After getting in an unfortunate accident, I discovered this body shop unexpectedly on Google. Once noticing the 5 reviews, I wanted to check this place out. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I was new to the entire process of accident repair, being this was my first accident. I am very happy to say that Lory and her team made this the most pleasant experience I could have asked for. Lory handled all the insurance claims, rental coordination, kept me updated on the repair process while in the shop, and didn’t charge me for the hail damage deductible. I couldn’t believe (and still can’t!) the level of customer service she was giving me. Her amazing team not only fixed my car to its best condition, they went above and beyond on additional repairs so that it looks entirely brand new, inside and out. Could not be more please with our experience at Capital Dent. Our car got hit and had a large hand-sized dent which is never fun. We got a few quotes from businesses that seemed over priced, and then found capital city dent on google.the reviews were great and I liked that it was a small family business. Extremely happy with the auto detailing service that Capital Dent Masters provided. I nearly did not recognize my own vehicle - it was VERY clean! Service is extremely friendly and very reasonably priced. The car also had a cracked windshield which I have been putting off fixing due to the hassle of finding someone for the repair - Lori was more than helpful in providing quotes for few of her network partners who can do the repair! UNBELIEVABLE!! I took in my brand new Toyota Sienna after a hail storm in June and it looks good as new. The insurance company estimated that it would take 28 days to repair and they finished in 4 days. They worked around the clock to make sure I got my car back quickly and I can’t even tell where the dents were. This company is wonderful. They have done body work and painting on our 24 RV and $7500 dent repair from hail damage on our Outback. They have brought the RV to our home or provided a rental car during the repairs. Laurie is personable and wants to make sure you are thoroughly satisfied. Stopped in at Capital Dent Masters recently and had a number of door dings and hood indentations taken care of. Lori and her staff went over the car with their specialized light to find all of the door ding issues and they were able to take do the work right then and there. Living fairly close to their location I left the car and walked home. Returned a couple of hours later to what looked like a new car. They actually did more that what I had originally agreed to do. And the repair work was very reasonable. Please dont hesitate to give them your business!

This shop is great! High quality work and the customer service to match. I had a gnarly dent/paint scratch (down to the metal), above a rear door on my brand new A4, caused by a break in attempt by an “aspiring” thief (as he failed to gain entry). Imagine a somebody took a screwdriver and tapped the top of it with a hammer to get through the door seem.Anyway, the damaged area after the repair looks brand new. The work needed was WAY more technical than the typical hail dent or door ding. I’m very impressed. Even the paint work is PERFECT. I’m leasing, and have no concerns about when the car gets inspected at the end of the lease term.They helped me coordinate with my rental car company, so my drop off and pick up were each just one quick trip. After much research for a reasonably priced auto detailing shop in the Denver area, I ultimately went with CDM and so happy that I did. Loris level of customer service is unrivaled and the team at CDM did an amazing job with the inside of our car after many road trips with our dog. They went the extra mile to also hand wash the exterior of our car and put together some quotes for some future body work. I highly recommend the team and CDM and will definitely be back.

Im usually not one to write reviews, but I had to in this case.I made the mistake of calling State Farms roadside assistance for a flat tire, but after six hours of waiting, eventually had to abandon my car on the side of the road...where someone kicked a huge dent into it! I went to Yelp to collect estimates from several providers, but Capital Dent Masters was the only one to provide a detailed written estimate. Lory also volunteered some advice in dealing with State Farm, as theyd been giving me a hard time about covering the damage caused by their incompetence. Once I brought it in, not only did they arrange a rental car for me and complete the repairs days sooner than initially estimated, they went above and beyond with the repairs. The paint had cracked around the dent, so they had to repaint that area, but they also fixed the peeling topcoat on the rest of the panel to blend it in--despite State Farm refusing to cover that level of thoroughness and suggesting they pass on the additional cost to me, which Lory refused to do. Thank you, Capital Dent Masters! What faith was destroyed by State Farm and vandalism was restored by you :)

Working with Capital Dent Masters is a delight! Lorys customer service is amongst the best you will ever experience. We had 2 cars repaired for hail damage and while there had other minor paint repairs and detailing. One car was a 2018 Volvo S60 before lease turn in. The team had that car looking GORGEOUS to turn in. Due to the well-priced paint repair and detailing with Capital Dent, Volvo charged me ZERO for excess wear and tear or any turn-in fees. Im thrilled I went to Capital Dent first. The other car is a 2013 Honda Pilot that looks like it had a face lift. And when Lory wasnt satisfied that they couldnt repair a small dent in the plastic front bumper by pounding it out, she didnt charge me for the work. Amazing! This business performs terrific, high quality work at an excellent value with first-rate customer service. They are honest, kind and terrific communicators. I HIGHLY recommend.

