So professional and courteous. I wanted to observe the teacher they do great work and show up on time couldnt ask for a better company to service your appliances.

I have used this company for both my dishwasher and my refrigerator. In both instances, their service was prompt, friendly, efficient, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. It is refreshing to find a company committed to customer service and long term relationships with their clients. This is the ONLY company I will ever use or recommend for appliance services. I have tried others and all of my experiences were negative. I am grateful to have found AAA Century and will continue to use and recommend them. Such true professionals!

Excellent customer service, both on the phone and face-to-face. What really stood out was the HONESTY from the technician. He gave me a quote and a number of options. In my case, I felt that it made more sense to buy a new fridge rather than have a costly repair on an old one. That being said, having an honest and experienced technician saved me money and time. Would definitely recommend AAA Century Appliance Repair!!

I am so glad I found this company. From the initial call to when the technician came to service our refrigerator these folks were the ultimate professionals. They were extremely professional, no waffling, everyone that spoke with me knew exactly what was happening with the refrigerator (as complicated as the problem was), and explained things in a way I could understand. Also fair dealings in price and service call. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I received excellent service on both my GE refrigerator which had stopped freezing and my GE washer that was not draining. The young woman who answered was polite and professional on the phone and she explained how the whole deal worked. The technician gave me a call 20 minutes before he arrived and he was ON TIME! He was dressed in uniform and also very polite to converse with. He was explained the pump had failed on the washer and was able to fix the washer (replaced the pump) the same day and then he returned the next afternoon to finish the job on the refrigerator (he replaced a control). I was genuinely surprised by the level of professionalism and customer service I received considering the price to come out and repair them, so I will use them again in the future if the need occurs.

The customer service on the phone was excellent. She was friendly and scheduled us fully explaining the cost of the visit and exactly what to expect from the technician. The technician was on time and friendly as well. He made sure that everything was in order. I would definitely recommend this company. They put your mind at ease.

Got an appointment and service the same day. The young lady that took the call was very nice and professional. Raul arrived promptly and did a remarkable job. He fixed my refrigerator and prevented me from unnecessarily buying a new fridge. This company is exactly as advertised. I am very pleased with my experience, and will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

We received a call 10 minutes in advance of the techs arrival. Mardey, the tech, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.To fix the washer, we needed to buy a part. Mardey came back within 3 business days to replace the part....In the name of transparency --> Cost: $320 (with a small discount as a Yelp customer). The service call of $19.99 included in the cost.
