Had to make an emergency stop yesterday after busting my tire on 288. Hit a rock 🤦🏽‍♀️ Randomly on the road. Anyway managed to put the spare on and drove to NTB. they got me in right away, got me a good fair price for the tire. Really nice guys throughout the entire process. I have no complaints at all about their service! I would definitely recommend going here! Thanks

Weve used NTB for all of our car maintenance & repairs in our previous city for 5+ years & wanted to stay with NTB so its easier to keep track of car aspects. Weve used this location during the pandemic & even had major repairs done on our kids older car during this time w/o any concerns.Had a concern with one of our tires, noticing some threads coming out from the inside of a front tire. The tread looked ok & it was by chance that I noticed the threads; had our car towed just to be safe. Were told both of our 2 front tires were in bad shape & needed replacement + alignment. The tires quoted were the updated version of the similar tires weve had at an increased price of about $25 more each than previously bought. Was also told our serpentine belt needed replacement, plus they replaced an alternator belt. Also got an oil change & we were told it was very black & needed cleaner & that we were about a quart low; I had just put in 2 bottles of oil 2 days prior. Once they took off the tires, they called back & said that all 4 brakes on front & back plus all rotors needed replacement. Mentioned that they dont machine the rotors but gave some explanation of why they needed replacement instead of resurfacing (which shouldnt be done), which wouldve added almost $800 more to our original quote. We declined, considering we didnt drive our car all last year & it had recently been inspected to be fine. Felt definitely like an overselling scam similar to what Just Brakes did several years back.Upon driving the car the next day, the car had a metal to metal almost helicopter sound from under the car when passing a vehicle. After pulling over to inspect, a cover under the car had fallen. Being an hour north of Denton, in a rural area, luckily, we were able to find a mobile mechanic early in the morning that was able to immediately come check out what kind of issue was going on. Upon his inspection, he found that the cover under where oil is changed was re-installed incorrectly & upside down with several bolts missing. Thankfully, it was just a minor inconvenience & not a safety concern. Luckily the mobile mechanic only charged us $100 but an unnecessary charge due to NTBs mishap.Im torn cuz we always had honest & great service advisors at the Plano locations weve used & disappointed that the Denton area...has only this location so Im not so sure how honest of a dealing weve had with this location now. We worked with service advisor Cory & it doesnt say a technicians name; only a number.

I have never had such poor customer service. Ever. I went in to take out a nail in my tire that was part of the warranty and they refused to help me for at least 4 days. I would have had to wait 4 days to remote nail! I took the car to another shop. Had the nail removed immediately and they charged me $17.00. NTB refused to reimburse me. They have lost a customer for life over $17 and poor customer service. I warn everyone not to take your car to the Brinker street facility in Denton, TX. Absolutely insulting customer service.

These guys here are great! They are very accommodating to ones schedule and vehicle needs. They are good about identifying issues, suggesting cost-effective solutions, and performing repairs. I have found them to be honest and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

We have been to this NTB twice for tires. We also had some labor done here on a truck. Today I had an 11:30 appointment for tires. Its now been more than two hours and its still not done. I know this isnt NASCAR, but two hours with an appointment and pre-selected tires? They give a discount to military and first responders.

Dropped off my 2016 Ram to have the alignment checked. After 3 yrs on the coast, the front end was a mess. Took a day and a half but, they stuck with it and goter done.Friendly, professional and determined staff. Thanks, gentlemen.

They were open and got my tires changed on July 4th. Couldnt ask for more.

These guys know what they are doing and never try to sell you something you do not need. Ive been going to this location for almost 3 years and have never drove home disappointed. I highly recommend them to anyone for any car service needs.

