Carlos and Tony did a great job replacing our furnace, AC, and showing us how to work the thermostat. I’d have these guys again.

DO NOT WORK WITH TRUEBLUE!!Trueblue said that they could do a plumbing project for me. Theyre not licensed plumbers and every single part of what they did was against code and led to problems. On top of that, they refused to refund me the cost of the project so I ended up paying thousands to professional plumbers to fix the entire system they slapped together. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! Save yourself the money and find professionals.Here is a short list of things they did wrong and illegally to my house:- Several places where the sewage lines are level or causing back-flowing- The use of metal straps on ABS piping- Improper ventilation of an entire bathroom system- Missing pipe glue and leaks- Straps missing for greater than 4 foot spacing- Vertical coupling used on horizontal line- Cleanout on main sewage stack too small for snaking line- Pushing pipes in so far to perpendicular pipes that they blocked the flow of waterYou cant make up how terrible these guys are at this. They came back 4 times to put more glue on the pipes and left a load of other problems.Theyre extremely unprofessional, pay no attention to detail, and will refuse to refund you for their mistakes.There are tons of other HVAC and plumbers in Denver. Find one that knows what theyre doing.

Everything with True Blue Heating & Air was amazing! True blue reached out to me within hours of me first indicating I wanted a job done. They sent someone (James) out for a free estimate same day. Not only was he early, but called before hand and make sure that was okay. He was thorough, quick, and professional. After the estimate, he followed up unbelievably quickly with the pricing and job details. (The quote also came in under the price of another company who told me doing it the way James suggested was more expensive and harder) James came back to my home as soon as possible (less than 2 business days) to complete the job. Prior to arriving, he called to let me know he was on his way and when exactly I could expect him. Each step of the project he walked me through and explained to me. He was (again) quick yet thorough. James cleaned up every bit of mess he made (and more) and was so kind, respectful and communicative. I couldnt recommend True Blue (& James!) more. I hope I have another opportunity to use their services!

We just had a new Central Air system installed and we are extremely happy and impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of the technician. He kept us informed and in the loop as the installation progressed. Since we had drops to the first floor, we were consulted about the exact location for each before the made any cuts in the floors or ceilings. Highly recommended True Blue Heating and Air.

We had Art come repair water main valve shut off and a leaking pipe. He was knowledgeable about the project and respectful to have working in our house for hours. would recommend him.

Tony was spectacular. He was fair, honest, professional and kind. Easily the best contractor weve ever hired and worked with. Ive already referred him once and will confidently refer him to anyone who needs repairs. His communication was amazing and we could not be happier.

Charged $290 to inspect a furnace and condenser, certified it good yet was in horrible shape. Coils had 10years worth of build up and rust, coils in the furnace freezing up and dripping water. Heat exchanger was cracked due to water leakage and leaking CO2. This unreliable company didnt even bother to open the unit up to actually perform the inspection. It was obvious because there was caulking that would have needed to be scored but wasnt. I called them twice, but, they never returned my call. Fly by night operation stood up to steal your money. Stay away. In all reality they are in realtors pockets to fast track a sale. This company only be called as a very last resort. Just be aware that you put your families safety at risk anytime they come out.

Ive used True Blue Heating and Air several times now. Jimmie definitely knows his trade well. True Blue is honest, fair, competent and offers exceptional service. . I had a problem with my heating system and even though they were super busy they came that same day. The issue was fixed right away and has worked great ever since. Today, Jimmie came out to make sure everything is in working order and I feel confident I am in good hands. The office is friendly, helpful and reliable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again, and again.. I am grateful I found True Blue Heating and Air.

Ive used them twice now. Once for a furnace that wasnt working. Turned out to be a pretty simple fix that I just had to pay the service fee for. Yesterday, they did an AC check and it was running fine so no charge. I appreciate that they arent trying to sell me a new HVAC system when its not necessary yet like a different company did.

Jim is an amazing HVAC worker and an ever better grandfather! I had the pleasure of seeing a photo of his beautiful grandson who Jim is very proud of! Jimmie Jr is also awesome! Came in, explained everything in depth, did not rush and got the job done. Amazing company with an amazing father son duo. You don’t see this anymore. My house is currently 95 degrees. I scheduled for today, and had I not contacted this company, I very much doubt I would have found out they are not coming to repair my air conditioner. However, they offered to come in three days while I sit in my sweltering house.

Jim senior just left my house. I had changed the batteries in my thermostat and nothing happened. No heat. Jim came the same afternoon and fixed the thermostat and checked the furnace. He saved the day. Jim senior was very pleasant and knowledgeable.My hero.Le

Multiple canceled install dates, including one team that came and refused to do the work that the tech had bid. They then doubled the price after not returning calls for almost 4 months (project was delayed due to winter). I do not recommend working with these folks!!! Totally unreliable

Be careful because this company is on HomeAdvisor etc.! I took the day off to have my A/C installed, the installer showed up with equipment and said he would be right back to never return. I called many times but received no return calls for customer service despite being told I would receive return calls. I now have to take another day off because they decided someone else’s install was more important than mine. Waste of paid time off, Careful! I got a call once from them and it was a bail bonds company, apparently the owner also has many other businesses.

