes on the car first, so do the VA first. So to avoid that they will need to review the estimate that can take up to 10 days. I have found another place that likes to work with my insurance company. Hailco go milk someone else insurance company.

Reached out to HailCo to get some hail damage repaired on my 2017 Ford Explorer prior to turning my lease in and was paired with Josh. He was extremely helpful from identifying the damage, filing my claim, and dealing with insurance through the estimation and final work. I was under an extreme time crunch and these guys and girls made sure to get my car done within a week of bringing it to them, even with having to file the claim. Best of all was no cost out of pocket! Would highly recommend using hailco and they will be my go to for any future damage!

I just realized I forgot to read a review and got a call from Dan (who was providing me insanely great customer service) and it reminded me, so here I am!Saddle up, this is a good one. I was approached by Dan from HailCo while I was getting my car washed this winter and he noted my hail damage. He knew exactly what storm it was from down to the date. Sharp memory. He took my information and like anyone, I was skeptical so in our next interaction, I asked how they make money, what their business model is, etc. Dan was really upfront and helped me understand why while this seems too good to be true it is indeed not. He was personable, friendly, fun to talk to, and knowledgeable. I was a naysayer at first. I am in sales so I hate being sold to, but he made too many convincing points I could not look past and did so in a very friendly and conversational manner.Here are some tidbits you may have heard that you also may wonder if are real.- They pay your deductible (VERY TRUE)- They offer a rental car no charge (VERY TRUE)- They do all the heavy lifting with your insurance company (VERY TRUE)- They keep you up to date on the progress of the repair (VERY TRUE)I paid $0 out of pocket, my hail damage is fixed and GET THIS: Dan and his team went above and beyond to help me with another issue, non-related to hail at all, and did all of it for FREE. Im still shocked. This company is fabulous and their customer service is next level. I had an awesome experience working with HailCo on my F-150 that took some hail damage in the storm last year. Overall the process was seamless from start to finish. I had excellent communication with my representative Samantha Sanchez throughout the entire transaction. She really took great care of me coordinating my rental car and handling my pick up and drop off. Other than filing my claim they communicated everything directly to my insurance company. Not to mention I didnt pay anything out of pocket. These guys are rock-stars and I couldnt recommend them more. Ask for Samantha, it was truly a pleasure working with her!

HailCo did such a great job on my car, so great that I now have 2 cars there because of the most recent hail storm! Daniel has been so great through it all, answering all of my questions and being there for every step, including getting me into a rental and making sure I was kept in the loop through it all. I definitely recommend Daniel and HailCo to everyone I meet.

I do wish you could give 1/2 stars because this would probably be a 3.5 star rating. Samantha at HailCo was very nice and friendly and explained the process pretty well. My car looks great - they removed all the dents which is terrific. Sam told me it would take 3+ weeks to repair my car and that she would keep me posted. She did not. I had to reach out to her 11 times before I received an update. That update came AFTER I called the owner/manager of the Denver location and complained that I had not received any updates on when my car would be finished. They had my car about 3.5 weeks - so not terrible. However there was a significant scratch on my car that was not there when I dropped it off. Sam quickly took it back into the shop and had them buff it out.Helpful hints: 1) Take photos of your entire car (in the shade) so you can see all the nicks/scratches that exist before you drop it off. Then compare the photos back when you pick it up. 2) Take pictures of your interior fabric/roof. They handle/drop the interior roof in order to reach the top of your car to bang out the dents. Im pretty certain my ceiling panel is dirtier than when I dropped it off, not a big deal, just annoying & something to check when you pick up your car. 3) Tell your rep your expectations on how often you want updates Im going to the shop tomorrow and will let you know and then not letting me know was unfortunately my experience. 4) Make sure EVERYTHING works when you pick up your car - they pull apart your entire car and theres a chance that wires could be affected (everything did work on mine) 5) Read all the fine print on the contract before you sign it. 6) Next time I will ask to be present when the insurance adjuster is there. 7) Dont deposit the check your insurance company sends to you. If its made out to just you, take it with you when you pick up your car and endorse/sign it over to HailCo. Otherwise theyll require a Certified Check.Overall my experience was fine. They do have a lifetime warranty on their work and told me if anything appears to rattle or seem off to let them know and theyll address it. Hopefully that wont be an issue for me.

