Man horrible company. Never used their service because they don’t sound professional!! I have voicemails of a girl giggling with her friend the whole time she was talking. Some of their voicemails I don’t even understand what they’re saying because I hear other people talking in the background. Tried asking someone to take me off his list but he wouldn’t listen and thought the situation was a joke. They called every hour for four days straight & employees sound like high school kids. Company is horrible, don’t waste your time!!!😝😝

I havent heard from my new recruiter in weeks. I left cause my other recruiter wasnt sending me to work either. I called to complain. The first person that answered the phone said I could complain to her. But I specifically asked to speak to H.R. Sounds like they cover thier own butts. I had a job with them before covid-19. I had to spend 3 days in the hospital, unrelated. When I got out the hospital and asked for the day off because I want to recover that day. I still wasnt walking straight. Jason Derek said, well you still have a few hours to get to work. Not to mention it already takes me 2 hours to get to work.

I have had a fantastic experience with Aerotek. I was contacted while I was still in school by a recruiter and at the time I was not looking for a job, but told them to contact me in a few months when I would be graduating. If you are going to be a contract employee make sure you find out all of the ins and outs of your contract. Pay, paid time off, if there are vacation days, benefits, etc. This was my first time being a contract employee, so I was not aware of some of the limitations. In terms of my situation I do not receive paid time off or vacation days. Most of the companies you contract with are flexible and will work with you to help make up hours you will miss, but it can still be limiting. Maybe I was supposed to know this, but I didnt and it was a bit of a disappointment to find out. Point is ASK QUESTIONS and do your research. Started off great. My recruiter was helpful and there to answer any questions. As time passed and they couldnt place me, they basically forgot about me. Ive tried getting in touch with my recruiter to little avail. Other recruiters have reached out, having no idea that I am already being helped. These guys are very unreliable and remind me of used car salesmen. I put in so much effort on my end and they beat around the bushes, lie, and say whatever they need to In order to get you any job so they can cash out, even if they mislead you. Was told temp to hire. Got laid off twice. Rarley any effort was given from julian and zach. It was always me calling it texting. Earlier this year I could of been on a more stable page with a job but I made the mistake of relying on areotech and believing things will be ok. I should of got a direct to hire job outside of a temp agency. Now its the end of summer so Im hoping there are more openings. Stay away from aerotek unless you are comfortable working for a week at a time and at best 2 months. Do not believe the employers that interview you that are affiliated with aerotek. They lie and lead you on that its temp to hire.

From start to finish, I couldnt have asked for a better agency experience.I reached out to an Aerotek agent and within a few days, we were on the phone discussing my background and experience so they could start finding a good fit for me.A week later I headed into their offices and met with multiple talented individuals who had a selection of contracts tailored to my experiences that I was able to hear about.I scheduled an interview with one of the work sites, and heard back afterwards on the very same day as my interview that I was being offered a job for a considerably higher salary than I had requested when I contacted Aerotek.The process was simple from start to finish, and the agent I was in contact with, Haley Blain, worked to find an amazing position that fit all of my needs and more. I could not recommend Aerotek any more highly for anyone whos searching not only for a job, but for a career.

I am really happy I applied at Aerotek. Everybody is nice and they explain everything so well. Specially Tyler from Deerfield he made sure that I was prepared for my interview. My only complain is that the insurance is too expensive.

I found my Job through Teegan Bartos at the Deerfield Aerotek office. She got my resume from a friend and called me to find out my interests. I then came in for an in person screening where she let me know what opportunities she had. I picked a data entry role which was a temporary assignment but I am doing really well and they have offered me more work. The process was really quick and easy after meeting with her I took my drug test and did online tax paperwork and started the next day.

Aerotek helped me find a new position quickly, and professionally. They have a great facility and great team.

Everything was alright working 6 days a week,making 14.00 an hour until i had to make some prior adjustments that i had got the ok for to do by the boss,but as soon as it was time to come back to work,i was left hanging by them,and lost my job due to their neglect,and unprofessionalism to communicate,like i did with them,with the company,so it wouldnt have been any problems. 👎

They took SO LONG just to clear my background & Ive been in the Finance business field forever, so it should be an easy pass. Kelly Financial Services did security background on me, and it only took 2 weeks. Aerotek took A whole month before I could start the job!! Plus, they were so unprofessional, rude most of their staff is and some of the recruiters had NO knowledge of the Finance business. They also waste your time by making candidates come into the office, when MOST recruiting firms do online forms for prospective clients now. So it saves candidates money from traveling again. Plus they refuse to Skype with candidates too, they make their prospective come travel quit a distance, which I feel is NOT helpful especially if people are NOT working and dont have the means to travel!

Mark Reyna and Melanie Seabul are simply the best recruiters anyone could ask for! I graduated college in May 2013 and spent many months applying to various jobs online and trying to network without any assistance. Once I was introduced to their team at Aerotek I had a job within the week. Not only was their turn around time remarkable, but I was fortunate to be employed with a company that fit exactly what I needed. I had a horrible experience with getting my check on time, and its February 25th and still hadnt gotten my w2 forms and no one will pick up the phone to help. i keep getting the runaround.
