Booked Super Shuttle weeks in advance and prepaid. Did the in app check in when I arrived. 14 degrees in Denver. Been waiting 20 min and the van on the map that says “driver on the way” hasn’t moved. I’m out here freezing! An empty super shuttle showed up and told me too bad I would have to wait for the one they assigned for me. Do not book this service if you actually want a ride. Going to find a different way back to the airport. Not going to rely on this company.

While in flight reservations that had been made weeks in advanced were canceled. Had to find alternative transportation for 7 people and 15 suitcases. No stars are awarded. Do not recommend. Took 3 hours to get home and only a 40 minute drive.

Arrived Denver airport at 4:10PM. Waited over an hour for a shuttle. Did not get to downtown hotel until 6:30PM. Why did SS not text me about the delay? This was my first and last use of SS while on a business trip unless SS makes up for my lost time.

I had paid for a round trip well in advance of our conference. From the airport to the hotel was fine. The opposite was true for the return.I called when the shuttle was late to the hotel. I was told that my return trip had been cancelled due to a lack of drivers.News to me. No call from them, no text, and no email letting me know. I had to scramble to make alternate arrangements. Buyer beware. They say a refund will be made but Im not counting on it.

You cant tell me that when I made my reservations on September 1, 2019, for an Oct 23rd ride, that Super Shuttle didnt know that they were closing all of their Denver operations on October 1, 2019. They let me know on September 28, 2019 that all Denver operations would cease. Find another way of transport. If they did it to Denver, bet that your city is next. I gave them one star because I couldnt post this without at least that one. They dont deserve it.

Paid for a shared ride to downtown hotel from airport. Even with a reservation, had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for pick-up. One driver that we flagged down, called in to dispatch to arrange an exact pickup time and place and driver still then called to find out where we were. Driver said they are independent contractors and with the World Cup going on a lot of drivers are picking and choosing when they want to work or not. Will NEVER use again-poor business model. My advice would be to avoid this company.

Left me stranded at Denver Airport at 12:30 a.m! I had called to confirm and tell them about my flight being postponed too. They sent me an updated pick up schedule. When I got there they were a no show and blamed a computer glitch after waiting over 20 minutes to get an operator. Never again!

Prepaid two months in advance for round trip. Even got a confirmation the day before. However, we waited for 20min at the airport and called the service number to see where they were. They said they had no shuttles even in the Denver area to give us. Had to get a $60 Uber to where we were going instead. Sucks they didn’t bother to show up or let us know!!

Made reservations ahead of time. Arrived at assigned spot. Two shuttles passed with no space. At counter we’re told that reservations don’t really mean you have a spot. “Just the way it is”. May have one here two hours after scheduled time.

In order to make it to my flight to board in time, I had to run through the terminal. I made it 5 minutes before the gate closed. Even though they knew my flight, they didn’t put me on an earlier shuttle. It’s more cost and time effective to use a ride share app.

Reserved a shuttle for eight people including two small children. SuperShuttle had flight information and reservation the day before. After checking in on app and following their directions we waited 50 minutes before we called their phone number where they then proceeded to put us on hold for another 22 minutes. They knew they didn’t have a driver available but still left a family on the side of the road at the airport for over an hour without any phone calls or concern. We ended up canceling and ordering two Lyft rides.

Will never use this service again. Scheduled a ride for early evening on a weekday from DIA back to my house around 6pm. When my flight was delayed and I arrived at 9pm, I checked in for my super shuttle ride and waited an hour before calling customer service. Then I was told that their service doesn’t operate that late - and I was SOL. (9pm too late for a service that allegedly operates 24/7) if this were the case - I would expect a call or notification immediately telling me my ride is no longer available. After paying $100 for a private ride through super shuttle and waiting over an hour, I was stuck paying another $150 for a last minute Uber. Never again!

My driver didnt show up, I was outside my home at 420am, pick up time from 435am to 450am. Had to call Lyft to get to the airport. I have no way to get a hold of the driver and Super Shuttle main number was closed.

We booked a Super Shuttle trip to and from DIA about a month ago. On January 19, 2019, they showed up actually ahead of time and our driver was very courteous and got us to the airport quickly. So, that part of the trip went fine. We had booked a shuttle to pick us up at DIA at 6:15 pm last night, January 27, 2019. While we were about an hour out of Denver on our flight, they apparently called us and left a voice mail that said, “We do not have a car for you. We are refunding your fare. Thank you and have a good day.” Of course we didn’t actually get the message until we had landed in Denver since you can’t have your phones on while you are in flight. Needless to say, my family will NEVER use Super Shuttle again. I would give them no stars if I could. BEWARE of this business! They are totally worthless in our opinion. If there is any positive here it is that they at least refunded our fare for the trip.

