We booked a vehicle a couple days early, and we went to pick it up on 04/07/2021. We were pulling up when they called and said they had no vehicles, even after a confirmed booking. We rescheduled the San Antonio appointment for 04/14/2021. A couple days before our newly scheduled trip it showed none available online. I called to see if this was correct and they assured me they would have, without a doubt, plenty of extra cars. I had to wait till the next morning and go in person, but once again not a single vehicle available!!

This place is always giving excuses. No car was one of them and they couldn’t find email or phone to let me know. Car pick up was more than an hour late because it was getting serviced. Closed for lunch and not open on weekends . Only option in this area though.

I called two weeks in advance and reserved a mid-size car. I asked for car like a Toyota Camry....instead I got a compact SUV …ugh. We barely had enough room for our luggage. Of course I had to take the SUV because my vacation started on the day of our trip. I couldnt wait. So much for making RESERVATIONS...!!!!

We just had a car accident and my truck was towed away we hitched a ride to the nearest enterprise rental. We are told by an employee that I needed to show 2 bills in my name. I pay everything on line in order to save paper, so then the manager got involved and was very helpful and worked quickly to get back on the road. He was very understanding and recommend enterprise for your rental car needs.

Had a very bad experience but the outcome was a very good one. I tried to rent a certain vehicle but there were none available. I called the nearest location which was located in Eagle Pass. They did had the vehicle I was looking for but couldnt rent it to me because I dont have a major credit card. I had cash and enough money in my debit but they declined my way of payment. This branch in Del Rio began to figure out how to get me to that vehicle and thru many calls and team work from their part they were able to get me a vehicle I need it. I felt they went above and beyond unlike the one in Eagle Pass.

They have many cars to choose from, however there is a waiting time to get said vehicle. I recommend going in the morning to see what vehicle are or will be available that day.

The staff is very nice and polite but the cars are never clean and ready to go in the morning. If you schedule a 7:30 pickup youll be lucky to get the car by 8:30. Not up to corporate standards.

We had a horrible experience at this location. The person that worked there, Eduardo kept lying to us about our rental being ready and about calling to notify us. We had reserved it days in advance and they didn’t have the rental. Not helpful at all. Definitely don’t recommend!!

The Toyota Camry was very comfortable to drive in. It handled very well. Was excellent on gas. This was the second time I have rented the same type of car and I have no complaints. Would rent it again. Customer service was also excellent here in Del Rio they tell you everything up front. Which I cant say about the service in Wichita Falls Tx., they were not as courteous as the people in Del Rio and they didnt explain or tell you everything up front. I will rent from Enterprise again here in Del Rio. My husband and I have rented from them numerous times and have always been pleased.

Reservations mean absolutely nothing to the rude manager at this facility. They wouldnt let me pay with my company credit card, so when I left to go get my personal card, they rented my car to someone else while I was gone. I could clearly see 6 cars parked behind the building but they kept insisting there were no cars left and to try back at 5 pm. I went back at 5, just as a man and his wife were driving off in a car.

Reliable. Always was able to rent transportation when needed. With only one car rental in town, IMO, the local store is doing what it can-that’s 4 stars. The fifth star would be if it also appeared corporate was doing what it could to support the local store. For example, Even though this isn’t a major rental area like a major airport, maybe the volume to employee ratio warrants the same kind of tech support - the handheld check-in devices?

Was told the $50 deposit would be refunded if the contract was fully met. The contract was fully met but only half of the deposit was refunded. Hopefully I never have to do business with this establishment in the future.I would not recommend this business to anyone

Was charged for gas when we left more in the tank than when we got it, plus a $200.00 deposit and it took them awhile to get back that.

If there was an option to not give a star rating, I wouldnt give one. This place is terrible to rent from. They are biased and partial towards you, especially if you are black. Most rental car places require you to have a credit card to rent and this policy is loosely followed as they made us pay with a card and we watched another person come in and was allowed to pay with cash. Then our card was charged incorrectly and we were given the runaround to correct it.

Ive done business with Edward (Manager) for several years. Del Rio Enterprise has always provided me with great service to include great cars, door to door pickup and competitive prices. I read one of the negative reviews and have to say that if things did not go right, it was because it was way out of Enterprise (the Managers) control.

Only giving one star because zero is not a an option.I hate to bash such a large company, however, the branch here in Del Rio, TX was a downright awful experience. From the get go we were promised a mini van and even gave notice multiple days in advance of the car we would need. When the day to pick up rolled around we were offered a Camry over and over again because they didn’t have any other vehicles on the lot. Although somehow and for some reason there was a whole back parking lot filled with cars. I asked to speak to the manager and he just did the same thing. Kept offering us a Camry. Keep in mind we are a family of 5 and were about to travel so the Camry just would not have gotten the job done for us. It was very frustrating having our needs ignored and being promised a vehicle without any delivery. So the Manger told us He could “guarantee” a mini van for us the next day. Next day comes around, no mini van. Now I understand that they have to wait for someone to return a car or however the system works here (the way the manger explained it to me), but promising a vehicle to a family that really needs a car in order to even function properly just seems wrong to me. Now a month goes by and the insurance company paying for our rental has a 30 day limit, it did end up getting extended, However at the time I’m thinking I’m going to have to start paying for this rental. So I return to enterprise asking for a cheaper vehicle since it’s now going to be coming out of my pocket. Now there’s no camrys! Now there’s a gmc Acadia more expensive than the mini van. We were promised a more affordable car the day before when I called but of course there wasn’t any in the lot but he could again “guarantee” one for tomorrow. It was so ridiculous. Really all I wanted was some honesty from the manger and I would have been much more understanding. All in all, it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately its the only rental place in our small town so were forced to return despite the fact that we can’t stand the way they do business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE DEL RIO

I hate writing bad reviews, but the hours are the worst in this establishment. I needed a car for one day, but I had to return it after hours on a Saturday. Since they dont have after hours, I was willing to return it on Sunday morning before my 7 am flight. However, theyre closed on Sundays ( which I respect), but again, there are no after-hour returns. Which means I would have to return it on Monday. Can you see why that doesnt work??? Fortunately for me, I have family around and Im going to take a beat up old car for a small road trip, but what about business people? This car agency would be the reason why Id rather fly into San Antonio than Del Rio if I had no way to get around. The agency needs to match airport needs, otherwise, commercial flights will remain stagnant.

Possibly the dumbest employees on the face of Del Rio.Terrible service and dumb. They failed to pick me up on the day it was scheduled. No call at all. I called them and told me they didnthave anything scheduled. Had to pay for another room which they said they would not cover because it was not there fault.. So I was given a corporate number to call. Corporate could care less.

Making arrangements for a rental car via my insurance company. Received a call from Eduardo, he was pleasant at first however that changed once I questioned him regarding deposit for incidentals. I have never heard of a rental car business holding a deposit for incidentals. Unfortunately this is the only rental car service in town. I would rather pay extra to get a car from an out of town rental than have to deal with Eduardo.

Im very disappointed this time. I had a 3 hour drive to San Antonio. I needed​ the car at 8:30am. After all was said and done, we were leaving Del Rio City limits at 9:30. Had appt downtown SA. Got there late. Driver​ who picked us up...no habla Ingles. ? Que paso?

Friendly employees, how ever, VERY OVERPRICED. Drop off fee to different locations in High way robbery, airport fees, taxes, way too high I just wanted to rent a car for the day, not purchase it ?? $200 for one day use, 150 miles ?? Not fare business.!! No other car rental business in town ??
