I had been taking my car to get an oil change here frequently, and I noticed this time they did not fill it up all the way. It was over a quart low. I called and was not able to get a hold of someone til hours later. They told me the boss would call the very next day, but I did not here back from anyone til a few days later. Also when I did get a hold of someone they said, oh well we dont fill it up all the way on v6 engines because it is good enough when you fill it to the 5 way mark. I was extremely disappointed in the service given because if I am paying for an oil change I expect to get my moneys worth by having it filled up. The day I brought it in to be looked at again I waited 25 minutes before being helped. I will not be going here in the future or recommending this place to anyone. If you decide to have your oil change keep in mind they will probably not fill it as it should be because it is good enough. They also dont reset the notification on the car that says you need a oil change. I will say the two employees who helped me were nice and respectful, and did the best they could.look at the comment below do you want to go to a business that is saying I am making this stuff up? Or a business that took advantage of me? I wouldn’t. Clearly I am not lying because I was spot on with what was said to me. I was more than fair with my review and This business cannot even own up to what they said and their mistake. That speaks for itself. (Btw I was not refunded I was given $10 back after spending $70 on an oil change)

This place is amazing. Let me tell you a story.For the last two years Ive been giving my business to North Texas Sticker Station, its the auto glass place on University. I was cheated by Ben three times before deciding Id never go back.The final problem came after I went to have a blend door replaced. I knew exactly what was wrong, I tested the problem myself and when I walked in I told them exactly what I needed done. He (Ben) called me later that day almost surprised to tell me that I was correct, and ask if they should go ahead and do the work. Of course I said yes. Much to my surprise, when I go pick up my vehicle he tells me its going to be over $300. The blend door itself cost $109 and the installation is just three simple screws. I only came here as a last chance for them. I could have easily done it myself. But no, failed again. Ben told me the part was $249.(I checked the part number later after the climate control wasnt working and found out he actually installed the $39 non motorized one)No big deal. I expected this. So I pay my money and walk to my car. When I open the door I cant believe what I see. The leather on my driver seat is torn to shreds. Pieces of it are laying on the floor. In the center console is an empty pack of blunt wraps, a pack of rolling papers, and inside the console is a plastic bag with what looked like methamphetamine!!!I storm back inside and lay everything on the counter. Ben quickly grabs everything and hides it under the counter while all the customers are watching. No apology. Almost like hes used to this. His solution? Vinyl seat covers....Which I had to put in myself...I found out later that week that Ben is known around the homeless community as a second chance employer. Which means he hires homeless people, lets them sleep in the bathrooms (which is why theyre always locked) and worse yet, gives them the keys to YOUR vehicle!!!!Every time I got my car back it was missing between a quarter and a half tank of gas. Ben always said its because his mechanic is off site. I was never given compensation for that.So end of story.When I walked into the sticker station here on locust I was coming directly from THAT type of experience and, sadly, expecting something similar. Im happy to say I was WRONG!I came to get my inspection done, and a few minutes after I dropped the car off a gentleman came to get me. He pointed out a problem that would prevent it from passing before he even started the inspection. This is where I was expecting him to charge me for this diagnostic on top of the failed inspection, but instead he went on to recommend a $3 fix and told me to bring it back later. No fees.So I do that and come back. This time, a different mechanic, a different day, he notices something else wrong. Something I knew was wrong but didnt think would affect inspection. I had gotten a quote for a fix at another shop for $300, so I was a little disappointed to hear I wouldnt pass inspection without it. So I turn, sadly, and walk to the car. Then I hear someone shout if you buy the parts Ill fix it for $25.🎉 AMAZING! 🎉So I rush off, get the parts and come back again the next day. They do the work for me. Charge me the $25 as promised (the parts cost $14), and I get my inspection passed! Not only did they save me over $300 in shop charges elsewhere, they also didnt charge me (TWICE) for an inspection they knew I would fail (as Ben had done with a friend of mine), gave expert advice, and quite literally changed my mind about what a typical shop experience should be.TL;DR, Best place in town! Best staff. OVERLY helpful! Indescribable service. Ill never go elsewhere.