As you can see in previous reviews I typically do not give bad reviews, NTB definitely earned this one. On 11/1/19 I bought 4 new tires from NTB. During the initial service after all my tires were removed they informed me that I have TPMS sensors and all had to be replaced anytime tires are replaced. (This is not true, unless they break the sensor when removing the tire.) However, I ignored this and aloud them to replace them costing me an extra $60.Less then a week later, driving down Southbound I35 at approx 60mph I felt a thumping and less then a few seconds later my tire became unmounted from my vehicle and my brakes stop working. ( You can see this in the pictures.) I was able to stop using my emergency brake. I received a tow to NTB where I met with one of the services writers. (Corey the Store manager wanted me to wait on the side of the highway with a frantic girlfriend, while I waited for him to come inspect my truck before paying for a tow.)I worked in a shop for years so to save them the embarrassment when I arrived I asked if they would like to speak in the back office. I explained what had happened and that I was not angry and that I know accidents happen but just wanted the problem fixed. Jose reassured me that they would make everything right. However, the tone changed when the store manager Corey showed up. Caring less about the scary event that had just occurred he immediately with little to no evidence put all the blame on me and my vehicle and not even a bit of possible responsibility on NTB.After calling corporate and speaking with Benjamin he was able to get me a loaner vehicle that I would have to pay for upfront but that I would be reimbursed for. Corey continued to not admit fault although they obviusly worked on the wheel that was on the truck. He explained that they would have to create a claim, and that the insurance investigator would be by no later then Thursday 11/14/19 to inspect my truck to determine if it was NTBs fault.On 11/13/19 I called NTB and spoke with Corey again. Corey informed me that the inspector would actually not be there for weeks if not longer. He then said that even after the inspector completed his inspection that there would still be a long process. It could take months to fix the damage they caused on my truck. They did say they would continue to cover my loaner vehicle. However, I was paying it out of pocket and would be reimbursed at the end of the process. I needed a truck so it was costing about $1100.00 per week. At that rate I would have paid over $8,800 for two months and then would have been reimbursed a month after the claim closed.I decided I did not want to go that route because I did not want to trust NTB to reimburse me for the $8,800 in rentals. So I asked Corey if he could just fix my truck, I would pay for that today, and take it up with corporate. He said he could not do that b/c I already made a claim. I understood that so I told him I will fix it myself then and I will bill corporate. He then said I could not do that and that he would not allow me to have my truck. NO DEALER OR SHOP CAN HOLD YOUR VEHICLE FROM YOU. So I went up there and grabbed my keys off the hook, grabbed my tire from the back, walked out, and returned that night after closing to put my tire back on. YUP, THAT IS RIGHT, I HAD TO STEAL MY OWN TRUCK. They had performed no services so I did not owe them anything.The worst part about this whole thing is that all I requested was my wheel to be fixed ($80) and my damaged fender to be replaced ($300). NTB could have spent $380 total instead of $8,800 for a rental vehicle and made a happy, life long customer but instead made a client with horrible experience that will continue to share there experience. Also, when I worked in a shop and from the shops I talked to today told me, if you are the last one to touch it, you are responsible for it. I learned that NTB does not hold themselves accountable and that they will attempt to weasel their way out of anything they can.

I had an appointment to get an oil change at 11:30 am on Sunday, March 14. I arrived at 11:15 and was told by the associate my appointment was at 10:30, and now I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours to get an oil change. I showed him on the store monitor, where it shows appointments, that mine was at 11:30, and I showed him the printout of my appointment. He said it doesnt matter it is still a 3 to 4 hour wait. What good is to to make an appointment when I would still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time? On top of that the associate was rude and short with me because he was wrong about the appointment time. He said they were short on techs, and that is not my problem. Do not set appointments if you cannot honor them. This has happened at another NTB location as well. I have taken my company car and personal cars to NTB for the last 2 to 3 years, but will not again. I do not recommend them at all!

I been in NTB most of the time for may vehicles, I do not have any problem yet, only one thing they take to much time to do a job, maybe is my fall for not making an appointment but anyway personal its to much time for wathever they do.

The old lady caught a screw in her rear tire. Called them up at 7:58 am. The crew got me right in and made sure her ride was ready for the road in no time. Greatness all around

I couldn’t suggest Travis at NTB on Brinker Rd in Denton more. He was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. Was very professional and did an absolutely fantastic job. If you are looking for quality work for any service that NTB offers, ask for Travis at this location and you won’t be disappointed.

Reviews werent wrong. Dropped my car off at 11 am for a flat never once told it would take 8 hours to work it in. Explained we had errands ran them came back 2:30 car hasnt even gone back yet. Call at 4 to see what we can expect spoke to Dustin who all but lied to me said he told my husband they were going to work it in. Husband heard this and confirmed that was never said. Called back spoke to Cory who wouldnt even allow me to respond but rather continued to speak over me. We have always gotten our cars services here but will never return for another tire or service one. This would have been easy with simple communication and customer service and we were given neither of those things. I have worked for many years in customer service and would never have cut off or spoken over a client like that. I would give 0 stars but clearly not a option.Edit to add it was 645 when they called to tell me they couldnt find my wheel lock key...they are the only ones that ever did anything with my tires. Had we known this earlier I could have reached out to the dealer but they chose to wait until 15 mins before they close. Now I have a screw in my tire and no way to get it repaired until hopefully tomorrow.

