I used UPS service all the time but I never have been charged as the most expensive like this store. 1 short paper printed and 1 copy they charged me 3$. I never have anywhere of UPS store charge me like that. Bad experience, will never come back here anymore

I usually go to this place to return Amazon purchases. Its usually a fast and smooth transition. The employees there nice and patient. A few times the line would be long but it goes pretty fast.

This place has condescending rude people!!!!! We moved here just recently and I was apprehensive to go here after my husband went in a week ago to see about printing and mailing invitations. They were abrupt and treated him as if he knew nothing at all and could not meet times that they advertise completing orders, he left not going back!!!!! A week later I went in to ask a question and get services but the man laughed at me and talked so down to me that I said well OK and left. Made a bad impression on my teenage kids too!!!So we will warn all of you and are telling all of our family, teachers, business owners, and friends to NOT go to the UPS STORE on 288!!!!! There are so many other UPS Stores and other Stores to spend your time and money on, that deserve your business!!!! In both of these BAD EXPERIENCES at the UPS STORE on 288 we went to another UPS store and Office Depot and got superior service, better products and excellent customer care!!!!!

Very very poor customer service. They treated me like a liar. I explained that they at the UPS store faxed documents for me and that they did not go through. I asked if they can fax them again. I apologized and explained that I no longer have the receipt. They were very rude and accused me of lying to them because I don’t have a receipt from weeks ago that they confirmed went through. I defended myself from their accusations and was asked to leave. They did not fax the documents nor help me in anyway. Not happy with their way of business at all and the way they treat people.

Awesome crew of workers here! Everyone was wearing a mask. The guys were super respectful and worked in concert while talking to the customers and using packing tapes. They made the task of mailing very enjoyable.Thanks guys!

I have to regularly ship my parents mail to them as theyre retired and they RV. Everyone here has been really helpful, every time I go in there. I sent my son to then too to ship stuff while I was out of town and they walked him through everything since hed never used them before. I dont like going to other stores because theyre never as helpful.

Whoever the older, shorter guy with a beard is is very problematic. Not only was he condescending in regards to my return, he was super rude. Ive never had an issue getting an Amazon return label, but for some reason he kept telling me that wasnt possible. I told him I do it all the time as a seller I take packages from people who purchase  locally I have never had a problem walking in and being handed a label. He then questions me and asked oh really, what stores are you doing that at? I wasnt aware that each one of your stores has different policies depending on the employee I work with. Ive never had a problem doing so at this location, and he just seemed agitated from the start. You guys were busy,  and he seemed annoyed as it was, but thats no excuse

LOVE THIS UPS LOCATION! They are so friendly! I actually look forward to coming here. And today, I needed to drop a package off, and of course the guy was polite and kind. I’ve been in about once a week or so for the past couple weeks and the service is consistent. Fast and friendly!! I would even go so far to say, maybe on a down day, I’d stop by with some catering snacks just to say hi.

I just visited this location and was the 1st customer in line with about 4 people behind me. They proceeded to take every person in line behind me-- BEFORE helping me because the other people had packages to drop off--all I had was a letter. By drop off, i mean--they were not leaving it on the counter and leaving. They needed items taped up, and other time consuming issues. I needed my letter overnighted, and could not even learn how much Id be charged, and wasnt given paperwork to at least start addressing my envelope while i waited because they were busy helping customers that arrived after me. Evidently the more you spend here the more you matter--regardless of your position in line. Tacky AF. Do yourself a favor and take your business to FedEx. This UPS office was a total waste of time, on my lunch break, of course.

I shipped a package on April 9. It was a title to my vehicle. I was in an accident and my insurance will not release the check to my totaled vehicle until they receive the title. UPS corporate is saying to call the store because the package hasnt shown to leave the local store. The local store is saying they ship every thing out at 6pm to call corporate. Why wouldnt you at least ask the tracking number and look for the letter in the store????? If the delivery driver didnt scan it, the package would still have been delivered and been scanned later down the line. I ask for owner or manager and am told it may be a few weeks before they contact me. So........ If you are the owner or manager please call me asap.

This Arrogant evil business owner just Refused service to me as a disabled veteran and an individual with an underlying Health issue which allows me to NOT have to wear a face mask. He came forward put his hands in my face and aggressively made me wait outside in the heat. He then refused business to myself and my daughter. We need to do everything in our power to NOT take our Business needs to this individual at this UPS store. This business needs to be closed down.

This UPS was super friendly and very helpful. I had around 10 packages to mail and was a little nervous about the wait. As soon as I walked in the staff welcomed me and helped me with my order. It only took 5 mins. BEST UPS EXPERIENCE EVER!

Whatever on the negative reviews! Sometimes people just have to complain about something. I have been going here for years and have always had great service, been treated respectfully and never had to wait! Every employee has always acted in a professional manner and even when I am just dropping of a labeled package they never fail to ask me if I want a receipt! Their awesome in my estimation!

