I cannot recommend this place enough! The whole experience from being greeted when I walked in and to Katherine giving me hearing test. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful by answering all my questions. She is very professional and I won’t see any other specialist other than her.

I had a great experience at the Denton Livingston Hearing Aid Center yesterday (Tuesday, Aug 4). The receptionist (Darian) had been very pleasant and professional in setting up my appointment and answering my questions. The technician (Tom) was also very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and explained in detail the entire process as he examined and cleaned my ears and conducted the hearing test. Tom was very efficient and thorough, making the session a very informative and pleasant experience. I would gladly recommend this center to family and friends.

My family, from me to grandparents, and more have been to many different hearing assistance places. Never have we discovered what we did at Livingston in Denton. Everyone was kind...but Katherine was exceptional in every way. Not only professional, but careful to walk us through each step in the process of what she was doing. My wife got her hearing aids months ago and Katherine has continued to be outstanding in her follow up and adjustments, checking on my wife regularly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Needed help with existing hearing aid and as new to area and not knowing where to go for help, checked Google for help and found Livingston Hearing Aid Center. Reviews were very good so made appointment and explained was not in market for aids, just needed repair. Chris Treadaway helped me from first minute of our meeting. Explained exactly what could be done to repair the aid; was so friendly and professional and took time to explain exactly what could be done. I was treated as if buying hearing aids, not just in for much needed repair.

Chris Treadaway is very knowledgeable and caring. I just got my first hearing aid. I hesitated to get them because it seemed like everyone I knew that had gotten hearing aired would not wear them. They were too uncomfortable, too much background noise, etc. He fitted me and my hearing aids work so well and are so comfortable that I forget I have them in. No background noise at all. I am thoroughly pleased and I owe it all to Chris and his wonderful staff. The girls at the front are also very knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t say enough good about them. If you think you have a hearing problem, I highly recommend Livingston Hearing Aid Center. You won’t be disappointed.

I go to the Livingston in Lewisville I enjoyed seeing John . He is always very helpful at fixing my hearing because I work at a very busy store. On day on my way home from seeing John I realized I forget to buy batteries. I decided to go to the one in Denton. When I get there I explain to Tom Agnes that I just need batteries. We chatted for a while. I I am doing this review because Tom is a very nice guy and I enjoyed chatting with him

I just went in for a hearing test and purchased hearing aids to replace my old ones. I love them! They are very natural sounding and I can hear so much better than with my old ones. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

This going to be a long review, so here is a shot version first. Katherine Levis is great, I love my hearing aids and I wish I had done it years ago.I was recently fitted with Starkey Livio hearing aids by Katherine Levis, this young lady is the consummate professional. A couple of months ago I went for a hearing test, I have had very bad hearing loss for Forty years with severe tinnitus. My main concern was the tinnitus. After the test we reviewed the results, no surprises to me. Katherine exyplained my options, at the time with everything clearly explained to me I decided I did not want to spend the deductible at that time. She understood my decision, there was no pressure sales, she very pleasantly said thank you for coming in, and said if she could ever help please contact her. I was contacted about a sale so I thought I would give them a try. They changed my world, didn’t know my coffee pot beeped, or I had so many song birds at my world. I have been back for a follow up adjustment and Katherine was patient answered every question and she REALY DOES CARE ABOUT YOU, she seemed to be as happy as I am about my new hearing.Bottom line, if you have ever that about getting your hearing back, go see Katherine Levis you will not be disappointed.Thank You KatherineBob Sheldon