I absolutely love this location. The staff are always friendly 100% of the time I come. I am extremely clueless when it comes to cars, and they always make sure I understand what I am paying for before I pay for it, unlike other places that will raise prices on me specifically because I don’t know what they are talking about. They also work extremely fast considering this location is in such a popular area. This is the only place I will bring my car for repairs, there isn’t anywhere better with a friendlier staff.

I went in there with a nail in my tire. The tire was covered under warranty from another store. The person at the counter, Cory told me that since I purchased the warranty from another store that was between me and that store. He was totally disrespectful and no help st all. I will never use NTB again. I always have bought my tires from Discount Tire and regret ever doing business with NTB

Great people, I go out of my way to get my vehicle serviced here.

Took my vehicle in for brakes, returned after it continued to pull left. They then advised an alignment. I paid for the alignment, only to find out 4 days later they forgot to let me know the control arms were bad. Which they knew before charging me for an alignment. Make sure you get all supposed quotes or suggestions before you leave this place.

I have been coming here for 5 years at least, Cory is one of the best they have. Always nice and quick, and gets the job done right. I recommend them to friends and family near Denton all the time!

They did a good job replacing my daughters car tires and letting us know what else needs repairs. The guys there working are very nice also.Update:My daughter took her car back a few weeks ago for a nail in the one of the tires. We got the road hazard warranty when we bought the tires the first time. They told her it would be 55$ total because of the miles she had put on delivering pizzas. Not a problem. After they changed the tire, they told her the rim was bent and it would cost 113$ to replace. We did not buy the rim. Last weekend, my husband was replacing her breaks and saw the bend in the rim. Its on the inside of the rim and he said it looks like they caught it in the rim clamp when changing the tire. When they put the new tires on the first time. They did not say anything about a bent rim. I was with her the first time, not the second time. These people rip off young females.

Went in today thinking my husband needed a new battery. Mark greeted us and then took the truck to test the battery. Turns out the battery is fine. Mark was extremely friendly and super quick, we barely waited at all. I love the fact that he didnt try and sell us something we didnt need and checked over everything before we left. There was no charge for any of it. When we do need tires or batteries we will definitely go back.

This review is long overdue. I have been depending on this branch for car maintenance for ages, and I have not once been let down. After visiting NTB locations throughout the DFW, never have I encountered a shop so cumulatively able to balance professionalism and attention to detail with fun and kindness.When you walk in to the lobby area, you find yourself in a clean, inviting, open space. Even today, in the midst of a global pandemic, it’s evident how the Denton Branch maintains control. The extra safety measures that are being taken are clear, and yet they still have no effect on the always friendly atmosphere.With each service I’ve received, for each vehicle I’ve turned up with, I’ve had the pleasure of being thoroughly educated. It’s a relief to know I have a business I can trust and learn from.

I have used NTB locations around the State of Texas for the past 15-20 years & obviously been happy w them. Denton NTB was, unfortunately, a sad end to that streak. Never have I had such a difficult experience trying to give my money to a business. Ill spare you the details, but if you use this location, make sure Dustan is the manager on duty -- a pleasure to work with. Do NOT use Travis or Corey unless u want someone to make things a lot more difficult & not communicate with you. These days, seems like businesses would be trying to be a little more pleasant for their customers, not more difficult. Someone forgot to send the memo to Travis & Corey.

The staff here is extremely competent. I trust them with all of my vehicles and have never once had a problem. Cory, the store manager is very helpful and always a pleasure to talk with. The work I need is always done promptly and professionally. Thanks for the great service!

It is always a great experience at NTB on brinker road. I have been going there for years. I was provided excellent customer service 5 years ago and that has not changed throughout the years. I was there for an oil change on Saturday, and was treated great from the time I walked through the door, to the time I was leaving. Not only do they help you with what youre there for, but they make sure to check your car and see if anything else needs to be worked on. They make sure to explain to you what your car needs and allow you to make a conscious decision as to what to do next. All in all a great experience. 9 and 2/3 is always the best.

Cory and Dustin are amazing! They take better care of my car than I do. I trust their recommendations for services when I bring my car in. They also let me know about services that my car will need in the near future. I know they will do an excellent job. I count on them to keep my car running at its best. 😄👍

I had a Wednesday morning 9:30 appointment. When I got there I was told it would be about 45 minutes to put 1 tire on. Close to 90 minutes later I got my car. I had been there on Sunday with no appointment and it took the same amount of time. Since I had plans based on my appointment time I missed my 2nd appointment. Not highly satisfied. But if you have time to kill...