I will NEVER spend my money again there! I am going to tell everyone not to support this store! I have a business account with this store and the manager refuse to give me my mail because his employee forgot to charge me $10 activation fee the day before. They let me open the account and gave me a key and NEVER mentioned $10. I was told only to pay $25 for the month which I did exactly that. I go to get my mail the next day and the manager refused to give me my mail, he threw my $25 that I paid for the month on the counter and told me to get out the store! All because I wanted my mail that was PAID for the month. The manager yelled at me in front of customers to where I had to call the police. I feel discriminated against because there was no reason for the manager to withhold my mail when my account was paid and current. I am going to file a complaint and the police suggested that I file a civil claim, The police even agreed the manager was being unreasonable. Its sad when people of management treat customers unfair all because of their ego and their need to feel in authority. I am a Business Owner and I would never want any of my employees to treat my customers how I was just treated. I just humiliated in front of customers and no manger should yell and throw money at a customer.

The prices on supplies were reasonable too...since I didnt have a box ($2.90) The whole transaction was fast...just about 3 min. Nice job!

Not very good at customer service.I had a package delivered to me incorrectly. (left on the porch with a signature required but no signature requested) A business name on the label but my residence street address. I took the box to the UPS Store on Loop 288 in Denton. They said that I should take the package to the UPS distribution center. I told them that the center does not open until 4:30 and that they should deal with it. They said if you leave it here it will just come back to you Well it came back to me a day later. :-(

The ABSOLUTE WORST UPS store in existence. Dont want to take post office shipments. Charges more than $10 for a medium box. These guys are lazy crooks, plain and simple. Take your money elsewhere and put these guys out of business!!

Only sells boxes that are wastefully big which creates entirely too much space in a box for most items. Boxes are incredibly expensive for the sizes and refused to state where someone can buy smaller sizes. Offers to “cut down” boxes into a size needed which is not cost effective for a customer as you spend entirely too much on a box to have it cut down to half the size.Rude, short in speech, and demeaning.How do you stay in business?

The bad reviews really surprised me! I have been in quite a few times and have always gotten great service. I overnighted a package which didn’t show online as being delivered, and I called the store. The person I talked to jumped right in to find out what was going on - I never even had to ask! He called me back with detailed information within minutes. My package HAD been delivered, but tracking wasn’t correct. Could not have asked for better service! Copiers are always easy to use and working well. Don’t understand the bad reviews at all.

The notary does not know what she is doing. I went in to have a document properly notarized which the other UPS Store didnt know how to properly notarize either (I had to send it to the Secretary of State for apostille then have it sent back to find out it had been done wrong), and she told me it was my responsibility to know how the notary is supposed to properly notarize it. When calling the Secretary of State to find out how the notary is supposed to properly notarize it, I was told by the staff at the SoS the notary did not know what she was doing and this information is in the documentation for notaries sent from the Secretary of State. Pack N Mail in Corinth knows how to do it properly. Use them.

I read the bad reviews, but went anyway. That was a mistake. The lady working there could not have been leas helpful or friendly. I think she enjoyed not being able to help customers. The guy behind me gave me that look of empathy and rolled his eyes. I will never spend a dollar there and I will be telling friends and neighbors.

My husband went to drop off 2 amazon return packages that were due tonight. They both had prepaid labels, so really the worker wouldn’t have had to do much. Online it says that store closes at 7:00pm. My husband showed up at 6:30 when the worker was locking up the doors and had a hand written sign on the door that said “closing at 6:30pm tonight for a work party.”My husband showed the worker the packages and said they already had a label, could he please just take them. The guy threw his hands up, shrugged, and just started laughing. And then walked away.I’m really disappointed with UPS and this experience.

I rarely write bad reviews but this is by far the worst customer service Ive ever received. The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. I had accidentally put the wrong thing in a package 30 minutes before I returned to the store and asked if I could possibly have the package back to put the correct thing. Instead of simply saying she could not do that, she literally laughed in my face and said, You really expect me to look through all these boxes? I completely understand if she could not do this, but to laugh at a customer and roll her eyes is a horrible reflection of your company and I will do well to avoid UPS in the future. I wish I had caught her name because she was hands down the rudest employee Ive ever encountered at any business.

Terrible customer service. This UPS Store somehow lost a 51 lb package. Dropped it off, and over a week has past and the tracking has never been updated saying picked up. Went back to the store and the incompetent employees here, who are lead by an unprofessional manager, have no clue as to what happened to it. I would strongly recommend against shipping anything overly expensive through this store. Id rather go to the distribution center. Currently have an open claim for a $500 package. Waiting to hear anything back. I guess the package grew legs and was just gonna walk its way to the recipient of my package since the employees here are completely confused as to what happened to a package that was never scanned as picked up.

BEWARE!!!! They dont tell you upfront that they charge a surcharge for post office pickups. They will say its on the receipt ( after you pay) Its also not itemized on the receipt so you dont know what the breakdown of the cost is. We were charged double what the package cost to mail. What makes it worse it was to a military address for Christmas, NOT COOL! $27.00 to an FPO address.

I was charged $3.00 to print my shipping label. I think that is a little steep for printing one page. The clerk was friendly enough I guess but in an unsettling way suggested I keep my receipt as long as possible to prove I dropped the package off. The way he said it made me think theyre known for losing packages. Fingers crossed.... not coming to this location again.
