They fix my laptop same day , great job and fast !

I brought my computer in to be fixed, I told Anna, ( the lady at the counter it was an old computer and needed upgrading) she told me I had to pay upfront, no problem she said. It will be ready in 2 days,it took many phone calls and one employee was nasty on the phone said well you should be charged more for all the work I have done on your computer. I told him Then give me my money back , he refused. They never answered the phone or textes, always an excuse...They were never in the store, a week later I pick up my computer and Anna said it was fixed to the best of their ability, I went to use it, it was not fixed at all! $ 212.93 later I was ripped off! Very unhappy :((

Hector revived my laptop after I spilled a cup of coffee on it. He was courteous, professional and clearly a subject matter expert. His turn around time was incredibly fast. There are people out there who actually know what theyre doing, and Hector is one of them.

Felt I was pushed to accept $300 repair on a device that wasnt worth that much. Kept telling the lady I wasnt interested and she kept trying to convince me to do it. Pretty annoying