This company is amazing!! We had a heater issue after our basement flooded. Jimmy Ciccone was able to make time to come out. Took 5 minutes to get pilot light turned on. He REFUSED to accept payment!! How often does that happen in this day and age. Restores your faith in human nature. I will strongly recommend this firm and Jimmy in particular. Thanks Jimmy

Came out and left heat off in 20 degree weather. Frozen pipes and thousands of dollars later all they could say, “it was a horrible mistake” but never paid a dime to cover the repairs. With proof of them being the last in this vacant home they still have not done anything to make good. Beware!

Called to schedule appt on 7/10 and was transferred to another person who set it. Come Monday morning, today 7/13, my property mgr had received call from them during the morning stating they had to reschedule for later in after noon between 2 - 4p. I live out of state and have been leasing my home since 2012. And I work in the construction industry and work with Heat and Air contractors on residential projects ALL THE TIME. Well I nor my property mgr never heard from them and they certainly didnt show up. I followed up this evening and got the person representing TBHA who proceeded to attempt contact with whoever? Im thinking this is just a middleman service who takes calls and contracts with whomever. I have no patience for no show / no call companies, there are too many who will at least call and explain their issue if they cant make it - I get it. But not this company...next!

I had a split air system in mind for a new install. Adam told me I could use a regular a/c system which would cost me about four thousand less. He and Tony scheduled the install in a few days and took just a few hours to install it...I am very happy with their work.

My regular furnace service company wasnt responding to me so I looked on Yelp for help. The first person who came out correctly diagnosed the problem but failed to fix it - possibly using a part he had on hand instead of the correct one. Jimmie from True Blue came out on freezing night at 9 pm to look at my furnace. He subsequently came back twice to install all the necessary parts and then came back again to make sure everything was working properly. Office communication was good. Overall very happy with the work and the result.

When our furnace suddenly failed today after the days of extreme cold, we called True Blue after hearing from five other companies that they could not fit us in. True Blue immediately scheduled a maintenance call within the next few hours, sent us an email to confirm, and then called and emailed in the hour before they came for the call. Jimmy was professional and honest. It wasn’t good news, since our furnace needs to just be replaced, but we were so grateful that Jimmy recognized the problems and helped us figure out what to do next. We will definitely use this company again, and we recommend them to anyone else.

I had to have an Ecobee Smart Thermostat installed in a house built in the 1920s, which was a definitely daunting task. Jim completed the install with great efficiency and care for my home. Highly recommend True Blue Heating!

This company came out to repair heaters charge a 150.00 that would be applied towards repair if I got the service repair ..I was shown the heater to purchase by big Jimmy and little jimmy ...they told me what it would cost sent me an email to confirm cost ... I called to schedule an appointment.. they came out and said they had to go get parts and never returned. I called and the wife said The heater that you purchase require different parts but there would be no additional charge and they’ll come out Saturday between 8 and 12. They showed up at 2. So we rescheduled for Tuesday They showed up do you have to work Tuesday , After completing the work big Jimmy change the price and said his wife made a mistake because he needed different parts on the heater (BIG JIMMY AND LITTLE JIMMY SHOWED ME WHICH HEATER TO PURCHASE!... his wife confirming there would be no price change and because I use my credit card they took it upon themselves to charge my car additional money...And the owner Big Jimmy was very rude and hung up in my face WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS beware of this small business...

Found this company through Angies List. Thought Jimmie was great. He ended up working on 2 properties for us. The first a rental we are selling that needed to be brought up to code. He was quick and did a great job. In the process, our regular homes old air conditioner finally broke during this heat wave. Jimmie took the time to drive in-between jobs, across town, to check it out. He got us a new one and put it in for us all in good time. This mans work ethic is wonderful. He is honest and sincerely cares about his customers. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Jimmie.

Our call to True Blue turned into a $5000 nightmare. We had made an offer to buy a vacant home and called True Blue to inspect the HVAC system. Their tech did the inspection and gave us the report. This was January 28th. Nighttime temperatures were in the low 20s.Three days later we get a call from the listing broker. The furnaces had been left off by the True Blue technician. The water froze in the pipes, in the toilet tanks, in the bathtub, and in the faucets. Total repair costs were $5000. We contacted True Blue and they said there was no way to prove their tech had failed to turn the furnaces back on after he tested them. But the listing broker confirmed that no one had been in the home since the day we left. Repeated calls to True Blue led nowhere. We paid the owners the $5000 and learned a valuable lesson. Make sure the people you contract with are competent and honorable before you hire them. True Blue is neither.

First company that came out said our HVAC system was shot and needed to be replaced: $8,800. These folks came came out and said, Yes, you need a new system in the not too distant future, but for today its just a fuse. Total Cost $59.99. Our AC is running again. Honest people are such a rare find.

I feel lied to. A tech showed up to fix a very annoying beeping sound coming from my furnace -- he told me he found issues with 2 separate parts that were covered by my warranty. Then, his boss calls me days later and says they wont fix either part, the exact opposite of what he told me. Very disappointed, the tech made me feel confident he would fix my issues and then let me down.

Didnt come during my 2 hour window. I called them and they said they would call be back to let me know what was going on. 45 minutes later I called again. They said it would be another 30 minutes so I cancelled. Wasted my time and lost my trust!

Not good, technician we called out said we needed a replacement furnace ($5000), we got a second opinion from a reputable company, we only needed a replacement control panel ($300) still waiting for the owners to respond to my request for a refund of the call out fee 😠