If you are reading these reviews wondering if this place is too good to be true, than youre in the same boat I was. But let me tell you, they really do take the hassle out of dealing with insurance claims. Fantastic service, helpful and accessible reps, and my truck looks great. Highly recommended.

Matt and Josh were so helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping me understand the process, working with my insurance, and making sure the work done was quality and timely. Hailco paid my deductible and rental, and even got me the absolute best deal on replacing my rock-cracked windshield (not covered by insurance, but they still helped minimize my out of pocket costs). I had an amazingly flawless experience with HailCo! It was by far the most convenient work I’ve ever had done on any of my vehicles. HailCo did I perfect job restoring my car after the May 2018 hail storm! You couldn’t find one tiny indent after they were finished. I owe it all to Ron who helped me discover the huge number of dents in my new car. He made the process so easy from our first meeting to obtaining the rental to the pickup of my restored car. I had over $7k worth of hail damage to my car and when I got it back it looked brand new again! Their repair technicians are amazing, their representatives were accommodating to my schedule, and everyone i was in contact with were super friendly (Rich, Garrett, Kris). My only wish is that i was updated a little bit more throughout the process, it seemed like I had to reach out in order to get updates and time estimates, but even then I would still recommend HailCo!

If you are looking for hail repair I highly recommend Dan Bramer at HailCo. My car looks brand new, they paid for my rental car for five weeks, and paid my deductible. Incredible service and he made the process SO easy! He literally handled every aspect of the process. Don’t even consider somewhere else, it will not compare.

Super nice people (I worked with Rich), awesome workmanship, I have no complaints. They do so many cars per month that these guys are just always busy. That also is how they justify the wait time (they had my car for 3.5 weeks). HailCo is AMAZING! It had been close to a year since I had hail damage to my car. I attempted on a couple of occasions to have it repaired via car insurance, however the process was a pain and time consuming trying to schedule with body shops and car rentals...until Ricardo came along! He was my representative, and had approached me in a parking lot on Easter (I appreciated is work ethic) and inquired about the hail damage to my car. I told him of the hassle I had experienced with scheduling through insurance and other Auto body shops, He assured me it would be extremely simple! He arranged me to meet him at the car rental location, all I did was leave my car there and picked up a rental car. he said my car would be ready in 10 business days or less, it turned out to be less! it was ready in 8 business days. Ricardo and the entire team at HailCo were the most professional, honest, and likable people. Lastly when I picked up my car, it looked perfect, with no sign of hail damage and no out of Pocket cost. Ricardo kept me posted with text or phone call every step of the way and also a very genuine and sincere follow a week later. In short, it was EXTREMELY Easy & Fast, with no cost to me, USE THIS ORGANIZATION IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!

I was skeptical when Mark approached me in a parking lot, but the significant damage on my brand new car that I’d only had 6 weeks before it got hit, was hard to miss.I checked out the web site and they seemed legit so I gave them a try.I’m SO glad I did. HailCo was so easy to work with, I had such a smooth experience. After receiving an estimate from my insurance, I went directly to HailCo for a second estimate. Rich Law was amazing. He came to my work to take a look at my car so I didnt have to drive far. We agreed on a date and time to meet at an Enterprise location to pick up my rental. Come to find out, I did not have rental coverage, but HailCo covered the cost of the rental while they were repairing my car! I had the rental for about 10 days and the day my car was ready, I was able to make an appointment with Rich for pick up. I didnt even have to go back to Enterprise, I was able to meet him at HailCo and leave my rental with them to take care of. My car looks amazing, all of the dents are gone. I cannot emphasize enough how easy this experience was. All I had to do was approve payment transfer from my insurance. So easy. The repairs did not cost me a cent even though I had an insurance deductible. Highly recommend!! Fast and quality repairs and excellent customer service!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark. Mark was awesome and best of all he was honest. He didnt just tell me what I wanted to hear, he was honest about the ETA - which was about 4 weeks. He explained everything to me so I would understand the process. My car was restored and looks like it did when I purchased. Overall really good service if you have the time to wait. And yes they do hook you up with a loaner. And yes they pay your deductible - this whole process cost me zero dollars, no joke. I literally got a flat 5 min after picking up my vehicle (I live close to hailco) and Im sure it happened in our townhouse parking lot, but Mark offered to work with me to get it taken care of, that is awesome customer service.