Dustan (I think thats his name) is great over there. I signed up for an alignment for my wifes car. He hooked me up with a small discount so I felt like I was getting a deal. More importantly, he had my car in and out of the shop within about 40 minutes. Yay!! Ive never had an alignment come back so quickly. That was super nice to move on with the day and not have to plan around not having my car for hours on end.Great work!

My technician, James thoroughly inspected my vehicle even though it was for a minimal oil change. He showed me what needed to be done for a safe ride. I will correct the issues as i can. I have always had a good experience here. This is not a change the oil and out the door service.

Came in late in the day for new tires an an alignment on my 2016 RAM. They did an awesome job. The truck drives straight as an arrow now and apparently they can balance tires correctly as its not vibrating like it has been after that other tire shop last worked on it.

Never ever take your car to any NTB. All of them should be out of business for good. They are professional sabotagers and will usually sabotage your vehicle and upsell you on repairs your car does not need the second time you bring your car in.

Good guys that treat you fairly, and do what they can to make it right. Thought I would need a new tire ($$) or wheels ($$$) because tire know kept going flat. Turns out all I needed was a new stem on my tire. What a relief!! Highly recommend them for service and good prices on tires.

Needed two tires and a front end alignment at 1 pm on a Sunday before starting journey back home... a 4-hour ride. Hubby got us in & NTB got the job done before they closed at 5 pm, at a *very* reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Dont come here for a flat repair if you have to work the guy told me 20 minutes but after 45 minutes still not done and I need to get to work dont know how a simple plug takes so long had them done before and it takes 5 minutes at other places seams like they dont care people have jobs to get to wont come here no more

Good service and good people. I just wish they would work on their service times. I had an appointment for 10 AM for an oil change and it took them two hours... How does it take two hours for an oil change?? They said they were busy but I thought thats what appointments were for. If I have an appointment for ten, you should get me in at ten and start working on my car at ten. Otherwise what is the point of an appointment?

They are awesome and amazing and stay late for a fix a flat repair they are always friendly and even though I beat the crapped out of my car they dont judge me. everyone on staff knows my name thats how frequent I come but its always a pleasant experience

I come here for my oil change and general maintenance. The staff is so nice and I love that you can set up an appointment online. I work about 1 hour from my home NTB so cant take care of my car during the week and having the ability to do it all on the weekend (including on Sunday!) is super convenient!

Mechanics here great attitudes, courteous and professional. However this location is not staffed to the level it needs to be in order to accommodate the customer flow. They need more employees to handle this location. Guys here doing a good job but its obvious they are giving it their all and you can tell they still cant even keep up with the way a shop should run. ; (

Professional and friendly. Took my car in because it was having some problems. All the staff I worked with were excellent, they made sure I understood what was wrong, what they would do, and were frank about my options regard the cost. In the end they stayed open a little late so I could get my car back that same day, and ended up saving me about $400 dollars. No one wants to have car problems, but I feel better knowing that if anything happens again I have these guys to rely on.

Very happy with service! Got 4 Cooper tires installed on my Tundra with alignment and had no issues. JT my advisor was very courteous as well as the tire installer. I checked around comparing prices and NTB had the best deal and honored their original quote. Waiting environment was above average and nice. I highly recommend you give them a try if you need quality tires w good price.

They are extremely honest & provide the highest quality service here in my opinion. They really try to work with you even if you don’t have an appointment. As a woman it’s so hard to find mechanics who won’t scare you into buying car parts, but when I came here for an estimate on breaks and Dustin listened and really worked in helping me solve my car problem without all the extra fluff. He even gave me an estimate for $200 less than Kwik Kar. They also were able to patch my tire and would have matched the price of any tire I saw elsewhere for cheaper if I needed a new one. Really recommend them if you’re new to the area, lost where cars are concerned or are looking for honest & quality mechanics.

It used to be good and I used to frequent this place a lot for all types of car maintenance. Recently, the quality of work has gone down, they are either understaffed or just take a lot of time for simple stuff. It took them 3 hrs for an oil change in non peak hours. The manager is a bloody idiot, he is a talker, does not do much work, will quote ridiculous amounts and will upsell and lie to sell more maintenance work, especially tire and wheel related. Avoid this place until they get a new manager.

They were awesome and helpful and kind. I had been sent away by two different places before going to NTB. One because they didnt have the filter to change my oil on my fiat, the other place wanted to charge me 40 for the oil change and another 45 because my fiat is difficult to change the oil for. So THANK YOU NTB for being affordable for a college student and explaining things to me when I ask questions.

Customer service is incredible and the front end of scheduling an appointment for maintenance is really organized. NTB is unique oddly because its the only auto maintenance place Ive experienced where you dont feel like the bad guy for being a customer. Youre not an inconvenience for adding onto their daily workload, and I find that extremely refreshing.

