Don’t ever park and use the Greyhound station parking lot at 18th and Curtis. I paid for parking placed my validation on the dash and was still given a parking notice because it was on the passenger side by the windshield wipers. When you call they have the worst customer service. They hire a law firm to take care of their parking notices and will not work with you because they take a picture of your windshield and put the camera in a way so you can’t prove the validation was on your dash. Shady shady company. Never ever park there because they will give you a parking notice of $75 and you would are better off getting an actual parking ticket from DPD.

To my disdain, I discovered that I was given a parking ticket for $75 yesterday because the ticket was “not readable.” Please do not fraternize with this company. They are crooks and opportunists who lie and cheat. The ticket I placed on my car was clearly readable. I’ll pay them their lost $75 dollars. They’ll pay much more...

Yesterday 4/16/18 The shuttle driver on #525 at 7:09 am airside the forth stop had shut the back door as I was getting on to the shuttle. Half of my body was stuck in between the two doors. As he re opened the door the only thing he said was this is out of service bus and I responded I didn’t know and didn’t have to shut the door on me. I stood for a second and then got off. He did not apologize at all. Now Due to this incident my back and neck are both sore. My employer knows and sent me home to go to urgent care to make sure my back and neck are okay. Not only I’m losing out on hours and pay I am also having to cover any medical costs. I have emailed multiple to times and have not gotten a response. I’ve talk to multiple ppl and it seems the back doors are getting closed on other ppl also. The drivers need to be accountable for this and need to be properly trained how to operate the bus. Whether they’re on a time schedule they need to be aware of ppl getting on and off before someone really gets hurt like I did.