My car had been damaged in a hail storm in June. While dealing with my insurance was easy, finding a shop to complete the repairs was a whole different story. I contacted 4 other shops in the following months and was getting down to the wire to get my car repaired and so frustrated when I read some reviews for HailCo and gave them a call. So refreshing!!!! The gentlemen I spoke to said I could bring my car in right away and assured me it would be easy and hassle free. I drove down, dropped my car off, and was very pleased with the whole process; they assisted in getting a rental car for me while my car was being repaired, showed me around the shop, and everyone smiled and said hello I encountered at the office/shop. I was expecting a couple of weeks for repairs considering the holiday, so I was beyond pleased when I received a call after only 7 days that my car was ready to be picked up. It looks like new! Let’s talk about Hail Co. if you seriously have hail damage. Take your car somewhere else. Preferably a body shop. the reason why you should use a body shop is because insurance and hail co will claim chips on your car, or dents around the tire area is a rock damage or previous door dings. I had my vehicle immaculate except for one little scratch on my bumper previously. After the hail storm my car suffered hail damage,dents, chips, etc. now after having my car under the care of hail co the whole process honestly was a nightmare. Let’s start by the rental, they pay half your rental which seems great. Don’t worry it’s not much 30 on top of whatever your insurances pays. Which in Colorado it’s 100 for to rent an SUV. They will pay your deductible which is nice but, let’s just look at the big picture. I was approached by man named Mark Mickey he is the sales manager actually. He was in the field and caught me at my home. I brought two cars for business. A Maserati and a highlander. The highlander was the first to have the insurance adjuster come out too their shop. This is a problem I know for the future, always be present for the adjuster. Don’t leave it in the hands of hail co or any company for that matter. They will skip and say this was previous damage and so on. Your not there too acknowledge what is going on. The time I was given for my car was 3-4 weeks in the shop. It took almost 5 weeks to receive my highlander back. The best part, I actually received my nephews Maserati back first. His insurance adjuster didn’t come until a week after my insurance adjuster so please keep that in mind. When I called to ask how he received his car back before mine Marks respond because it was an expensive car so they bumped it up. This is where they went all wrong for me. How do you tell a customer that because one value of the car is more it was basically more important. So I ask about my car it will take another 10 days. Which it did. When I finally receive my car back it still has chips, dings, on the highlander they tell me it was previous damage. It was not from the hail. They can’t do anything because insurance also didn’t write it in the report. This again is why you need to be on site with the adjuster and whatever company you use. The Maserati came back with no dings but the rims were pretty scratched then when before they went in. So currently we have another insurance claim. HailCo stores the cars outside as well between working on them so they are expose to every element and if another hail storm was too come in I guess they just fix that as well? Or probably tell you it was new damage so we can’t cover it. If you care about your car please take it too a real body shop where they can retouch paint, Sony’s, chips etc. where they went try and get over on fixing the damage. Plus just know your car will be slowed down if they feel they get a VIP or your car that is worth more then your car value. It takes an extremely long time to get your car back. If you get approached by any sales agents from any of these hail companies know they are not body shops. They don’t paint. Your car will still come out with some type of nick and they will say they can’t cover it because that’s not hail damage. I hope down the line I have no problems with my car especially now after reading other reviews.

They completed the work very professionally. Sam from Hail kept me updated during the entire time. They contacted the insurance directly and the process was very seamless. Early last year, I had Dan from HailCo approach me about my hail damage. At first I was hesitant, but decided to give them a try. He was exceptionally friendly, extremely helpful, and knew how to work with the insurance company end to end. It was such a great experience that both my sister and my father used them (and worked directly through Dan) a couple months after, both with the same positive experience.Overall it was quick, painless, a job well done! I had nothing out-of-pocket, car rental was available, the work done on my car was expertise.

Process was easy. Only downside was it took a bit longer than expected due to parts being out of stock. Other than that I’m happy with how it came out. Looks like hail damage never happened. No money out of pocket. Good deal. Would do this again.
