I worked with multiple people at culture fit, in both directions. I first began as an applicant for a candidate they were searching for. Dori was the first recruiter that ever contacted me that knew the type of role I was presently in and didnt try to convince me I wanted to be in level 1 help desk and/or start an insurance agency. Once I started my new role I was tasked with building a new department to support the existing team members in our office. Dori and Adam were able to find us candidates that fit into our culture, which can be challenging. I have recommended several friends when looking for jobs to culture fit.