This the 3rd time I’ve been here. First time I made an appointment for my daughter 2014 accent, the appointment was at invthe afternoon. I dropped it off early, they never called so I went to pick my car an hour before they closed. The kid at the front told me we haven’t started on it. I told him I had an appointment it should have been done 4 hours ago. He said he was sorry got my car in and 30 minutes before they closed it was ready.Second time I made an appointment and the work was done within 45 minutes, with no problemThe third time was this Wednesday, made an appointment for 3 pm got there early again wait 2 hours for an oil change on my truck. They told me that some customers came late and that’s why they were running late. Those customers left the car to be worked on, I was waiting. They should have kept my appointmentI’m not sure why they have appointment if they don’t keep them. I Will be looking for a different company to change the oil in my cars.

I bought tires from this location about 6 months ago. They were very helpful. After that I got one oil change that was a little expensive but that was fine - I was just trying to avoid a dealership. From there, things went south.I called to schedule a 60k service, and a State Inspection, which they said they could get me in at 5 on a Friday. We brought my car in at the scheduled time. They proceeded to tell us that the mechanic wasnt going to have time and wed have to leave it overnight. Im curious why we should bother scheduling if they are not going to be held to a schedule, or honor this. At my previous oil change, they also suggested I have my power steering fluid changed, so I made a note for this to be done as well this time.We left the vehicle overnight, and called around 12 the next day only for them to tell us they didnt know we wanted an Inspection after my husband confirmed that the night before, and they didnt know anything about power steering fluid. If I could give these people 0 stars, I certainly would. I can understand being busy, I couldve easily forgiven that had they called promptly in the morning with all of the maintenance done. Not only did they not call, whoever is responsible for the notes on my vehicle completely neglected two large jobs I needed done.0 Stars for you guys, I will not be bringing my vehicle back and I hope you retrain, or restructure the front staff. Absolutely unacceptable service, very disappointed.

Definitely depends on who is working with you on the particular time and day you come. I have had several great experiences and several ok experiences. The most recent experience I had I came in because my vehicle alerted me that I needed an oil change, after checking it, the gentleman told me that my oil really looked fine, and he didnt want to charge me for an oil change. He told me he guessed it had at least another 1000 miles on it and to come back then. Thats a really good way to create trust and help me feel good about my decision to come here. Not all my experiences have been like that, but this one was notable. Always make an appointment online ahead of time, and itll start your off on the right foot.

Changing review to one star. Spare tire wasnt even repaired like they said it was. Completely flat spare tire. Abs airbag light wasnt even looked at and the truck was returned with the tpms light still on. Im starting to wonder if the oil change was even completed. Will NOT be back. Terrible service, which is pretty standard from NTB anymore.This was for a work truck that has things paid for. All they have to do is submit a ticket, easy money if you arent a lazy service advisor.

Took my car to replace a flat and they wanted to charge me $400 because magically all the lug nuts broke at the same time. At every other place they have always removed them with no problems. The guy that was there got attitude with me when I unsurprisingly got mad about this blatant robbery that they pretended to do. I will continue giving my business to the local tire shops that have always helped me without trying to rob me.

Ive been here about four times now for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The staff has always been friendly, and they tend to have good deals and coupons online. As of May 14, oil changes are $19.99 for conventional. My oil changes here typically take 20-30 minutes.

The NTB staff at the Denton location are amazing! Dustin helped me out, and explained all the needed repairs when I went in for a state inspection. My bill ended up being higher, but I knew I could trust him, and the tech. Safety first! I’ll for sure be back to this location.

Came here with an appointment set up got 2 new tires and the back ones balanced specifically asked to replace the front ones then again were moved to the back cause I needed an alignment also about a week or 2 ago. I noticed today that my tires are unevenly wearing from the inside “may I remind you that I got an alignment performed specifically ask for head tech James to perform” was recommended by a friend that use to work there. Just walked in got told that it’d be 2 or 3 before they could get to my car. Really sucks that I’ve dropped money on this alignment almost 100 bucks wasn’t performed right my suspension inner and outer tie rods are brand new, and now I have to wait and probably gonna be the one to blame for it. Disappointment I spent couple of hundred bucks Being put to the back of the line. Wouldn’t recommend for alignments since there best guy clearly has got nothing right on my truck. Won’t be doing business here anytime soon.

Never get your tires here they money hustlers and lie and they take to long

Always get treated like another number. Customer service sucks. Never explain what they are doing. Just don’t go here. Go to the firestone next door; way better service.