My pickup window was 5:10-5:25 AM, but the driver called at 4:05 AM to tell me that the van would arrive at 4:30 AM and that I should try to call my co-workers and tell them. First, call them yourself, you have their contact information. Second, and most important, what made them think that a call 25 minutes before arrival was the right thing anyway. Moving the window ahead 40 minutes is just crazy.I sent a complaint to the company, but they just sent a form e-mail back basically saying that they were in the right, and that my or my agencys business were not worth justifying further.

I was in Denver a few weeks ago. I had booked a ride with SuperShuttle a few weeks before my arrival. I followed the instructions and checked in using the app. I watched on the app as my driver was at the airport - but nowhere in my sight - and finally left, and headed back toward Denver WITHOUT me. I had already waited for in the correct location for 30 minutes. I called SuperShuttle, and was connected to the Denver dispatch office. I waited on hold for a good 20 minutes and no answer. Then I saw a shuttle, and thought FINALLY! I hung up the phone, and the shuttle driver told me my driver was right behind him. OK. So I waited for another 10-15 minutes. No driver. Called dispatch again. On hold again, with NO ANSWER. Same driver drove by a second time and told me the same story, which again was not true. After being on hold for more than 20 minutes, I hung up, frustrated. A little while later, a third shuttle driver stopped, took pity on me, and managed to get me to my hotel two hours after my first driver was supposed to show. He never did. He stayed in Denver. I wrote a complaint to the SuperShuttle people, and the response was as follows. Per our Terms of Service, advance reservations do not guarantee a van will be waiting for the customer at the curb at time of arrival. Vans are assigned to passengers upon check-in with company representative. Wait times for pick-up from the airport terminal can vary from city to city. In other words - TOUGH LUCK! Two hours for a shuttle is unacceptable. Ill never use SuperShuttle again.

We waited over an hour to get picked up I have never experienced having to wait that long to be picked up or I would have just gotten a Lyft. The driver sat still on the map for 35 minutes. We should be told prior to booking to expect high wait times I would have made a different choice. Very disappointed in this service. Wont be using it again.

I booked a shuttle to Denver Intl. Airport six weeks before to our trip. The day prior to us being picked up to go to the airport I received a confirmation email, but no pickup time. I called to check on what time we would be picked up and was told the company had cancelled our shuttle two weeks prior because they didnt provide shared rides any longer. I was never told they were canceling our shuttle and was not provided with any ride options when I called. I booked with LAX Rides instead and will never use SuperShuttle again. Horrible customer service!!

Used Super Shuttle this weekend while in Denver for a conference. Overall my experience was great - I would recommend setting your own pickup time - for my flight home leaving Denver the time we got to the airport cut it a bit too close for comfort for me. Both drivers I had were safe and professional and arrived at the scheduled time to pick me up.

This is a shuttle it is not private transport. I am not sure why some people just give one star. I have been very happy with the drivers, the clean vans, the communication and the service overall. If you want to get to your destination faster you have to pay 2-3 times more. I have used the company all over America and they are great. You have to give yourself plenty of time though. They offer private transport by the way which is awesome.

Worse experience ever....very poor scheduling. Driver was good but he had to hurry in away that should have been unnecessary!! 25 min late pick up and was told that our hotel was last pick up - not true. Already late and 2 more pick ups caused us to run for our flight and just made it. Other riders had earlier flights and not sure they made it. Driver was not to blame - scheduler was at fault and not customer friendly to our complaint.

Ive used Super Shuttle many times with great success, except for one time when the driver got lost, and we wandered around a really bad part of town for way too much time. Other than that, the drivers have always been on time, courteous and heloful.

Get a lyft or uber instead. This “super shuttle” service is fake news....and definitely far from ‘super’ (“Super Horrible Shuttle would be 100% more appropriate.”) They don’t show up to get you, even if you had a reservation. In addition, if you’d like to contact someone to get an ETA for your ride, forget it. If you do have to call them, plan on being transferred back and forth and spending a while on hold waiting for them to figure out who can pretend to help you. Then when they answer, you’ll still have to go online and do the refund work yourself by filling out a form. This company is a huge waste of time and resources.

