These guys are fantastic! They’ve been nothing but honest, responsive, and have great turnaround time. They have saved me a lot of money, and gone above and beyond to assist us when we were having issues with our home warranty company.

Honest company that knows what they are doing and how to solve problems quickly. There are a lot of companies out there that are only trying to sell you a new HVAC system; NOT COZY COMFORT!

Julian was early (thank you!) and had our issue knocked out within 30 minutes. The company as a whole was incredibly prompt, did great work, and I would recommend them to anyone. With the heat wave - it was less than 24 hours from the time my AC went out to the time it was fixed. Thanks so much!

Cozy Comfort did work on my partner Kristin and my AC unit on June 15th, 2020. 1. The system is working again, scheduling with them was quick and easy, and the administrative person was very kind. 2. However, this was strongly overshadowed by unsafe practices. The tech routed the fan blade direction wires OUTSIDE the fan housing, exposing them to potential harm like blunt force, vibration wear from the metal fins, hail, etc. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the technician via a 20 minute phone and text conversation but he said this is the industry standard, that it causes no harm to do it that way, and that he wont return to route the wires under the fan deck while keeping them away from the fan blades. He said, time is money so they would not return for free to correct it. Even after I explained that we may be losing lots of money by those wires prematurely failing, he would not come to put the wires back underneath the fan deck. I checked with our housing inspector and he said its not safe. I checked with my cousin in HVAC and he says its not ok. Even just ziptying the wires beneath the fan deck would have sufficed. See the attached photo. Isnt it common sense to shield wires?

Cozy did a service call, ordered parts and then never came back to install. They then failed to return numerous phone calls and emails. I am used to dealing with many contractors and this has never happened before. Then, when the Ins. co finally reached them, Cozy lied and said we had cancelled the job. Yeah right, we suddenly didnt want our a/c unit to be installed in the middle of the summer! I would never use this company again.

Jimmy was on time, wore shoe covers, and was very respectful, detailed, and wait for it...HONEST?! A guy that didnt try to upsell me on a $4k repair?? LOL, been there done that, so that was refreshing, but we are also all about the small business person in America, sinc ewe ARE THE BACKBONE of the USA, and it was just very easy to give them a 5 Star Review. Will use them again and recommend to friends & family.

My experience with CCHC and directly with Sonny was EXTREMELY satisfactory, courteous and TOTAL professional expertise. I, HIGHLY recommend the company and its PERSONABLE service.

These guys came out after their regular last service call on a Friday to fix my AC so I wouldnt have to wait until Monday. The tech was very friendly and professional and fixed my air in less than an hour. Couldnt be happier with the service. I think the tech was Justin. Great company and I will use then again without a doubt.

These people are lying scammers. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. There are a number of reputable HVAC vendors in the Denver area who will stand by their work instead of taking your money and leaving you on the hook to then have to pay someone else who will actually do the job they were paid to do. The fact that they attack people who complain about their complete lack of service, professionalism and integrity should say all you need to know about them. The other negative reviews are absolutely true. I’m only surprised there aren’t more.

Make the call, you won’t regret choosing Cozy Cooling! These guys really respect your time, and your home! I never had to wait around for them to show up or complete the work. Amazing, reliable, efficient, cost effective, and best of all truly nice gentlemen! I felt completely at ease letting Jimmie in to our home. Great guy, who really knows his stuff! We were told we needed to replace our furnace by a different company and I’ve never been so glad to have gotten a second opinion. Jimmie saved us thousands and kept us from getting ripped off! What we originally thought was going to cost thousands of dollars ended up costing only a few hundred thanks to Jimmie! Great team, I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Jimmie is great!! Had to fix my AC unit in the summer and today had to fix my furnace. He cleaned the burners and showed me exactly where the grinding and rattling noise was coming from. Such a nice guy! Will always choose these guys!!

When you schedule this type of service call, you can barely expect a technician to show up on time, but this tech was early! This was a superb service, by an honest gentleman. I will put cozy comfort at the top of my list for HVAC service and repairs.

Julian and team were awesome. I replaced an old furnace and water heater. Before and after the appointment they were receptive to my needs and answered all my questions. The day of the appointment they showed up on time and the install was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again!

Had a minor issue with the AC after it was fixed,Bryan came back out to check on everything and make sure it was 100%, little did I know their are some factors that played in the issue that was explained to me and my girlfriend thoroughly thank you guys so much will be recommending you guys!!!!

Julian came out exactly on time for our apt this morning. We had some issues with our ac that couldn’t be resolved at that time. When I told him I have a hectic week ahead he opened a spot in his schedule for this afternoon, came back out and solved our problem. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions on top of being very friendly. We will be using them again.

I am always skeptical of the contractors my home warranty company sends out for service calls, but I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing work from Cozy Comfort! The tech was here right on time, he was polite and professionally dressed. Last week I had a guy come out and tell me our swamp cooler was dead and he was super quick to give me insanely over priced quotes to replace my swamp cooler and/or convert to ac. Cozy Comfort was my 2nd opinion option, and as I suspected, the swamp cooler was totally fixable... Not only did the tech repair the issue, he did a full inspection and made some other tweaks and adjustments to keep our system running at optimal efficiency!! Thanks so much for getting our house cool again!! I will definitely use this company in the future and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Excellent service! The summer was just getting HOT and our air conditioner stopped working. We called Cozy Comfort and they were able to give us a MUCH better price (>50% less) compared to one of the national chains (Applewood was completely trying to rip us off!). Their prices were so much better than everyone else, we even had them replace our furnace also since it was nearly 20 years old. Plus they even installed it on a Saturday when they’re typically not open. Saved our lives… Or at least a good part of our summer! Thanks Jimmie

This company is not responsible for the work which they do...They serviced our Aircon in the condo which we own on June 14th 2019 and charged a service fee..In July my renter complained that the unit is not cooling optimally. I spoke with Julian and mentioned about it...He said that he will look into it....No response for more than 10 days.They havent sent anybody to diagnose the problem nor they had returned any of my several Tel calls. I am surprised by the rating they are getting on line about their service...I had hired another vendor and they have mentioned that 4.5 pounds of coolant is needed , so I had to pay the additional charges for their service...My Q is How come in one month so much of coolant is missing in the unit.... this is hard to comprehend????

Jimmie was at our house within 48 hours of contacting him. He was friendly and thorough. Highly recommend for HVAC/furnace cleaning!

Called company for furnace not blowing, came after two days, fixed heat, worked for an hour but started screaching, I called and was told to give it a couple hours and call back if continued.Called back no answer, my family froze that night. Over 2 days I made numerous calls to all numbers with no answer or call back, even started getting forward. Had to call another company. I seen they called someone a liar for the same problem so beware.

Julian and Brian were great!!!! Did everything they said they would do, very professional and curious. Will recommend Cozy Comfort to anyone needing a heater or air conditioner!!!

Jimmie came out within an hour in December when the furnace went out! He did a great job and was able to take care of the whole job that same day, even when we decided to go ahead and add AC so well be ready for summer.

I will never shop with you guys and the driver in the blue and red hat, with a goatee in a dark gray Toyota tundra swerving in and out of lanes almost hit my car with my child in it. Also he almost hit two other cars rushing threw 4 lanes of traffic to get onto 225 north from parker road. While also following a white truck with your company logo on it as well