Prompt, very fast in and out. They asked what, I wanted, I told them I need a state inspection, they took my insurance, my keys and told me to wait inside and then less than 10 minutes later they were done, paid and was on the road in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!

Good service just never opens on time. I get here at 7:30am but normally the workers dont show up until 7:50am. So great service just wait until 8am to get here if you are trying to get your inspection done first thing in the morning.

These guys are reliable, helpful, and generally quite friendly. I go here for oil changes and annual inspections and appreciate their dependable and fast service. Unlike other shops in town, the techs dont seem interested in pressuring customers to buy overpriced air filters. Good guys with great service.

It was my first time getting an oil change at this place. As I pulled up I felt slightly uneasy by the looks of it - pretty shabby - but I thought what the hell, I took the previous reviews words for it and gave the place a try.This is the perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. The people working there are knowledgeable and prompt. I had an oil change and inspection sticker completed within the hour alongside even though there were two cars ahead of mine.Whatever yall did to my car has made it run so freaking smooth. Granted I dont know much about car maintenance... so however subjective this may be, it definitely feels like I didnt get my moneys worth at the other services I had maintenance performed. The usual synthetic oil change from the other places never gave me this kind of result.I got more with fair pricing at this place. I recommend Sticker Station.... Not the best at placing stickers though, KAMAAAAAN.

Typically enjoy the quick service here so Ive been a return customer for a few years now, however, this last time it is apparent that someone rummaged through my truck, moved things around, and even took my aux chord. Disappointed to have to find some place new to get my truck serviced, but Im not comfortable knowing I cant trust these guys with my vehicle.

If you go here talk to Earl he is the man he helped solve so many problems with my vehicle it was outstanding I never expected this kind of quality service from a corner sticker station he really helps the place stand out and now I have a running vehicle that will allow me to have a great Christmas I will go to Every website possible to earl a review. If it wasnt for him I would have went somewhere else , I hope he remains at the sticker station for my next inspection and to help me with my truck. As far as the sticker station goes it has a great waiting room simple but does the job Earl was fast at helping me and giving me a quote. This is a good place to go if your car might not pass the state Inspection. The employees are androidal but doesnt matter as long as you get a passing inspection, right?

Exactly what they say they are, they are there to get the inspection done, if you need to fix something they make it easy by letting you know what to fix and inviting you to return when its fixed, I take all my cars there and have for 10s of years! AWESOME STAFF, AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Quick, no frills inspection. I go elsewhere for oil changes. They still use a dot matrix printer to print receipts which is interesting.

I was traveling from Austin to Denton to see family and had to get my inspection before the end of the month. I stopped here and they were able to do it for me in minutes. Good thing is the inspection was transferable to Austin because both Denton and Austin have same emission standards and guidelines. These guys even use their planter space to grow vegetables and herbs. How cool is that? Thanks

30 minutes and $40 later for an inspection, Im not complaining. Went at about 1030 on a Friday, there were 2-3 people in front of me. Im happy. Could have cleaned the white flakes from the old sticker but Im happy still, definitely recommend!

WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! I was in town and needed to get new brakes. I talked to guy on phone & he said would be able to do my brakes before they closed at 5:30. It was 4 when i called, brought it down at 4:15 the guy seemed irritated i brought it in so close to closing but I had asked to make sure before i brought in. I could hear him cuss when he was working on my vehicle. On my way out of town my brakes were making a funny noise and not stopping right .I Took to another shop and they told me the guy had the brake pad in crooked and forgot to put a metal piece in there thats why they were so noisy. Terrible service for being rated a 4.3.

Been around for decades for a reason. Now I cant review the oil change function as I do my own stunts with that :-) However, their knowledge on state inspections is second to none. Knowledgeable on state inspection emissions tests. My beater had trouble passing the test so they told me to switch out my O2 sensor plugs and wires based on the emissions data (i dont like just throwing $$ at car problems need the data) and my car not only passed the test but ran much better. Thanks sticker station!

Went in today for inspection. Waited almost an hour. When I checked the inspection report, they listed a 2002 vehicle and not the 2016 of my vehicle. Even I can tell the difference in year models. Had to wait again. Won’t be coming by here again.