We scheduled a private shuttle ride to our hotel from Denver airport on Super Shuttle Tuesday afternoon (17 July). We were told we could wait an hour for our private shuttle or accept a shared ride that was leaving immediately. We opted for the shared ride but it didn’t depart for almost 40 minutes. And boy, was it shared. My wife and I were crammed in the back and we couldn’t move a muscle. We then made four stops at various hotels before we got to ours. The last one of course.The driver was Ok but it was the most uncomfortable 90 minutes I’ve had in a long time.We had prepaid the shuttle ride back so I’ll write another review on Monday.

I had no issues with supershuttle until today. My boyfriend and I flew from Albany to Denver and we decided to book a super shuttle as we always have. We walked to the transportation check in counter so we could get put on the next arriving shuttle. We were then informed by the gentleman for another shuttle company that super shuttle was bought out today and that they cleaned out their desk this morning. I went and looked on the super shuttle app and found that my ride was cancelled-WITH NO NOTICE BUT THEY WERE SURE QUICK TO CHARGE MY CARD! Now I’m gonna go through the loops of disputing this charge for a service that wasn’t provided. Lyft happily picked us up within 10 minutes so don’t trust the shuttles as they are deceiving.

To bad you cant leave a negative star review for this company. they called me and canceled my ride to the airport 45 mins before I was to be picked up. I wound up paying 3 times the rate since I had to park my car at the airport. Supershuttles own words when they called me We are sorry we have to cancel your trip due to not having any drivers this morning. and then they want to offer a 10% off coupon code as an apology, I dont think so. This company if you request a privet ride will charge you for the privet rate and then turn it into the driver picking up other riders and not issue a refund for the difference in cost.

Both our drivers were punctual, professional, and very helpful. Both my mother and sister required assistance and we didnt have to ask for it. They loaded and unloaded the bags quickly and they had us to and from the airport in no time.We will use this shuttle again.

I had to cancel my group ride to the airport due to a medical issue and rebooked a private ride to an airport hotel instead. They cancelled the ride an hour before it was scheduled and double billed me. They only issued one credit and now I have to argue with their website to get my other fee crdited. In the meantime I had to take a cab at the last minute and paid 40% more. NOT GOOD SERVICE for anything other than to and from airport.

Used to be the go to company. Booked as a part of an Expedia reservation. Online check In process was good. Went outside and could see the van on their GPS map. Waited. Waited. Called. Transferred call. Transferred call back. “Driver is on the way”. I’ve watch “said driver” on map for 40 minutes. Hasn’t moved. Then they got him moving. Never Super Shuttle again. Do not use Super Shuttle, if anything goes wrong or you need to adjust your schedule, that is when they try to extort you for another $25 and you forfeit your first payment. The poor customer service agent has no choices nor could she help. When I expressed disbelief that there was no flexibility, she was obviously distressed that she had been put into a position to enforce a policy that was ridiculous. Of course some manager got on the phone and confirmed my suspicion that I was being exhorted for another charge on my credit card. This service is nothing more than a trap to charge you again if you have to adjust your schedule. Something so normal as adjusting your schedule should not require that you have to pay again and lose your first payment. These people are unethical in their policies and you should beware of them.

Every time I drop a family member off at the airport coming out of the airport theres always a super shuttle flying past me doing about 80 miles per hour I dont understand how those drivers still have a license it irritates me every time and you try to call them or leave a message for them to tell him about their drivers and its hard to get anybody to answer to you. People stay away from these drivers they drive way too fast for the conditions!

WARNING do not use SuperShuttle Denver!!! Im posting this WARNING because of poor service,I got NO service. I reserved a SuperShuttle Denver in April 2019 for 6-28-2019. On 6-28-2019, prior to landing in Denver, I received this from SuperShuttle We look forward to providing your ride today for confirmation 8215395 at Denver Airport (DEN). I arrived, got my bags and signed in at the SuperShuttle counter at 5:05 PM. Received my ticket and was told to go to island 5 and wait. The counter attendant told me it would be 45-50 minutes (5:50-5:55). At 6:27 PM, I received the following text from SuperShuttle Denver WE ARE HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING A SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT. WAIT TIME IS STILL ABOUT AN HOUR. WE ARE CANCELLING AND REFUNDING. I was already late for a reception so my only option was to take a driver to my destination (I dont have Uber or Lyft app). Taxi $79; SuperShuttle would have been $38.35. Oh yah, I wasnt the only one at island 5 waiting then learning no SuperShuttle would be along to pick them up. So, if you dont want to possibly end up like me, DO NOT reserve your Denver airport ride with SuperShuttle Denver.

