I had to change agent because they never answered the phone.... and I was driving my motorcycle thinking I had fullcover and I find out that instead of active it they suspect since may.. and its now July when I found out...

I recently moved from LA to Denver and the process to transition over from old location to new was so easy because of Jessikas support in making it happen. She is personable, friendly, and offered her help with any questions I might have on my move to Denver! As an outsider moving to a new city feels like Im the new girl at school and Jessikas ways of being help put those feelings at ease. Thank you so much!

Wish I could give Zero Stars! I have been with State Farm all my life and this is the worst service I have ever received. They never answer my calls, emails or online requests. I have been trying to contact them since Dec 17th. Here it is Jan 7th, and I have not heard back from them. In the meantime I am paying for a driver on a vehicle that no longer drives it and also paying for a car that was totaled by State Farm back in November. I am switching agents right now!!!!

I am now actively shopping for a different insurer. Are you listening, State Farm? My husband died three months ago, and as of this moment he is still present on our auto and renters insurance policies and so I am still being charged for insurance on someone who is deceased. I am livid. Two months ago: [email from Jessika] Consider it done. Well, its not done. And no response to emails, no contact by phone (just like so many others have noted). I will be calling the 800 number for State Farm I found on line and see if I get a result that way. If not, or even if its just too much effort to get it done, I will leave this company and take my business (and my money -- still listening, State Farm?) elsewhere.

Getting a call back takes forever and she made personal excuses for her delayed response. I was accidently double billed for my car insurance. She said she will call corporate the next day to fix the problem. After spending an hour on the phone with corporate, they fixed my account. She proceeds to leave a voicemail a week later, asking for a payment on that double bill! She forgot that she was fixing the mistake. In the same phone call, she delayed for weeks my help on an accident claim and my need to transfer agents as I moved to a new state. My new agent and corporate are completing a forced transfer because of her incompetence. She is not a good neighbor and forgetful one at that.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!! this is the first review I’ve ever written, but my experience with this office was too much not to warn others. First, see for yourself...call the office. There will be no answer. Tried for days, same result. I moved to Denver in the beginning of the year. I wanted to move my policies to Denver. Called and called the office as well as left voicemails, never a return call. Decided to drop off my information in person. The girl in the office was nice enough and said she would call me when everything was ready. Never heard a word. Stopped by AGAIN to see if all was okay. After reminding her of who I was and having to email my information again to the office because they “lost due to computer issues” I waited. After a week of no communication, I went by the office for a THIRD TIME because they NEVER answer the phone, I was told all was okay. I called my old office in Houston to let them know the transfer was going through, they said nobody has contacted them to transfer the policies. Enough is enough! I have been with State Farm since I was 16. I move a lot due to my job. I have never experienced such ineptitude. I wish I would have read the other reviews. This office DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN EMAIL! Do yourself a favor a drive a little more to the office down the road!

I had to change agents because no one answered the phone for over a month due to Covid everyone else is working during Covid and can answer the phones and assist their customers this is the worst agent ever if I could give below zero review I would.There was no assistance whatsoever I recommend any state farm agent but this one

Jessika created an insurance bundle for our family reducing our insurance cost significantly with better more comprehensive coverage. In the era of international call centers and complicated phone systems it’s a huge bonus to work with a real person who actually answers calls and emails!!

I dont know where to begin. I know people say it all the time, but if there were zero stars... [enter cliche here]It saddens me that I apparently didnt have the same experience as others who have written hereI only write this review to keep other people from making the same mistakes that I did when moving to Denver - since I use Yelp reviews to make basically every decision for me.Starting a policy with Jessika was great. Her team was attentive. Shout out to the one silver lining, Aryanna.Doing ANY sort of changes to my policy has been a NIGHTMARE. I moved to an apartment next door to mine about a month ago, and needed proof of renters insurance. Not only did I reach out to them about 10 times for an easy address move, but I did not hear ANYTHING. Once I did hear back, it was not from Jessika - which, now to think of it, I have never heard directly from Jessika herself. I heard back from a lovely enough woman who, when I called back a week later to get the emailed documentation that she had promised to email me, had NEVER EVEN PUT IN MY NEW ADDRESS....Fast forward many ignored calls and f****d up paperwork, now Im working to change my policy over to Steve Cronin. Which, I hate to shout out someone else, but has called me numerous times to help me and follow up.You want someone who is available and actively responding to you when it comes to insurance. Okay, my public service announcement is over.

Jessika and her staff are very knowledgeable and very nice. However, they do not have enough people to answer your questions. They say that they try to respond to calls and emails within 48 hours. But I find that I have to keep calling them until I catch them available, as they do not call back.

I was with State Farm for a very long time. I recently left the company because they allow people like Jessika Aerni to remain an agent. If you have State Farm, do not come to her, she will ruin your experience with the company. Policies were lapsed due to non payment on her mistakes. please listen to my warning.
