Seldom do you find an HVAC contractor that is as knowledgeable and professional as Mitchell Heating & Air. He responded quickly and resolved my AC issue. In addition he checked out my other unit at my request and found a small issue with it as well. Both issues were resolved and the house is cool again. So pleased to have been referred to Jason. Mitchell will be my go to HVAC contractor from now on.

I have never had such a delightfully pleasant experience when dealing with an air conditioning system. Our house is new and the air conditioning system was not working one afternoon upon our arrival home. I called Mitchell HVAC, it was after hours. Jason answered and was at our house immediately. He quickly fixed the problem ( a switch) changed our filter and put fluid in the air conditioning. On Monday the same thing happened, he immediately called the electrician and had the switch replaced. All of this transpired over Memorial Day weekend. It was all taken care of quickly, correctly and in such a helpful and kind manner; one I will not easily forget. I am so VERY grateful for and to Jason Mitchell for his expertise, of course , mostly for the kindness with which he treated me. I will recommend Mitchell HVAC as long as I am living in Denison. Thank you, Jason!!!!

These guys are my go to team for all the houses I build. My last HVAC company couldnt figure out everything required when Denison switched to the new energy code, I switched to Mitchell Hvac and everything has been smooth sailing since!

Jason is amazing!!! He installed A/C in my new house. He has happily came to my house several times to make adjustments to my dampers which control the airflow to make each room comfortable for me and my family!!I very highly recommend Jason and Mitchell HVAC.

We have been having AC issues for a while since we live in a much older house. We had heard amazing reviews about Mitchell HVAC so I decided to give them a try. I however was not impressed, his prices are extremely outrageous, because me and my husband are hard at hearing I felt like he talked down to us and I was having a conversation with his sweet helper who you could tell was working hard and he lost his temper on him. Maybe it was a bad day but I will not be calling this company again.

Jason is extremely honest and upfront. He could have taken advantage of my family and I and charged us a lot more than he did. Instead , he told the truth about our ac issues, got us fixed up quickly and didn’t over charge. I will refer everyone I know to Mitchell hvac and never use anyone else 😀

Jason did an amazing job fixing my HVAC system. My unit was put in completely wrong and had to be redone even though its only a few years old. As soon as I contacted Jason, he came out to look, quoted me a really fair price and spent an entire day getting my whole unit fixed, and followed up after to ensure I was happy. He explained everything I needed done, included suggestions for improvements hed recommend and was really easy to work with. Jason and his team did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work.

This company is a joke. Jason treats his employees horrible. He does nothing but belittle you. He claims I have his tools and 3 old cheap work shirts and refuses to pay me my final check. Im willing to send screen shots of personal text to show anyone how he acts to prove this fact. He has a bad record to back it up this is not the man you want in your house or working for you Im sure Ill be receiving more threats after he see this statement of FACTS

Very dependable and great service. Went above and beyond to get the parts and get our heat fixed as quickly as possible.

He was very unprofessional. Whilst changing my air filter he was nodding in and out the entire time. At first i thought maybe he was tired until he did it again while handing me my ticket. I do my best not to pass judgement on others but I definitely wouldn’t recommend him to work in your home.