I received notification 40 minutes before our pickup time that no van was available in our area, They require a 2 hr window if the passenger cancels, but obviously can cancel whenever they want. One good thing-they did refund $$ from my online reservation. Big deal, it was no fun scrambling at the last minute to get to the airport. Lousy customer service for sure.

Dont use this company, causes so much chaos. As soon as I landed in Denver I got a text saying my shuttle had been canceled because there were no vans. I went to the counter where they said it would be manned 24/7 and there was a sign that said closed. So I called the number and she said shed try to find a shuttle. I took an uber instead but kept getting texts that she was finding a shuttle. I tried to call multiple times to say I didnt need one but it wasnt working and she even gave me a number to some psychic. At 3 am, almost 7 hours after I landed she said the driver was on his way. Still wouldnt take my calls.

Their web site claims a price from airport to downtown of $19 one person and $9 each added person. They refuse to honor that price at the airport when you try to purchase a ticket. The web site also does not warn you that you must purchase your ticket at their counter in the terminal before you go outside to the transportation area. Cab fare for three of us was only $43 which is a lot better than the $57 they wanted for three tickets.

Never again! I have used Super Shuttle many times before, especially for early morning pickups from my house, without problem.Tonight, I sat at the airport for more than an hour. Three vans went by that werent mine. All the drivers looked at my app and said he was in a nearby parking lot, about five minutes away.Except he never moved. Ever. I have no idea what he was doing. I called the number (which they make really, really hard to find) to cancel the reservation and take a cab instead. That guy asked me to hold, and dumped me into a queue that just rang and rang and rang. I finally hung up, and called back. After sitting through their long ass intro discouraging you from calling, again, the guy finally showed up.Honestly, I think he was asleep, and the call was to him. It woke him up, because right after that, the van started moving.Im exhausted, Ive had a really long day of work and then travel. My phone was dying. Im just done. Next time Ill just call a freaking cab.

“Super” should be renamed to slow. Had one of these so-called “Super Shuttles” bring us to Colorado Springs from Denver International Airport. The speed limit is, for the most part, 75. Our driver was going 50, and in some cases 45. We get picked up again by another Super Shuttle to experience the same thing. One of these days somebody is going to miss their flight with these guys, either by taking too long or for getting in a car accident for going too slow compared traffic flow. If you are going to be driving like that, you should not be taking care of passengers that have their own schedules. Save your time and take a cab rather than this company.

I have used Supershuttle several times in the past. The last two times: I waited for 3 hours for them to pick us up at the airport. Last Friday night they completely cancelled my paid ride from DIA to my home 10 minutes before I boarded my plane to come home. It was 11 at night, so had a horrible time trying to replace this ride. CANNOT use them again since they are in my view now completely unreliable!

BEFORE our trip we arranged for Super Shuttle to drop us off at DIA, then pick us up on our return. The drop off to DIA went well; however, when we landed in Denver at 8:50pm we received a text saying “short vans, canceling and refunding.” Gee thanks, super shuttle! Six adults and one toddler stuck at dia figuring out transportation home for all of us. Unacceptable.If you want unreliable service, book with these guys!

Made appointment 3 days ago!!! Mike call from Super Shuttle 10 minutes before my pick up at 7am and say that they are cancelling my reservation because they dont have a car so find a ride by my self. Forgot to leave a review earlier but my wife and I were furious with this company. We reserved a shuttle for pickup which by the way was outrageously priced over an Uber ride and it had a really long wait time. I called the help desk and asked if it was possible to cancel my reservation and get a refund on my transaction and to my avail they said I was eligible.We both accepted the cancellation, ordered an Uber and then ofcourse right when the Uber comes they call back stating they couldnt do a refund. Frustrated that I now paid for an Uber and a Super Shuttle the employees couldnt do squat to help me in this predicament.Fortunately Uber is the better company and allowed me to get a refund for my service. Don’t bother. You book ahead putting in your flight info and everything. You pay the premium for non stop service assuming you won’t have the hassle of finding a taxi. You use the app to check in and go exactly where it tells you to.But what you get is a lot of waiting and many frustrated phone calls to a dispatcher who really seems like she couldn’t give a f@@k and makes so many excuses that sound so rote that they must be painted on the inside of her eyelids. And a driver who goes to the wrong side of the terminal after you watch him on the app sitting in a parking lot for 20 minutes.Next time I will just take a taxi.

