Went to get my front of my car repaired after an accident, owner kept delaying my car and making excuses on why it wasn’t done. When it was finally done the job was done so poorly! There was no top coat on the paint and my car looked matte, the paint didn’t match with the rest of my car. A clip on the bumper was loose and shortly after, the paint started to chip. I had to take my car somewhere else where the body repair person said “man they messed up your car” he had to strip the paint off and get it to metal to repaint from scratch. To top it off I found a tool left on the bottom of my engine that was left there with loose parts. So careless on their part. Expressed my concern with owners and wanted part of my money refunded and never was contacted! Waste of money!!! DO NOT get your body work done here. Go to a professional.

We brought my car there to have a motor installed. They came to pick it up and towed it to their shop, which i thought was good of them. But then, my car sat in their shop for 2-3 months when they told me it would take a few weeks! After i called 3-4 times to see what was taking so long, the owner explained they had a lot of problems with losing mechanics due to covid. Well, i wanted to be respectful and be polite so i gave them time, but seemed like i would never get my car back, so i called and actually got to speak to the owners wife. After that, i got my car back within a few days.. 🧐. He actually TOLD me, if it wasnt for her talking to him, they wouldnt have got to it and the car wouldnt have gotten finished!🧐😤. Woman power??🧐😳The story of my experience with this shop is way longer and i dont like to give bad reviews, but sometimes business owners are so disrespectful to the customers,..they deserve it. In the end after a few tries, the car was running, but the OWNER told me it was still OVERHEATING because it needed a new RADIATOR!!... but for me to DRIVE IT DOWN THE HIGHWAY TO another mechanic who would get one and install it for me! Im a very trusting person of people, esp.when they are the business doing a service, so although i felt like it was wrong, i paid him and did what he said because he told me it should be ok to go that short distance! I went a little way and decided to call that garage. The owner there DID NOT know i was coming and actually told me he could get a radiator but COULD NOT install it for me! So i had to take my car to my house where it sits with a motor that is no longer good because it was driven without the radiator. Maybe because i am a woman, he knew he could tell me to drive the car and he might get away with it.. NOW he denies he said that to me....Not until i spoke to a reputable mechanic did i find out i should not have even MOVED that vehicle. OBVIOUSLY, if he wanted to do the right thing, he should have told me the job was too hard for him but he would find me someone who could do the job and we could figure out how to get the car over there, or EVEN to just come clean and tell me to tow it somewhere else. I would have done that. SO, this is my experience with KINGS REPAIR. Should be called KINGS DESPAIR. I guess his last name is King, but if he was king of a land, im glad im not living in it. Its a sad world when people forget what it means to be human. I am a Registered nurse and it strikes a chord with me when it comes to customer service. It really does. Im giving 2 stars because I KNOW these guys are probably good mechanics...i will stop there. I am somewhat reluctant to post but i also feel when it comes to doing the right thing.

Friend of mine brought her car in saying that it smelled like burned oil. This is what i found; Turns out the oil cap was missing, and oil was everywhere. Amazingly the oil was full still, which means they had at least one quart to much. Found the cap left of the head light where the one who did the oil change had left it.

We were just passing thru Del Rio but were having brake & steering issues with our class A diesel-pusher motorhome. Other places we called couldnt see us for days. Kings got us right in & ended up saving us an extreme hassle by immediately noticing our starter was loose & about to fall off. They tightened that up then identified a leaking hydraulic pump, which was the cause of our brake/steering problem. After paying the fair price for their friendly service, we were back on the road. We recommend these guys!

He had my vehicle for over a year, 8 months longer then we agreed on. After that year not only is EVERYTHING he painted and repaired need fixed he was far from finishing the job. He lied to me daily and would never return phone calls. He lost $700 in parts (tailgate and several other items) and refuses to attempt to make it right. DO NOT go here.

They told me that they would tow my car to their shop then didnt even show up. The next day I was told that they were getting other cars out so they could start on new ones, and they would for sure pick it up today. I asked if they were too busy for new customers. He assured me they were not. He didnt show up today either. That was the last chance. This guy lies to you before he even gets started. No call no show twice. If he doesnt even have the charcter to tell the truth or respect for customers to call and tell them he can’t or won’t do something he shouldnt be trusted. He wasted my time and cost me two extra days without a car.

So I drop my truck off Monday to have the oil pump nd pickup tube done and was told the tru k will be ready the next day and I was told that if they ran into any problems that they was gonna call. Well that was a lie I had to call everyday to check and see if my truck was ready, so Thursday I go in to pick up my truck and look under the truck I had a puddle of oil under there then I go back at 3 oclock that same day just to find out I need a gasket for the oil cooler line gave it to them, come 5 oclock I still have the same oil leak so the owner told me to take it home nd bring it back in the morning. I drop the truck off this morning Friday 9-15-2017 nd I go back up there around 12:45pm just to find out they have touch my truck nd i have screws loose on my oil pan. Thats careless lesson learn!!
