This evening my email stopped working. I thought I would spend the next few days finding someone to fix it. Luckily I called Steve at Economic Computers. At 8 oclock at night, he took control of my Dell windows computer system and had the email working perfectly within a few minutes. It was like magic watching him work on my screen. I had to get a laptop and printer for a new home repackaging job I had acquired. As everyone knows with all this Covid19 going on buying at the big box stores does not allow for there technical team to come out if you are having challenges loading programs you bought, getting everything set up so ease is at the touch of the pad, your printer, dashboard and laptop all communicate. I own a large criminal defense practice with offices in Palm Beach and Broward County. The hardest thing to find is an IT company that cares and that is reasonable with their fees. Instead of just charging a huge ridiculous rate to inflate their pockets, they charge you according to your problems and are able to access all your computers from their office or come to you when needed. I would recommend this guys to anyone. The owner is a caring and stay ahead of the game kind of guy. just want you want with your business IT setup. Stand up guys and unbelievable customer service. Excellent experience! VERY reasonable, responsive, and fast! I had an SSD drive crash on my Lenovo. I found this place on Google. Steve answered the phone, told me what to do immediately and I was meeting with them in person the same day. They had my computer full restored in 1 business day with ZERO data loss. The following day I was having trouble with my Outlook and Alex fixed it with me over the phone. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. I am a Real Estate agent in Boca Raton.