Pre-purchased a round trip ticket online to and from DIA and on my return arrival while standing at the island waiting for the shuttle, I get a text telling me the trip was canceled and I was on my own. Mind you it was 1030 pm and I was tired from my trip just wanting to go home. I dont know what happened to SUPER SHUTTLE but I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! I hard a reservation for a 3:40 AM pick up on Sunday morning. I received a phone call on Saturday to confirm the reservation. On Saturday evening I tried to call Saturday at 7 PM to once confirm but had an automated system and held for 15 minutes before hanging up. I get into DIA check in online, told I was to go to a place that I was assigned to 2424 van, get there, van arrives, driver tells me I am bumped and reassigned, doesnt know anything other than that, get no text telling me about this and when I try to reach them, no phone number available. Cannot reply to text either, and now am sitting here 2 hours later, and they say they have no drivers available still!!!! 17 minutes hold on the phone and I am stuck it is 9:30 at night and cannot get to my hotel. Can issue a refund but cannot offer any other solution. I wont trust them again for sure, terrible customer service and now I am stuck!The nightmare continued as I tried to change my return to airport I was told I couldnt change it to a new hotel I had to go to as a result of losing my hotel reservation I got there at 11:30 and they had given it away. I was 2.2 miles away! They couldnt pick me up with a days notice. I had to take an uber to the hotel where I was suppose to be picked up at 11. They arrived at 12:30 and the driver said I was an add on he didnt know I was suppose to be picked up. I arrived at the airport at 1:30 my boarding time was 1:55. Avoid SuperShuttle Denver- Read What They Did to Me.I have used SuperShuttle in Denver for a number of years, relying on their shuttle service from DIA to my moms house in SE Denver. NEVER AGAIN! I used their service the weekend of January 12th, 2019. I reserved and paid for my round trip service a week ahead. My shuttle service from DIA to my moms house on January 11th was fine. However, the trouble came on Monday January 14th. I got a notice on my SuperShuttle ap that my shuttle was coming for my scheduled pickup at 3 pm. At 3 pm, I received a text that said Due to unfortunate cicumstances we are forced to cancel your reservation due to no vehicles in the area, fully refunded. Thank you. Dispatch TJ. I was shocked to be canceled at the last minute. I called and talked to the dispatcher, telling her I had paid for this ride and was relying on their service to get to the airport to catch my flight. She said there was nothing she could do. I had to call a taxi and paid $77.85 to get to DIA to make my flight. I submitted a complaint, and SuperShuttles response was to refund my payment (so what - by law they have to) and a second email To encourage you to ride with us again I will be issuing you a one-time discount code for 10% off on a future travel. REALLY??? What shoddy customer service. DO NOT USE SUPERSHUTTLE DENVER. They will hear more from me demanding payment of my unexpected taxi bill due to their horrible service and disregard for customers. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment.

This was my first experience with SuperShuttle and will forever remain my last. Shuttle was supposed to arrive around 4:20 a.m. Biggest lie Ive ever heard. I was pacing around my house, losing my brain cells and paitience for over an hour. Shuttle finally arrived just before the clock struck 5:45 a.m. When I finally got on the shuttle, the windows were rattling as if there was an earthquake outside. It was very frigid and I was afraid the shuttle could malfunction or burn to crisps and minute. I had almost missed my flight.

Didn’t do any good to pay extra for non-stop, one reservation per van, service. We still shared our ride because it’s ultimately up to the individual driver if they want to take a nonstop fare. When I asked who to talk to in order to receive a credit for the difference I paid, the SuperShuttle driver had my reservation canceled and left us at the airport with no ride. Very bad client experience.

Been tolerating they are being this late for a lot of times! I’ve already been waiting in the airport for an hour now, before this, I got no vehicle assigned even tho I booked it 3 weeks ago and paid 45 dollars. I self checked in on their app, and this app is useless! I also called them and the agent is very impatient and cut me off after I say “sorry I can’t hear you.”Then finally I have a vehicle assigned to me, but I see it on map that it parks in the lot for about 30mins without moving a bit towards me.I suggest you to either use your own car in the future or take the light rail. But Never Ever use Super Shuttle any more cuz they’ll just ruin your mood from a beautiful trip!