Capital Dent Masters worked on my brand new car installing a clear bar and paint protection. It was extremely easy to work with Lore, Jorge, and Alex. Communication was great. Literally not a single bad thing to say about this place. The facility is nice, Lori is excellent, and the work was flawless. Absolute most professional and personable dent repair business I have ever used. The quote was better than any other quote I received, the repairs were done in a very timely manner and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful through the repair process. I had a large dent on the frame of my truck, was receiving quotes as high as 5K. This repair was done for under 1K and it looks completely new as if nothing ever happened. Capital Dent Masters did a fantastic job on my Tesla Model 3. I had a small dent requiring some paint on the driver side rear wheel arch. They also repaired a couple of deep scratches on my rear deck lid. I could not have asked for a better outcome! The car looks brand new and it was in and out in 4 days. Lory was super nice and great to work with. Did I mention they did the repair for 1/5 the price of the Tesla folks? Unless I have a repair that mandates a Tesla certified collision center, Capital Dent Masters will be my go to!

I had a 2 inch dent on the front left of my new 4Runner, no paint damage and as the car is new I wanted to get it fixed. Took it to a different shop and they told me to leave the car and they would call me with an estimate in one or two days - that was not possible for me because of my schedule so I googled for another to see if I would have more luck. When I got to Capital Dent Masters Lory was very nice and had Jorge come right out to look at my car, he said he could do it that same day and that it would only take about 90 minutes. Asides from the damage in the car being 100% fixed (like it never happened) I received customer service that was not expected and I was pleasantly surprised.I would highly recommend this business, excellent delivery in a great manner.

This experience was unmatched. I unfortunately had to reschedule my jeep detailing 4 different times due to my schedule and weather but was met with completely wonderful customer service when I FINALLY made it in. Top notch! Capital Dent recently repaired two of our vehicles, both of which were damaged in accidents. The first required a new bumper, miscellaneous parts, and paint. The second had a nasty and complex dent in the rear quarter panel. Both repairs were exceptional. I was particularly impressed with the repair to the quarter panel. Rather than replacing the quarter panel, they were able to hammer the dent out and repaint. I havent seen this type of craftsmanship in years. Its perfect.

Capital Dent Masters is an amazing business to deal with. It is a husband and wife team who care a lot about the quality of their work. We just moved to Denver and needed a car detail so I found them due to their great reviews. They did an awesome job on our 2019 Audi Q7. They had extra time so were able to do further detailing and even buffed out a scratch for free. I will be a regular customer for them!

Could not give Capital Dent Masters a more enthusiastic recommendation for their amazing work and sterling customer service. I scratched and dented my Subaru on a pillar in my parking garage, leaving some unpleasant marks. Took it to CDM and was impressed with the way they quickly diagnosed the damage and explained in detail how they would remedy it. Moreover, they pointed out a great deal of hail damage that I had previously neglected (hard for untrained eyes to see!) and were able to fix everything within a matter of days. Before going to Capital Dent Masters I was annoyed that my car was hit for the 2nd time at work. I went to Capital Dent Masters and I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff. Lory walked me through every step of the way with my vehicle and made sure I had a rental that matched up to my current car or better. At first I went in only to fix the damage on my car, but they also fixed the hail damage and a dent that I had on the driver door. Thank you for taking care of my car and even cleaning it. Outstanding business to work with. I had a ladder tip over in my garage and put a pretty good dent in the door of my car. Capital dent repair was able to make it look like nothing had happened. They were professional in every interaction, their shop is nice and clean, and they are easy to work with. I have no hesitation recommending this business.Edited July 2021I went back to have a couple of for dings repaired and they were as professional and efficient as ever. I was out the door within an hour with all of my dents perfectly removed at a reasonable price.

Lory was such a big help in fixing a good sized dent on the side of my car, replacing a damaged headlight as well as fixing some damage to the hood of the car. She was very communicative and I would certainly use their repair services again, although hopefully I never need to!
