Visited here today to have my car inspected. Laura was very professional and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands and would definitely bring my car here for maintenance in the future.

I’ve been going to Life Line Automotive for a while, and my son started taking his car there a couple months ago. Every time we go, everyone is friendly and professional. They are honest which is most important to me. My son has had to take his car in for a lot of different things, and each time he goes - even if he doesn’t make an appointment - they always take their time and get the job done. I definitely recommend!

I recently had an issue where my car turned off on my way home from work. Nothing I did got it to start back up. The car sounded like it wanted to crank on but it wouldnt budge. I ended up having it towed to Lifeline and they immediately found the problem was with the fuel system. Brian was really nice and professional asking me what happened and that they would work on it first thing in the morning. They really kept me informed on their progress with the car. When I finally get to take my car home Laura had such a personable and positive attitude, it really made us feel welcomed to be there and Don was very informative, giving us the complete break down of what happened with my car and how to be careful. They definitely earned another customer, I am glad I finally found a honest shop.

If you need an honest and really good auto mechanic shop (Life Line Automotive)is the place to go. Don and Brian were great to deal with and they are very knowledgeable mechanics. I had an issue with the 4x4 on my SUV and they fixed it and didn’t try to up sell me or make up stuff to fix. Best of all they didn’t jack up the prices on the parts and their hourly rate is really fair. The shop is clean and organized and they did everything they said they would. It’s great to deal with a business that has an understanding on providing a great customer experience!!!

Yesterday I had my oil changed at another garage, while on my way home I kept smelling something burning and seeing smoke every once in awhile. I got nervous that something happened when I got my oil changed. I happened to see Life Line Automotive and stopped in at about 5:45 pm, to see if they could look at it. They brought it right in lifted it up and checked it out. They asked if I had just had an oil change, and I told them yes. They let me know that it was residual oil from when they changed the filter and it was blowing back on to the exhaust. They cleaned up the oil and checked it over. They handed me my keys, I asked do I owe you anything? They said no not at all, but if I could tell people about us. So thats what Im doing now, letting everyone know what type of people are here at Life Line. They did not have to look at it and they should have charged me something, (considering I did not use their services for the oil change), but they did not. I am greatly appreciative of what you guys did for me, and I will be coming to you for now on. Thank You So Much. By the way everything is fine with the car.

I Needed to have my car inspected for my insurance I recently switched from State Farm To Hartford and received a letter stating I needed to have my vehicle inspected. Found Life Line Automotive on the Carco Website and gave them a call. I did and went for the inspection same day I got the letter no appointment necessary, I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism right from the moment I entered. Laura took care of everything, I was so impressed with the Company and Facility that I had my Oil changed at the same time. Thank You Life Line you won me over!

Overall I was not happy with the service. They provided me a quote to fix my a/c(after charging me $55 for the quote to prevent you from shopping around). They diagnosed it was the evaporator and 8 hours of labor. Once they start working on it they call and let me know the compressor also is bad. I get the car the next day and take it home and realize the a/c is still not working. They say they got a bad compressor and sometimes it happens. Well, they replace the replacement compressor and it still doesnt work. Turns out it is now the expansion valve.Kudos to the mechanic who went above and beyond getting the replacement parts and working with me during a fustrating experience. However, it was clear they did not diagnose the problem correctly from the start and overall made me wonder if they knew what they were doing.They tried their best I guess but as the mechanic said..... They dont make these new cars like they used to...... Mmmmk.

Great facility, friendly receptionist, facility clean inside and out, very knowledgeable mechanics. I brought my 1998 Ford Expedition in to them for an electrical issue on July 8th, my battery would die over night, the radio, wipers, windows would work with key out of vehicle, lights on the dash would come on and off randomly, wipers would come on, and a loud buzzing noise inside the car . I have been dealing with this issue for sometime now and have brought my vehicle to several different shops, being charged for all different things, and I was becoming very frustrated. A friend of mine referred me to Life Line Automotive and I spoke to Don. Long story short they found the problem and repaired it the same day. They had to replace my interior fuse box, all rusted and corroded and have the front windshield resealed. The rain water was coming in around the seal of the windshield and the water was getting my fuse box wet and causing HAVOC on my electrical system!!!! I went through many wet rainy days this past week and everything working as it should, Thank you for solving my vehicles problem.

Highly recommended I took my 98 750il and they took care of everything.... Fixed 3 leaks I been chasing for months. Then got an alignment Too so now she is straight as an arrow and leak free... Great guys and clean shop.

I give this place 10 stars, I went to the dealer for a noise coming from my brakes the dealer told me I need rear pads and rotors and it will be $400-$450 dollars. Before I said ok a friend advised me to go to Life Line Automotive, they brought it in even though they were locking up for the day and showed me my brakes were fine, I had a stone stuck in there they got the stone out and it has been fine ever since...Thanks guys for everything. I will never go or trust anyone else to work on my cars. ...enjoy the pizza 🍕You guys are awesome!!!

Order tires from tire rack and got them delivered to this shop and they installed them in 30 min i was so impressed that i had them do a 4 wheel alignment on my jeep the vehicle drives so much better thanks guys

I never posted a review on google before, but after reading the latest review about the Carco inspection I not only felt compelled but obligated to leave a review. I had a Carco ins inspection done on Saturday February 29, 2020, and had no problem whatsoever. I called was advised to come in at my convenience and was reminded of the documentation I needed to bring with me. I showed up and was greeted with professionalism by Laura and I had all required documentation, an was in and out in about 15 mins. Sounds like that customer just had an ax to grind. Keep up the great work Life Line you guys are great.

I had to take a last minute trip up to Birmingham with my 2017 Chevy Silverado. I needed an oil change and the dealership ‘didn’t have the time’ to do it for me that day. A friend of mine who I asked where he gets his truck done at told me about these guys. He had good things to say so I gave them a call. They were closing soon and the guy on the phone told me to come down as soon as I could and he would take care of me. I got stuck in traffic on 95 and ended up getting there minutes before closing time. They still took my truck in without hesitation and had it finished in about 15mins. The lady at the desk gave me discount because the truck took like 8qts of oil to help bring the the cost a little. I also saw the tech check my breaks, even my tire pressure and filled up my washer fluid which had been empty for weeks. Very pleased with this shop, a night a day difference then my past experiences at the Chevy dealer. I’ll be back, thank you again.

Lifeline? More like death sentence. I have never done an online review, but my wife and I were treated so poorly at this place that I felt compelled to. We drove 30 minutes for a routine carco inspection, and we were denied for not having a florida registration, when we needed the inspection in order to get the registration in the first place. Luckily the nice people at Auto Tech and Body were able to provide the service we needed within minutes with zero hassle. They were clearly just not in the mood to provide the service, and resorted to threatening us and using intimidation to get us to leave the office. Brooke the receptionist is rude, belligerent, and most employees at the DMV have better manners and attention to customer service. I would not trust these people to perform service on my car, as they could not even competently perform an inspection service.

I live 25 minutes from this place and I will not go anywhere else, these guys are honest and reliable. Their prices are very fair. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my familys cars.