I pre-booked a shuttle for my 82 year old mom who was flying from Denver to Seattle and I specifically booked it with a Shuttle service instead of waiting to get her an Uber this morning. Well I got a call from her at 3:15 am saying her shuttle had been cancelled and when she called the dispatch she was told that the drivers who accept the reservation had decided not to show up. So I am 1700 miles away and have to figure out how to get her to the airport for her flight in 3 hours. I will NEVER us SuperShuttle again. Fortunately Uber came to the rescue and picked her up and delivered her to Deltas check in. Thank you UBER!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked a ride through the app several weeks ago, and finally took the trip last week. While booking, I selected the non-stop option, knowing that I would be traveling with my family and since we are a military family moving across country, we had a significant number of bags. There was no option to select a number of bags that we would be traveling with, and since we were traveling on orders we were allowed an excess number of bags. I sent an email asking about this issue but I never received a response back to confirm this would not be an issue. When we arrived at the airport (715pm), I checked in through the app to confirm our arrival (749pm). By the time we got our bags and found the location of your kiosk, it had been nearly 45 mins since we landed. The gentleman at the counter checked me in and told me to hang tight for a few minutes. I assumed it was an issue that we had a lot of bags and I anticipated waiting for a reasonable amount of time. We made our way to the loading area given to us by the gentleman at the front and stacked our bags by the curb side to make it easier to load. 30 mins or so later (815pm), my husband went back into the airport and to the kiosk to ask about the status of the vehicle. It was suggested to him that we find another ride because they didnt have any vehicles available. Within a few minutes of my husband asking about the status, the other gentleman at the counter confirmed that there was a vehicle on the way. The vehicle didnt arrive for another 40 mins (845p)! Within that time, 2 more people arrived with their bags to join our ride - I was under the impression that this was not going to be a shared ride. When the vehicle arrived, it parked short of where our bags were, and my husband asked the driver if he would mind moving forward so it would be easier to load the bags. Rather than acknowledging him, the driver took out his phone and called someone to say that this wasnt going to work and we would not fit. In addition, my husband loaded the bags into the vehicle...is this common practice for ride services? We all fit just fine with plenty of room to spare, even with the 2 extra people. During the trip, the driver used his phone multiple times while the vehicle was moving which made me very uncomfortable since my 2 year old daughter was also in the vehicle with us. During the ride, we also noticed that the check engine light in the vehicle was on! Upon arrival to the hotel, we had to make a couple of laps before the driver found a way to get close.We were traveling with our 2 year old daughter and 15 bags, the hotel we used during our stay suggested we try the service because they boasted about the reliability, ease of use and capacity. I couldnt be more disappointed in my experience and I will most definitely not be traveling with this service again. I have contacted the company about this and havent heard back, I sent a follow up today so well see if they get back to me.

Scheduled and paid for a car service pickup in advance of a concert at red rocks Amphitheatre. Received a text message less than 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time notifying me that they cancelled my ride and refunded my money. Called the dispatch and she raised her voice at me saying “I don’t have any cars to pick you up, you are screwed, good luck to you.” Would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely terrible and even worse customer service!

Then I tried to use their services for the first time and my questions we’re quickly answered.Something strange is happening in Denver Super Shuttle. This company is pushing the phone apps, by giving a 10% discount to push users towards the online registration which is great! Maybe a little late in the game but good.The problem is they don’t have the quality level of door to door service you would expect a passenger-transport to have at a mayor Intl. Airport. At 9:00pm ( Sunday) they had no service...🤐Uber is charging absurd prices, lift is trailing very close to the U. Super shuttle is not in a good position, but looks like they are fighting back.I do not see the value on any of this passenger services, I will make use of the train or Simply leave my car in the long term parkings as I have always done! One of the issues that make this services more expensive is E-470 which charges ridiculous prices for toll (btw, local government should have stopped charging E-470 tolls after 10 years).BTW, the DEN P/U location for Super Shuttle is at same level as Baggage claim.

Although our driver picked us up within our agreed upon window (1:30-1:45), he then stopped to get more passengers outside our window (1:50-2:05). This made a significant difference in the time that we actually left for the airport. Based on our distance from the airport and pick up window, we should have arrived at the airport between 1:45-2. Instead, the other pick up window delayed our arrival to 2:05-2:20. We were highly uncomfortable with this, and when we asked the driver what to do he was unhelpful, defensive and rude. Once we got to the airport (running behind schedule and traveling with an infant), I attempted to get my own bag from the trunk of the van while he was assisting other customers and the driver attempted to take the bag from me and got verbally aggressive with me. He then retrieved our other two bags, practically threw them on the curb, and stormed back to the van to drive away. Our entire experience was awful. Whoever scheduled our pick up in conjunction with the later pick up passengers was irresponsible, and our driver made everything worse with his unprofessional and offensive behavior. We chose to ride Super Shuttle, even though it was more expensive than Uber, because we assumed it would be a more convenient and superior travel experience (two women traveling alone with a baby). But we will never make this choice again.

