Had the best experience! Took my Apple Watch and iPad into be looked at. My appointments were at 3:40 & 5 and I was just going to shop around in between my appointments. The gentlemen I was working with was named Shawn! (I hope that’s the right spelling of the name I can’t remember!) He was very personable and friendly! He was able to get my iPad looked at, got my Apple care info, paid the replacement fee and it was easy as that! Now my next appointment was not until 5 but the next appointment was a no show so he got me in right away to look at my watch. He made sure to wait before he confirmed they were a no show. I was so pleased he could get me in right away! The Apple Watch was a little tougher but he took his time to make sure he tried everything he could! He made sure he explained the details of what was going to be happening and the time frame of how long it’ll take! I was able to get everything taken care of before I even expected to start my second appointment! I give him a 10/10 for customer service and I’m very pleased with my first experience with Geek Squad!

You have no heart saying its terrible Geek Squad is very helpful the guy Tyler knows my name at Best Buy of course its Joaquin and I think that guy is awesome yes Tyler is awesome I respect him give him the Oscar and a gold medal because hes a hero everyone is at Best Buy hero Geek Squad is my favorite place they deserve $8,000 dollars because when you go here you can get your Xbox 360 games in Factory sealed condition instead of going to GameStop take the NIU bus to Best Buy and Walmart and Jewel-Osco

TERRIBLE service, first they had my laptop three weeks, then when i went to pick it up it STILL wasnt all the way fixed. (liquid damage, some keys still didnt work) so they sent it again as a REDO meaning no charge to me, when they contacted me they wanted to charge me again! i set them straight, then they had it almost another month! First time they missed that the mother board was bad so that was finally replaced the second time.... never going here again. I will say the guy at the counter IN the store was fab, he did a great job

Its just a crying shame that people dont like Geek Squad thats kind of rude the people at Geek Squad are awesome they know what youre looking for
