I had hear nothing but good things about this shop and their work, so I decided to give them a shot. The team is sharp and knowledgeable. I worked with Garrett, who walked me through the process and was incredibly professional through the whole experience. Filing the claim was easy and painless. They already had a rental car set up for me as soon as I dropped my car off at the shop.I got a call from Garrett about 5 days earlier than I was expecting, saying my car was ready and the body had been restored to its factory finish. He drove my car across town and personally delivered it back to me! It looked gorgeous! I was blown away with their attention to detail. There was not a nick or dent ANYWHERE on the car!!!Oh yeah.. the cost me...$0!!! The shop took care of EVERYTHING! Which from what I understand is the case for most people. So I called Integrity as I did much others and they were the only ones to offer the easiest way to get my car fixed. I spoke with Rob which was a very pleasant conversation. He said he’d come pick up my car which for me was above and beyond he also paid my deductible and paid for my rental because unfortunately I didn’t have rental coverage. It took all of the hassle out of the picture. He explained everything to me in detail. I spent 2 minutes on the phone with the insurance and he took over from there. They called when it was done and it was like they said, a brand new car. The dents were gone, I had a new windshield and my car was clean! My car was here for 8 days before I found out they never even talked to my insurance company. What a joke. I called to check in and they kept saying they were waiting on my insurance - meanwhile my car sat there. Now I have to take my car somewhere else and start the process over again and don’t have a car for work. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME/HUGE INCONVENIENCE. They offered to pay towards my rental car that I now have to get.

These guys left a sticker on my window a few weeks ago I didn’t think much of it but I decided to contact them anyways, just to see what they could do. I was intrigued by the “we pay your deductible”. They were very straight forward with what the work is and even told me how they do their operations. I was a little skeptical because this company ONLY had 5 stars... (I can see why now) but at the time I thought that was a bit weird. After they had my car for 2 weeks, (they provided a rental, for free), I have my car back and there’s no sign of hail damage, and it cost me $0 out of pocket because they covered my deductible and on top of everything, it also doesn’t go on the car reports. Honestly it doesn’t get much better than that, I have my car back, it looks so much better and the communication they had with me was very professional and quick.

I have to say this is the only Auto hail repair place that Ive been to that took care of everything and put me in a rental for free. I didnt turned around and became an employee of their team and what they say is what they mean it is $0 out-of-pocket costs to you as long as you have full coverage insurance.

I originally took my 2015 Toyota Tacoma to a different paintless dent repair shop and they said the damage was so extensive they couldn’t fix it. I couldn’t afford my deductible to take it to an auto body shop and was scared it was going to be totaled since I was told I would need my roof and hood replaced. Jason found me in the Target parking lot and though I was skeptical, I admired his tenacity and passion and went in for an appointment. Being at young woman I’m always hesitant when it comes to getting work done on my car because we tend to get taken advantage of. Rob, the owner, ended up sitting down with me for over an hour, called my insurance in front of me, walked me through the process and even offered to talk to my boyfriend/dad. They put me in a rental car for the time they had my truck, and as promised I paid nothing out of pocket. The damage was hard to see. In fact, I couldnt see it at all. I didnt even know I had hail damage until I decided to buy a new truck and tried to turn in my lease. They wanted to charge me $4,000! My insurance company wasnt very friendly about it either. I have a $1k deductible and they were giving me the runaround because I waited so long to make the claim.Then I caught a break. I was coming out of Costco and the guy parked next to me said Hey! I just put a note on your windshield. Did you know you have hail damage? Thats how I met Stephen. Perfect timing! It turned out Stephen was an old Marine Corps guy and I trusted him immediately. Semper Fi!Anyway, Stephen says Ill bet you we can fix your car without costing you a penny. And he was right!I was nothing but impressed with the service. The old building they operate out of is nothing pretty... in fact its kinda ugly. Its also hard to find. I got lost looking for it, and that never happens to me. But the people who work there were so helpful!They walked me through the insurance process and made it easy. I hate dealing with that kinda stuff. I am not a paperwork kinda guy. This was a cinch.Im going to tell all my friends. Twice we have received hand written sticky notes saying nothing other than “call me” with a personal phone number not the company phone number. when we text the number back, it is an automated text giving us this company’s website. we called the company and they gave very little information as to who was leaving these notes, but said they knew who it was. very disappointed with the lack of professionalism when speaking to the man on the company phone call. these notes are scary and somewhat harnessing considering the lack of information and interesting hand writing. overall very displeased with the consistent harassment and lack of professionalism. Not good service.

After the hail storm damaged my truck I was hesitant about getting it repaired. However, Darrell, Rob (the owner) and the rest of the fantastic team at Integrity Hail Systems put me at ease. Not going on their repairs but how they drum up business. First no auto repair company worth working with and if having a self respectable company would get customers by leaving a post it note on your car saying“ call me and a phone number “. Second it wouldn’t lie to single struggling mothers claiming if THEY go out and do this work for them that they are going to pay them for their time and gas for doing so and then not pay them. However this is what they do. I was approached by one of them stating he could provide extra income to me for my family. Lots of money and on the side. However after me doing so it was hard to ever ahold of him when it was time for home to pay me and when I finally did he claimed no calls had came to in which was 100% a lie because I was informed by another employee I did have several come in. They use these women in a already hard place in life to bring in money for their company and keep all the profits from their work. Like I stated from the beginning, idk about their repair abilities but as far as being a honest company they are far from it.

Just got my Car returned to me this morning.. My Car got hit by Hail Storm in Washington Park Downtown Denver Area Very Beginning of June. A great representative from Integrity Hail Systems saw my car and handed me a card. Next day I called them they came out and helped me file a claim THEN Got me into a Hertz Rental Car by 12 Noon that very Same Day In Which,,, I did Not have ANY Rental Car coverage on my insurance. WOW! They took care of me immediately,,Got me a FREE Rental Car and took great care of my car same day... This Morning I just got my Car Back and EVERY Hail Dent was Fixed. I Have Never Had Service Like this Before... They Detailed my car BEAUTIFULLY!! Waived my Deductible and FILLED my Tank with gas. I think this company is amazing!! Could not wish for a better service. This business places obnoxious sticky notes on vehicles in the parking lot of retail stores where they are not welcomed. These notes cause customers to believe their vehicle has been damaged while they were shopping but is really just an annoying way for them to get your attention and give you a sales pitch for hail repair.