Booked service from Denver Airport to a downtown hotel. First of all, there is no telephone number to contact anyone on the confirmation receipt. I had to download the app and edit my arrival time to advise that my flight would be late. When I arrived at the airport, the directions to find their office are incomplete and confusing. It took me another hour to locate their office on the east side of the terminal, rather than the west as printed on their directions. When I finally found the office, at 11:45 pm, I was told there was no shuttle for me because they didnt have any cars available. I received no previous notification and the dispatcher could only shrug and tell me to take a taxi. She claims it happens all the time; they overbook their cars. I received a refund on the money Id paid for my trip and immediately used the app to cancel my return trip since I cant guarantee theyll show up to take me back to the airport!

Unprofessional, had a ride schedule and confirmed - Non-stop ride to Denver airport, at 3:25 am. One hour 25 mins before my ride I received a text from SuperShuttle canceling the reservation and to find alternate transportation! Unbelievable, I will never use them again, lucky for me UBER came to the rescue!!!!! SuperShuttle doesnt deserve a one star review, if this is their business model.

Arrived late from Miami, I called at almost 11pm on Sunday and was able to get shuttle to my home in sw littleton immediately. driver was excellcent and followed the speed limits and warnings signs on c470. I had no luck with uber and other shuttles never answered their phones.

The Super Shuttle had still not arrived an hour after their estimated arrival time. I realized I had to take a lyft, and still only made it to my gate after the flight had boarded and the gate had closed (despite cutting the security line and getting yelled at by lots of people who had been waiting). Thankfully, they re-opened the gate and let me board. On the way to the airport via lyft, I got a call saying that my Super Shuttle had arrived, but it was too late. In addition to the expensive lyft ride, Super Shuttle still charged me.

Worst experience Ive had with a shuttle EVER. They delivered me to the airport 20 minutes before my flight, and I wasnt allowed to check in. The driver had turned off his GPS, so I couldnt see how late he would be, and plan accordingly. Then, the driver drives so recklessly he gets flipped off twice on the drive. Lyft and Uber are cheaper and more reliable (and safer). Then, when you have a problem, the supershuttle agents will play the clueless bureaucrat, and the only way to submit a complaint or request a refund is online. Horrible customer service, bad initial service, failing business model. Literally, walking is better.

FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION. Do not book travel with these guys!They offer 40% discount when you book a return journey, but they do not show up for the return so you end up paying a premium. I have been to Cancun 4 times this year, and this happened all 4 times.If you call them prior to the scheduled pick up they make you hold for 20-30mins. If they do answer, they will tell you the car will be there in 5-10 mins which is a lie designed for you to get off the phone. Then when the car does not come you try to call back but have to wait another 30mins. I stress, this exact pattern of events has occurred 4 times this year! I almost missed my flight because of this lie.FROM SOMEONE THAT TRAVELS REGULARLY TO CANCUN, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND AVOID SUPERSHUTTLE AT ALL COSTS!

If only 0 stars was an option so my review could mirror the no-show Supershuttle that I paid in full for to get home from the airport. I first notified their dispatcher once we had been waiting over 30 minutes to be picked up and she advised the driver was on his way and would arrive in no more than 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I called back and was put on hold for 5-10 minutes only for the dispatcher to come back saying the shuttle had gotten a flat tire and would no longer be coming to pick us up. If youre keeping track were about an hour and 15 minutes into this awful experience. The dispatcher said they would have a local cab company get us home and theyd contact me in 3-5 minutes. 15 minutes later I still hadnt heard from anyone so I called the dispatcher back. She placed be on hold for another ten minutes then promised a cab company would be calling me in 3-5 minutes. Ten minutes later I finally get a call from a cab driver. The cab driver was given the wrong information and informed me he was waiting outside of my HOUSE, that I was trying desperately to get home to, not the airport where I was waiting. After explaining to him he was given the wrong info and being hung up on due to his frustration, I called Supershuttle back and ten minutes later, FINALLY got a call from a cab at the airport ready to pick us up. The catch this time was he was across the terminal and on a different level, so we had to trek across the airport, up an elevator and finally into a cab. All in all it took us as long to get home from the airport (typically 30 mins) as it took us to fly from Seattle to Denver in the first place (2.5+ hours). I figured considering the circumstances Id at least have no problem getting a refund, but apparently I was wrong as its been over two business weeks since I submitted a refund request and havent received a single communication back. Despite being a regular traveler for business and pleasure, and utilizing this type of service often, I will NEVER use Supershuttle or recommend them to a friend, colleague or family member again.

