Went in today concerned I was losing my hearing. they explained everything to me in clear digestible ways, and when it turned out my hearing is fine(There are some cognitive issues going on, but its not the hearing g itself) They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. 10 out of 10, will go again.

Started with Mark Johnson in the McKinney facility! After he left the level of service and professionalism declined! That office was 10 minutes from my home! I transferred to the Denton office to have Mark take care of my hearing it’s a 45 minute drive but well worth it! I have purchased 2 sets of hearing aids plus upgrades! Mark is extremely knowledgeable,courteous and professional!! I wouldn’t trust my hearing to anyone else. Period.

It is called Miracle Ear for a reason! This was my last hope to recover what little hearing my dear friend had (maybe 20%in left ear, with hearing aid). He is 92 years old and his hearing was affected during wartime, Korea & Vietnam. He was just used to dealing with it and did not realize how much it had deteriorated recently. We went in for the appointment and Ann at reception is just super. Very friendly & kind. Mark Johnson is amazing. Friendly, compassionate, willing to listen to every detail of what was going on. I have to be honest, I was just hoping to get back to 30% if possible, and did not expect the results we left with. When he had my friend in the booth and started working his magic, I was in awe. All of the sudden my friend was repeating the words and with the miracle ear on his face lit up like a child. Smile ear to ear. You cannot put a price on that moment. We left feeling like family. They were even nice to my dog! The level of personal attention to getting it just right. The contract is easy to understand and they stand behind their product. No high pressure sales pitch. I have been in and out of many hearing clinics but Miracle-Ear was so much better and different from any clinic I have ever been to. Mark was thorough to say the least. Had my ears checked by a different company 5 years ago. I was there 1.5 hrs. Mark spent 3 quality hours with me explaining everything about hearing and how it operates getting sounds to the brain. By the time he was finished with the exam I was more than assured I had gone to the right place. After recieving my aides he went through various adjustments making it clear how important it was to return to make further adjustments and slowly add features that would help me to utilize all the features of my new aides. I am confident his services are above average in every way. Kudos. Every visit is special. Each time I go in they greet you with open arms. More like a family ran business. The staff are excellent.

My name is Gary,I went in to have my hearing aids tweaked as I felt my left ear had more hearing loss. I was introduced to Mark Johnson and he took care of me every step of the way. Very nice fellow and awesome customer service.He knows this down to a science. Not only did he get my hearing aids working 100% better he also put two more programs one for TV and the other for a noisy environment. I also had a hearing test done and found my left ear was getting worse. Mark warned me that I need to read out loud with the hearing aids in place to train my brain and avoid that dangers of dementia. He went way above and beyond to care for me.KUDOS to Mark Johnson!!!

First vist with Mark Johnson and very impressed with his professionalism and technical experience. Its not just a job for him, he trully is engaged to help his customers and he knows how to do it. My hearing aids were not set up properly and he noticed a couple of things that needed to be done with just a glance, then spent the time to evaluate my situation and make adjustments that have improved my hearing ability. I was wearing my hearing aids maybe 50% for any given week, but I expect that will dramatically increase, just the drive home was more enjoyable, the road noise was not annoying !! I will likely post again next week after a scheduled visit for a yearly hearing test.

I found Ann very friendly and knowledgeable. Susan exhibited skill with a lot of equipment to help this old man hear better with in-the-canal hearing aids. They are great! No more pulling hearing aids off with facemasks...and best of all they are rechargeable!!! No more batteries going dead at the worst time! Yay! I could hear conversation in loud exhibit hall last weekend...background noise was my worst problem. I also discovered my mouse makes a faint high-pitched chirp when I click. Never heard it before. I recommend these two ladies to help you hear our beautiful world again.