4:15 AM and van number 2380 speeding recklessly heading to the airport, not using turn signals while changing lanes, cutting off other vehicles and slamming on the breaks. Almost caused a wreck. Wouldnt ever put my life in that drivers hands.

I had a reservation 3 weeks in advance. Pick up to DIA was fine. Great driver, great service. Return home however was far from good. I arrive and I am getting texted and calls from Super Shuttle dispatch. Thinking alright they are on top of things. Given shuttle number and was checked in while I was still walking out of the terminal. Driver calls me several times as I worked my way to the train then to the 5th island. I later found out why. I had reserved a direct ride 1-3 people to Arvada. I get to shuttle...oh winter storm only one van running 5 people already loaded up going to various parts of the metro. Told this was my only chance at a ride. Told driver I was supposed to have a direct ride because I didnt want to spend 2 hours riding around the metro to get home. Told this was only van and take it or leave it despite paying for the direct route.I went back into the terminal after the driver drove off standing me at the airport. No one at desk so had to call their help line. Get given the line that a winter storm was in and as their drivers are contract they have no control over who shows up or not. That they only had the one van and I was going to have to wait for it to return from its route. I demanded a refund at that point, was told they were reversing the charges and good night. I ended up taking a more expensive cab home and not one of theirs either. If they didnt have another van for me they could have sent a black car or even one of their cabs. Expecting me to ride around the metro for hours during this winter storm without even offering a discount on the higher price I paid because it was my only option is Bull. I rode home in a cab...was rainy at that time only and even asked the driver if it was getting slick and he said no. So why they didnt have enough staff on that night I dont know but the winter storm story is false.Oh and they claimed to have refunded that leg of my trip....they have not as of yet. Instead marking the trip canceled. I am giving their support one more call before having credit card reverse the charge/deny payment.UPDATE 5/1/2017: They are playing games. I was told the night that the issue happened they were refunding my charges. I called back today and talked to another agent and was told that a refund HAD NOT BEEN REQUESTED! So the agent that night ALSO LIED when I was told I was refunded before being rudely hung up on. The Credit Card has filed a dispute for half the charges for services not rendered. Waiting to see if Super Shuttle will step up and be honorable, or if the CC company will have to withhold the funds.Update 5/10/2017: Super Shuttle issued refund for service not delivered. They have been honorable in the refund. Customer retention or service however are still poor at best.

Ridiculous. Have had positive experiences until today. Shuttle from DIA left without me despite being on time. Notified that Id been reassigned to a new vehicle via text. Called the # on ticket but you cant talk to a person. Went back inside to the desk. Told to just take the next one which didnt depart for another hour. Not, sorry, just take the next one. When I stated that was unacceptable, was told to call the 800 # for a refund. Again, no apology, not how can I fix this just, call the #. So I call. The automated menu for complaints or refunds says to go to the website for a refund or service issue. The website. Not a person because Super Shuttle doesnt care. Called back and kept pushing numbers until I got a live person. Let them know I was upset, that it hadnt been addressed to my satisfaction, etc. Again, no apology, no acceptance of guilt, culpability, etc. Refund issued but I will never do business with them again. Which, wont be a problem since they just stopped offering service to Longmont and Greeley. According to their driver who took me to the airport earlier in the week, service to Fort Collins and Loveland are next in line and Green Ride will be taking over. Do yourself a favor, dont wait for Super Shuttle to close its doors, book your next ride with Green Ride, Uber, a friend, a stranger, literally just about anyone would be more reliable, professional and caring than Super Shuttle. They sent us the wrong vehicle after specifically requesting one that would fit bike boxes and luggage. Couldnt get us one that would fit our bikes and luggage till after our flight left. Customer service was not helpful and was unable to submit a refund for us and we were told that unless we went to their website and submitted separately that we would be charged.
